I know my way around a cookie. And I thought this cookie was pretty good! Granted, I've been here a grand total of one time, and ordered a single cookie. But I thought that one cookie was great! At first, I was hesitant as the trendy pink decor was reminiscent of Crumbl, whose cookies I do not enjoy. So I was expecting Feed the Cheeks to serve me some generic, overly sweet gimmicky monstrosity that would make me ill. But no! I ordered the chocolate strawberry cookie and I really liked it. It wasn't overly sweet, but balanced in its flavor. The strawberry icing wasn't thick and gross and overly sweet either. The chocolate was rich and because they warmed it up, perfectly ooey gooey. If I had been a little more cognizant of my surroundings instead of getting worked up by the iPad ordering system (can we please bring back human interaction?), I probably would've gotten a four pack of the mini cookies and sampled a few flavors. But when in Rome, order the giant cookies. The cookie still tasted good when I finished it at work the next day, too. The inside is what you'd expect, and very pink. And there's a few short stools at a very low counter you can sit at. I had some time to kill so I sat and ate my cookie there. Passersby looked down on us from the large windows facing Angell Street. Maybe they were jealous that they didn't treat themselves to a big cookie, or maybe they were cherishing their own willpower as they looked forward to the kale salad awaiting them at home. We were on Thayer Street and found this lovely cookie shop located on Angell Street in the College Hill area. They also have a spot in Wayland Square and will be opening up a shop in Garden City, Cranston soon. The decor was very cute and pink, reminded me of another cookie shop with pink theme that starts with C. The service was great; the attendant was friendly and cheery, albiet she was the only one we saw on duty and there was a small line. They always have their standard flavors which are chocolate chip, peanut butter chocolate chip, funfetti, and cookies and cream; monthly, they introduce new special flavors. I love that they call their cookies thicc because they are thick lol. They also have mini cookies called baby cheeks; the perfect bite size and a nice way to try all the flavors without committing to a thicc one. We decided to order a variety of the baby cheeks so we can try all the different flavors. OMG, those cookies were so moist and flavorful. I enjoyed all the flavors. When I first visited Feed the Cheeks, I signed up for Feed the Cheeks Rewards through Toast. It is a great way to earn points for every $1 spent and the option to use $3 off every 50 points. Since my birthday is approaching, I received an email from Feed The Cheeks that my birthday treat was waiting. It was available to redeem when ordering in-store from a staff member or by ordering Online, or through the Toast Takeout App. The birthday treat was worth $5.49, the price of one thicc cookie (full-size). I saw the Flavor of the Month was strawberry matcha and I knew I had to get that one. I ordered online and it was already ready for me to pickup when I arrived. It was very easy to use the online ordering system and you can pick the pick-up time; just make sure you choose the right location. The in-store special cookie caught my eye. It was a cereal milk cookie and I love cereal milk so I had to get it and I also ordered a small Iced Lavender Matcha. The Iced Lavender Matcha reminded me of the Starbucks Iced Lavender Cream Matcha. When the lavender cream was mixed with the matcha, it was very good and I would recommend. But back to the cookies, the cereal milk and strawberry matcha cookie were soft, warm, fluffy, and delicious. The in-store specials flavors change every time I visit. I used to be their biggest fan! I made sure to get them every time I am in providence but this most recent time just wasn't it. Staff was so flat and uninterested. Got 2 small cookies (baby) and 2 regular sizes, cookies and cream. They just weren't very good. Small cookies so dry and regular size not that great, not like I remembered. Also for gourmet, expensive cookies, the packaging should be better. Other cookie places packaging reflect the price more. These guys just toss them in a bag. The bag for the smaller cookies is like an open sandwich bag and one of mine fell on the ground outside while I was walking to my car. Expensive loss there. I also got a cookie butter iced latte but it taste so artificial, like syrups and stuff and not actual cookie butter. I make a better cookie butter latte at home. Oh also, parking is a big pain! I stopped into Feed The Cheeks on a whim because I love the name. The inside is absolutely adorable. All pink everything, nice little sitting area, very clean. The cookies come in two sizes (thicc and baby cheeks) in a variety of flavors. My kids each got a big cookie ($5.25 each) and we tried a few of the little ones too. They're super soft and delicious, obviously freshly baked. Service was quick and friendly. The inside is very cute. The service was only okay. The cookies are big. I had a crème brûlée cookie. It was delicious had torched sugar on the outside and the inside has some sort of cream that was sooo good. I also got some of the minis in the