For a foot long all-beef dog it was 5.50, a "kids size" traditional length was about 3.25 I think. My husband got the foot long and was stuffed and impressed with the flavor of the batter and dog. I had a small one and it was so tasty! They had fried pickles that were also good and a coworker got a cheese dog that I tried. All of it was delicious. Definitely not for those with cholesterol issues!!! The service was friendly and efficient although it did take a little while to actually cook the food no one minded because of the taste and freshness! Will definitely be counting calories to try this truck again in the future!

But they all taste different, and, in the case of Marquesas Corndogs, taste amazing. The hand-battered outer shell is crisp and flavorful, the foot-long beef dog tastes like a high-quality Polish. I can't wait to try the other things on their menu: The McKayso (Tillamook pepper jack or colby cheese deep-fried), their double hand-battered fried pickles, and their power-sugar covered, deep-fried Milky Way or Snickers. There's another food truck out of Farmington I haven't tried yet called World's Best Corn Dogs. WBCD has to go up against Marquesas, the best corn dog I've had in years.

(They said they don't have the Dilly Dogs on the main menu anymore because of large pickle supply issues, yet they still had enough on hand to fill our order.) A standard-sized (though decent) conventional dog is stuffed into a meaty golden-hued Mt Olive or Vlasic 'hamburger chips-style' whole dill pickle and then hand-battered. I didn't think I'd love the pickle flavor as much as a refrigerator garlic dill like a Claussen but with Marquesas' crunchier traditional corn batter and the recommended drizzled honey it still tasted really good! The ranch sauce however didn't do too much for it compared with the peanut butter sauce served at Disney. Honey is a great touch, though! At $7+tax it's a much more fairly-priced tasty snack! Four stars for the dilly dog and 4.5 stars for the friendly service!

Yes! A legit food truck in Kaysville! I can barely contain my excitement…read more The liege waffles are authentic. They've got the sweet crispy exterior going on, and they're warm & dense on the inside. At first, I balked at the price... $6.50 for the waffle + toppings I wanted?! But the waffles are are good-sized (double the size of a typical waffle). And their presentation was a work of art. My Nutella & banana waffle was almost too gorgeous to eat. We also ordered a strawberry and whipped cream waffle (the whipped cream was the real deal!). And a plain waffle. All three of them were amazing, & filling! They take credit cards as payment, which is convenient! And they use the plastic containers made from recycled materials, to serve the waffles; also a "plus" in my book. They don't have any seating available for their patrons. But eating in the car isn't that bad. Also, the beverages they sell are ridiculously overpriced. The only other less-than-ideal thing about the Waffle Wagon is that they don't offer any savory toppings! I wish they'd take a queue from a successful waffle joint, like the infamous "Waffle Window", in Portland; and start serving up waffles with toppings like: bacon, Brie, and basil! It'd make the Waffle Wagon a lot more "lunch friendly". Just sayin'. Those critiques aside... The Waffle Wagon really is deserving of a five-star review. Especially considering the area in which it serves. I'm thrilled about it's presence! And I hope it stays in business.

Disappointed long-time customer - service has really slipped…read more We've been eating at Son Son Asian Fusion since they opened over two years ago, but after our experience tonight, it will be a long time before we go back. We placed a simple order of three standard meals, but ended up waiting over 25 minutes. After waiting so long, we had to walk up to the counter ourselves, only to find our food had just been sitting in the back getting cold. To make matters worse, they forgot an add-on item in one of the bowls and missed an extra sauce we paid for in another. What made it especially frustrating was watching a customer walk in after us, order, and get her food freshly made in under three minutes while ours sat forgotten in the back. Really disappointing to see this decline in service from a local favorite. Hope they can get back to their original standards.
