This ice cream was incredible. I love the "blizzard" style ice cream they do (mixing the toppings into soft serve) The help was nice, and explained how the menu worked. Inside was small but that's no fault to the location it was perfect for a quick in and out ice cream! My only real complaint is it's situated on a busy road and they had 4 or 5 employees working, and we were the only people in there and there wasn't any parking. read more

We routinely stop by this spot after a long ride on the nearby bike path. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. They have lots of great seasonal flavors like pineapple orange, peach, lemon pie and blueberry cheesecake. I didn't try the pineapple orange but I've tried all the others and can vouch that they are delicious! It's also reasonably priced. They have a freezer full of ice cream cakes and pies that I haven't tried yet but I definitely want to! You can enjoy your ice cream outside on a nice day at the picnic tables in front of the shop. read more

I had with an order placed through DoorDash from your Coventry location. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that one item was missing. I promptly called the store to address this issue. Unfortunately, the response I received was far from satisfactory. The employee who answered my call seemed unaware of the situation and stated, "I have no idea" when I explained the missing item. I inquired further about my order and whether he was responsible for assembling it, to which he confirmed he was. However, when I asked if he had included two or three items in the bag, he abruptly hung up on me. I attempted to call back multiple times, but no one answered. Eventually, I called from a different number, and the same employee answered. When I asked why he had hung up on me, he was unable to provide an explanation. Instead, he suggested that I contact DoorDash for assistance. When I requested his name, he responded with "nope," which I found quite unprofessional. Given that the bag was stapled shut, it is clear that the missing item was an oversight on your part. The way I was treated during this interaction was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service I expect. I love this place. Mike and I have gone frequently to the location in Cranston and they never disappoint. Today I went to a holiday crafts person sale at the West Warwick Civic Center. They had a pop-up there and I was so happy to see them. They really have delicious ice cream and although at pop-ups of course the flavors are limited, they had plenty of toppings and I was glad to see them there although I couldn't eat the ice cream because of a diet. Such a cute small ice cream shop. I think this place is a little newer but so glad we gave it a shot. We actually found it here on yelp :) they have a huge menu with a wide selection. It even looked like they had a case with ice cream cakes. What's not to love?!? Their soft serve ice cream was smooth, creamy and delicious! I've actually been thinking about it since I had it a week ago. They offer indoor and outdoor seating and have a walk up window or you can order right inside. Cute little spot. Great little ice cream store that has been newly renovated, serving lots of choices of hard and soft favorites, sundaes, shakes and slushies. Lots of flavors, lots of toppings, dippings and three or four kinds of cones. Ice cream pies are even available Cute inside seating and outside as well. Been here three times this summer, the first two times the guys working acted like we were 'putting them out' by coming in, I can deal with bad manners as poor social functioning but this past Monday we pulled into their parking lot at 8:53pm, we could see several workers through the lighted front window. There are so many things to absolutely love about Udder Delights that I do not know where to begin. The soft serve ice cream here is fantastic. FAN. TAS. TIC. It deserves recognition and if there were a statewide competition for best soft serve, I would not hesitate on voting for this place, they would win. There's an item on the menu called an "Udder Mixin," that I would have never noticed if the owner hadn't suggested it after I asked some other questions one day. It's basically layers of this magical soft serve and whatever fillings you want, piled into a tall cup. It is life changing. Before I tried this thing, I enjoyed ice cream, sure. As much as the next girl. But now? I'm obsessed. There are other things about this shop that are exceptional too: the staff is amazing, their ice cream cakes are decadent, the choice of toppings and flavors and options is abundant, they're dog-friend and serve doggie sundaes, and the pricing is reasonable. I went in earlier with my friend and I ordered a gluten free cone with salted caramel icecream and she ordered a peanut butter and jelly sundae. I'm giving it 4 stars because the ice cream was very delicious but there are some quirks. For example, the flavor selection is awesome and the taste is great for a local place. But the sizing is a bit strange for the cups. The kid size cup is arguably not even kid size, granted they do warn you about how small it truly is but it's absurd they charge $4 for about 1/4 cup. I could understand and accept $3 for the size but $4 is really pushing it. For a regular size, on the other hand, is about 3x what you get in a kid size cup and is $5. So no brainer there if you're looking for an average size cup of ice cream and just a dollar more than the kid size. The service was very friendly and patient which I appreciated. Would be 5 stars if they could work out the sizing/pricing. Way better than sundaes down the road, we'll be back! read more

I hope the two girls that were working the night I brought my family do not own this place. They were completely ignorant, with one girl more interested in telling her colleague about what a jerk her boyfriend was instead of helping us. I could not make sense of the menu, with no offer of help from the employees. We payed and sat down at the tables provided and neither one of the girls would leave from behind the counter to bring us the ice cream we ordered, but instead put them atop the ice cream case and said your ice cream is up here and then walked in the back. The positive is the ice cream itself was incredible and the atmosphere was nice. I will try again in the future and hopefully will have a better experience read more

It's so nice to see an ice cream shop on the bike path again! I have been a handful of times and the only complaint I have is regarding the whipped cream policy. I was told the whipped cream on sundaes needs to be asked for in advanced, but the menu and website states that it comes on all speciality sundaes. This obviously doesn't matter too much but it seems to be inconsistent if whipped cream is just given or not each time I go. Despite this the ice cream is always great! read more
