Heritage Craft Butcher in Orem offers a fantastic selection of meats, including some beautiful A5 Waygu, dry-aged steaks cut to order and an excellent array of charcuterie. Don't sleep on their grilling supplies, knives or accoutrements, like chimichurri sauce, pickled vegetables and dry rubs, either! The butchers here are knowledgeable and eager to help with any meat-related questions. My charcuterie was cut to a razor-thin width and the owner even threw in a few complimentary links of their very tasty bratwurst.
