I chose a day for installation when Kris was going to be out of town on vacation so he let me decide if we wait to wait until he got back or if we wanted him to send his right hand man Daniel. We went with Daniel who showed up right on time on a cold morning. I thought removing the old badly cracked panes of glass would be very difficult. I was right but they got the old ones out quickly and the new ones in so fast and they finished about 30 minutes before their estimate. They only removed one window at a time and our house never got cold on a 33 degree day This was one of the best customer experiences for a project I have ever had. I chose EV Windows after asking CharGBT to find me a great window company with very good reviews and I'm so glad I did. I do not have one negative thing to say. She was pleasant at first then called me back and told me her worker said he was told by the gentleman here that they did not have to worry about there mess he would take care of it, he didn't want them on his property... 1st off there was no man here ( no one was home at all...) 2nd one of the guys was already on the property picking up the big pieces of trash they let go. She said well he did run his magnet over your driveway, There's NO possible way he did with all the nails that were left and we also have 3 cameras that face our driveway 1 points straight down it one across it and the other the front and the only time it picked anyone up was when he was here picking up the big mess! She did tell me they would be here the next morning between 7-8 am I am still waiting for them but when I called her to ask if there was an eta she blew up on me, was Cussing me out and Hung up on me, Again this was all caught on camera, when I told her I am leaving a review. I have been NOTHING but nice and understanding of them... THIS IS NOT EVEN A COMPANY THAT WAS DOING ANY WORK FOR US BUT A NEIGHBOR!!

I'm usually not one to spend time getting a bunch of quotes and just rely on Yelp reviews to make a purchasing decision, but this was pricey enough purchase that i figured I should do my due diligence.' Siding & Windows Group was one of the 4 companies I had come out for a quote. We ended up with them for a few reasons: - Their quote was competitive - They were able to spray paint the interior trim with our existing paint color - They were able to match the exterior trim as closely as possible to our windows outside - Anthony at Siding & Windows Group was very responsive We placed the order on August 22nd, which is my bday. I can't say new doors was what i wanted for my bday, but i guess this is being a homeowner in your 40s. The new doors weren't installed until November 6th and we just hoped for no big storms and got lucky. Anthony checked in a few times on when they'd be installed and pushed it back a few days due to other projects. The actual installation took about a day, which wasn't too bad. A week later they came to spray paint, which honestly seemed like a much bigger project than installing the doors. That took 2 days and went smoothly, although there was a little confusion about them not knowing what color to paint, etc. It turned out beautifully and while the doors look very similar to our old doors I like the look of these even better. The exterior finish isn't a perfect match, but i think a big part of that is our old paint on our windows as faded. One day we'll touch it all up, but for now we're looking forward to a break in paying for anything for the house. I learned there are a lot of companies in the area for new windows/doors, but we were satisfied with this one and would use them again.

It's a big purchase, but they made us feel confident in our decision by their actions, and we LOVE how the siding looks, and what it's doing for us since the install (Alside Ascend vinyl). We went ahead and replaced soffit, facia and even had new gutters formed and installed - and not once did they pressure us for those additional items. Unfortunately, due to labor and material shortages, I was informed the door installation would be at least a three-month wait. Hey, that wasn't the company's fault and I always received a good service and prompt responses from the office. Nick was assigned to get in touch with me for an estimate. Nick and everyone else in the office were very friendly. Nick explained everything about the estimate (free in-person estimate) and answered any questions we had. He emphasized that everyone involving with the installation process worked for the company. With that being said, there would be no third party contractors hired off the street! I understood the virtue of using the company employees. I have been part of the gig economy for some times. I wouldn't say the contractors wouldn't do a job, yet there could be a lack of accountability on their part of work certainly. In late February 2022, I received a voicemail from Linda and immediately called the office. She scheduled the installation date for me and provided an arrival window. The crew came in prepared within the window and was ready to work! The installation was rather quick. The cleaning was thorough. Everything was painless. The crew leader told us that adjustment could be made if there was a need. That door...let me tell ya...was a godsent. It helped conserve the heat. It did have an energy-star icon, for those who are into the energy-efficient appliances. It is also esthetically pleasing. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I'm going to inspect the windows for the rest of the house and to see if I can get "American Thermal Window Products" involved again.

I had a little bit of sticker shock from the first quote so decided this would be worth getting multiple quotes on. And Home Build was one of them due to their stellar Yelp reviews. I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

I would definitely hire All Star again for another project based on price, quality, and service. He was very personable and friendly. The turnaround time was quick, the crew that came out was extremely knowledgeable, handy, friendly and approachable. They did an amazing job. The product as well as the installation itself were phenomenal. Also, when the job was done, there was not a single speck of debris or dust in or out of the house. I've recommended Semko to several of my friends and family members. Had l known about them in the past I would have definitely gotten them to replace my front door as well and much more. John met me at my home in the late evening and provided a quote. There's no sales pitch, used car salesman tactics, demonstrations that have little real-world results, etc. With other Window companies, they push their "Cadillac" windows that give a marginal performance increase for an exponential cost. Not with Best Windows. I knew beforehand they installed Kensington brand windows. They started with the manufacturer's basic line. I inquired about the mid-level line and John provided his input on why he didn't think they were really worth the additional investment. John's pricing was straightforward. There was no "oh you get a Yelp discount" or "oops I forgot to add a window to your quote, I'll throw that in for free." It was refreshing to talk to a non-pushy company for once. We went with John and his installer Chris put them in our home about six weeks later. Took about a day and a half. His crew showed up about an hour earlier and were super fast! The windows are awesome and have already saved on my heating bill this past winter.

She was pleasant at first then called me back and told me her worker said he was told by the gentleman here that they did not have to worry about there mess he would take care of it, he didn't want them on his property... 1st off there was no man here ( no one was home at all...) 2nd one of the guys was already on the property picking up the big pieces of trash they let go. She said well he did run his magnet over your driveway, There's NO possible way he did with all the nails that were left and we also have 3 cameras that face our driveway 1 points straight down it one across it and the other the front and the only time it picked anyone up was when he was here picking up the big mess! She did tell me they would be here the next morning between 7-8 am I am still waiting for them but when I called her to ask if there was an eta she blew up on me, was Cussing me out and Hung up on me, Again this was all caught on camera, when I told her I am leaving a review. I have been NOTHING but nice and understanding of them... THIS IS NOT EVEN A COMPANY THAT WAS DOING ANY WORK FOR US BUT A NEIGHBOR!!

My brother used climate guard for his windows, he recommended I get quoted…read more I called and Antonio came by and had a quote out within a couple days, the lead time was a bit long, but he warmed me that same day he came out to measure, I bit the bullet and they were installed just last week. I love love love love the new windows. The screens slide from side to side which is so much better than the old ones that had to be completely removed. As a third floor condo I constantly had to get them redone because I washed the carpets and the hoses needed to get put through the windows. The windows have a tint which definately makes a difference, the condo isnt a sauna anymore which saves me money since I dont need to run the window AC's all day to keep it cool. Overall, I love and recommend ClimateGuard, I have a second condo that will be getting these windows when it's time to replace.

Daniel, who came out to estimate my needs, which entailed the replacement of 31 windows in all, was very professional, personable, and a good listener. The same can be said for the crew that was sent out, including the foreman, Dimitry. In only 4 days, they removed the original windows (My house was built in 1923), cleaned up well, installed the new double hung windows on my brick bungalow, and replaced the basement windows with glass block. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. The crew that was sent was phenomenal. On top of that, they all had a great attitude. The price, by the way, was very reasonable/ competitive!
