We have been shopping here for a few years to pick up bulk meat orders to fill our freezer. We have typically ordered the chicken and have tried both the ground chicken breast and the whole packaged chicken breasts. The size of the breast meat was very large so the packages were not typical 1 lb size but rather a minimum of closer to 2 lbs. We have ordered ahead so we can just stop in and pick up the prepackaged order. The store isn't very large inside, so it can get crowded with more than 5 people waiting to check out at the counter. They have all types of meats, sausage, cheese, seasonings, BBQ sauces, and logo swag for purchase. They are located in Morgan so it is a bit of a drive to get up there from the valley. We have tried the option they offer to deliver our order to Sacco's in Sunset, UT. That worked out fine if we were not planning to shop for anything else in person in Morgan. Bingham's also offers a vending machine inside Sacco's for their bacon bombs and other specialty items. read more

Excellent butcher shop in Morgan County and just 20 minutes outside of Ogden, so an easy and reasonable commute for a great spot. The building looks small and is a little deceiving. There's a full-length butcher case with amazingly fresh beef, pork ,and cuts of fowl. A lot of it is cut on site and I noticed a few "specialty" items from a great producer, Spade-L. Pricing was extremely reasonable and for the quality, a much better value than the local grocery stores. The quality of the steaks we bought was amazing and they were trimmed well, I don't like paying for too much extra fat. I picked up a couple of New Yorks and Ribeyes, we were happy with both cuts. I also snagged some packaged chicken for tacos later this week, I am sure it will be good. Now, this place is famous for "bacon bombs." Picture a chunk of meat around other ingredients, all wrapped in bacon. Cook in the oven or on the smoker. We bought 3 varieties and have loved every one of them. We did miss out on the sausage, that case was empty. The young man behind the counter told me they have just been too busy to roll the 50+ kinds of sausage they do. Hopefully they bring that back for grilling season, I want to try all the kinds. read more

I've wanted to try the bacon bombs since hearing about them a year or two ago. I finally drove up to Morgan on a weekday night and picked up 2 Chicken cheddar bombs, island bomb, chicken jalapeño and a chicken cordon bleu. They ranged in price from 7.99 to 8.99 a pound. All tasted great and the chicken was so tender and seasoned well. My daughter said they tasted really salty, and I agree with her. I'm not sure if it's all the bacon or if some of the seasonings also has a lot of salt. Anyway if they could figure out the saltiness of the items that that would be great. I smoked mine and they turned out great. They had a variety of other meats and I picked up some peppered sage sausage that was also great. I'll be back to try other meats. Quite frankly, if you didn't love this place just for the bacon bombs... Let me say that slowly. Baaaaaaacooooooon Boooooommmmmmbs. If that wasn't enough to pull you in, the grass-fed, hormone-free beef should do it. Or their whole chickens. We picked up one of the chickens they had in their meat cooler, and it was probably the juiciest chicken we've ever cooked. We spatchcocked it, and the breast was so moist and juicy that my wife was making animal sounds as she ate it. Normally I'm the grunting carnivore. Tonight it was the Mrs. That's how fresh and good that chicken is. They have all different cuts of beef. They have sausages. They have bacon bombs, and more bacon bombs. If you're driving through on I-84, you owe it to yourself to stop in and get something to throw on the grill later. Do it. Trust me. You'll hate yourself if you don't. read more

We were drawn in by the reviews but were disappointed. The hot dogs were Nathan's and more than twice the grocery store cost. The bombs (we bought two) were expensive and not very good. The jalapeño chunks were too large. The ham bomb was better but still not worth eating the leftovers. The refrigerated cuts of meat were paper wrapped, which is nostalgic, but the butcher shops I've used in the past don't pre-wrap without letting the customer see and choose the cut. I strongly believe in supporting local shops, but, sadly, this is not one that will be seeing us visit a second time. read more

I love this place! They always take care of me. It's one of the best butcher shops in Utah. It's nice that they primarily sell locally grown beef, pork, etc. It's not from some giant corporate farm. The staff is always friendly and will cut the steaks or any meat how you want it. I like a thicker cut on mine. My wife loves their steaks and I have to say I don't mind making the drive to Morgan to get delicious meat for my meals. They also carry beef bones for my pup and they are quite affordable. I am giving them two stars. The meat that they delivered to my family was apparently delicious. My problem is that I ordered two meat bombs to be delivered to my parents. They only received one. I sent an email to Bringham's asking about it. Never received a response. Would love my money back...or for Bringham's to actually deliver what I paid for. This place is a gem! We of course got a couple of the bacon bombs. My husband cannot. Have dairy, so we got the beef tenderloin wrapped in bacon, it had blackened seasoning and the pork loin wrapped in bacon. Both were sooooo delicious. We don't have a smoker so we just baked it in the oven and it was perfection! We can't wait to go back!! read more

This place is a classic butcher shop but I like it a lot. It's very clean and they sell quite a bit of stuff. They have the standard cuts of meat but they also make their own marinades and other items to buy and immediately grill. Their marinated steaks are amazing. Very tender and the spices were great. I'm also a huge fan of the "cheesy chops" which are pork chops stuffed with cheese and wrapped with bacon. Stop in if you are looking for dinner ideas. The meats are always delicious and the staff is very friendly and willing to help you. They also sell about 30 varieties of brats, dog bones, cheeses, and spices and rubs. read more