original chocolate chip. They were also delicious. Absolutely outstanding fresh cookies! I had stopped next-door to get some Korean fried chicken and when I walked back outside my car, I saw the sandwich board sign on the sidewalk out front encouraging me to go inside for the best cookies I've ever had before. Being intrigued by the boldness of such a claim, I took it as a challenge and walked inside to check them out. I've never heard anything about this place before, show. I asked the very helpful staff for a breakdown of their flavors and they gave me a verbal tour of what they had and I chose to order a dozen "Thicc Cheeks", 12 of their delicious cookies. They have a rotating array of flavors along with some staple flavors featured in this review was their chocolate chip flavor, which I thought was definitely one of the better chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. I guess they are clean wasn't too far off the mark! The service was fantastic, the prices were a little bit high, but I expect that when it borders a college campus like Brown University. Parking is tough with only on street parking available in the middle of a commercial district and in the heart of Brown University. Oh the great debate continues between trending cookie establishments that specialize in the muffin/cake-like type of cookies. Feed the Cheeks offers more puffy cookies that are "harder" on the outside but fluffy and gooey on the inside. We came on Memorial Day during the early evenings and decided to go with a pack of 8 minis. The menu did not offer any prices so we were going in blindsided. The miniature versions offered all but two flavors of the full sized options so we were able to get a small sample of each flavor. The 8 pack of minis came out to about $15! Wow oh wow $15 can get you a party platter of cookies, so these should blow me away, right? I'm not sure how long these cookies have been baked but they did not seem like they were fresh out the oven--nor did they taste like it. They had a nice shell to the outside (not hard or crispy) and the inside was very cake-like. Honestly, after that price, it was not worth it. The cookies could've at least been fresh out the oven. Probably will not come back mainly due to the cost. Please offer prices up front in the future so customers will know what they're getting into. read more

Better than their other location, this includes seating. Cookies are expensive and an attempted copycat of a well known cookie shop in another state, they're easy and cheap to make. Cookies here are plain, and stiff and cold from sitting out. No offer to warm them up or add any toppings. Bulk discounts are a joke. I shouldn't have to spend my paycheck for some cookies. I visited this Feed the Cheeks location on a whim since they were open for a middle-of-the-night dessert. The shop is small but cute and has a few seats inside. I ordered a 4 pack - two chocolate chip, funfetti, and the flavor of the month which was the "Cookie Sink". I thought all of the cookies were "thicc" and perfect to share for two people. They also sell bottles of almond or whole milk to accompany the cookies. I think they are fairly priced, and I was definitely satisfied after trying it. I had been meaning to check out their new space since they opened and I'm so glad we scored a parking space right outside the entrance. The owners are so nice and they were able to help us and make suggestions as soon as we walked in. The cookies are the same as at their Wayland Square spot and that is to say they're perfection. Thick, soft, gooey clouds of cookie joy. I got their January special which is the Kitchen Sink cookie. It's a sweet and salty dream with m&ms, chocolate chips, Heath toffee, potato chips, pretzels, and a sprinkle of sea salt. You only have until the end of this month to try this one though! PS This new Feed the Cheeks location also has a coffee, lattes, and a soft serve machine! And soft serve + espresso = affrogato! The next time I go in earlier in the day I will be getting an affrogato to dunk my cookie into! read more

As far as cookies go these are nothing special, not bad but not mind blowing either. The price is quite expensive for them. I got 4 minis to try them out came to $7.56 a single is $5.50 before tax!!!, each one is like two-three bites. I'm not sure if they are supposed to be hollow but a couple were which tells me that's a no. I probably won't stop back as insomnia down the street consistently has better cookies imo and I know they serve cookies that are baked from frozen but they serve a great warm peanut butter cookie consistently. Just tried their red velvet cookie for an afternoon pick-me-up and honestly don't think it's worth the money even though the cookie size is pretty large. It's very sweet (yes it's a cookie, but midway through, the cookie starts getting grossly sweet) but without the freshness and warmth that another place like Insomnia Cookies just up the street would have. The texture gets a little too mushy for my taste where it feels like it disintegrates when you're eating it. The ambiance is cute and the staff are very friendly, but I think I'll be heading back to Insomnia if I want cookies or even might substitute with a chocolate muffin from the Blue Room. read more
