Very good ice cream! They have a ton of cool flavors in soft serve and hard ice cream, so there's something for everyone! The servers were super helpful in giving feedback on some flavors. It seems like a classic ice cream shop! They have a few tables set up along the side of the parking lot and some tables inside. I do wish they had more outdoor seating available to allow even more people to enjoy!

I have been coming to sundaes for years! The prices are reasonable and they have indoor and outdoor seating. They have a-lot of different soft and hard serve flavors. They added quite a few new things to the menu this year too! The staff is all young and sweet, they work pretty fast as well. The atmosphere is clean and decorated with cow prints and ice cream pictures and it's just very colorful! Love it here!

Sundaes was a stop for the 6th Annual Search for the Best Scoop Shop RI with RI Food Fights. There are 3 Sundaes locations: Cranston, RI, Seekonk, MA and Johnston, RI. I went to the Johnston, RI location. There is limited parking spots since they took out some of the parking to queue for ice cream. There are some picnic tables outside and I saw some seats inside. I had their new flavor - DoughOreo. It is Oreo ice cream loaded with cookie dough pieces. It was really tasty and creamy. Service was good.

Sundaes is one of my top childhood favorite icecream spots. I came on a warm Monday night and the line was steady but service was quick. It is a walk up service and grab and go. The outside is painted with cow prints and a couple of picnic tables to enjoy your treat outside. They also have indoor seating but you have to order outside. The only reason why I'm not giving it a 5 Star is because it is not homemade ice-cream. I always get a kiddie size which is one scoop. Their scoops are always consistent and pretty generous. They have a wide variety of flavors between soft serve, hard serve, and frozen yogurt.

Great consistence and sturdy enough for a cone! That's rare for vegan ice cream! Thanks Sundaes!

Delicious frozen treats and excellent customer service. Our vegan/ dairy free family is always able to find something delicious at sundaes and the quality is high! The dairy free customers are not an after thought!!

Love this face! He did great with his dentist appt today!

They have really good ice cream. Always have. My son likes the blueberry soft serve. I love their flavor: "Graham Central Station" and I'm pretty sure this flavor is from Warwick ice cream- but not 100%, I know Warwick Ice Cream makes this flavor and it's absolutely delicious & my absolute favorite! Add some caramel & whipped cream and it's PERFECTION! Also they give you large portions! 2 scoops is more like 4! But I'm not complaining! Delicious! It's also reasonably priced & not too expensive, like some of these nouveau riche places that open up out of nowhere and it costs $20+ for "gourmet" ice cream. My favorite part about the location is that we can bike here from the Blackstone Valley Bike Path! It's like a 6 minute (round trip) detour from the trail! Very Convenient!! My son and I typically go for a bike ride and at the end we bike here for a sweet treat! Customer Setvice/Staff is ok- mostly younger/high school aged kids & they typically don't go out of their way for the customer but it depends on who you get, but literally nobody in recent years- really stands out here... if they added some outdoor sitting areas & cleaned the interior up (it's looked the same since I was a kid- and it's very outdated), it could be a great little spot, I would love to see an old school style " Ice Cream Parlor" with 50s/60s decor/style & Juxeboxes, milkshakes, cabinets, etc., that would be amazing! I also feel like every time I go here the bathroom is always "out of order". For now it's still good ice cream, and you typically just order at the outdoor window & you can still eat inside (I believe) but there are no longer outdoor tables. But if you're craving ice cream & in the area- I would def stop here!

The sauce, mustard and celery salt were all on point and in the proper ratios. Even the coffee melt, while in a bottle came from a local dairy and was made with cane sugar. Under the circumstances that's pretty good. We were surprised by the quality and execution. They have the classic wiener formula down. A couple of minor tweaks away from the OGs for the new kids on the block in Johnston. Well worth trying if you're in the neighborhood.

After placing our order, an employee asked what other dessert we might have chosen. The store was quiet when I arrived. Service was fast and friendly. They have lots to choose from on their menu. I wanted to try so many things but because I was driving back to Boston and wasn't sure whether it would totally melt, I tried an ice cream sandwich. For myself I chose the banana pudding and for my hubby, the mint n chip. They double-bagged them and I put them on the floor in front of the floor AC and turned that baby on full blast. To my surprise, they were completely in tact when I arrived home. Yes, I was freezing the whole ride back given it was 51 degrees and rainy. Anyways onto the ice cream sammies - my hubby loved his. I thought mine was good but I felt like the cookie was too rich - it definitely did not need the chocolate dipped side with peanuts. I'm not sure why but this combo wasn't super appealing to me. The ice cream was very good but more on the sweeter side. Next time I'm in the area I want to try the strawberry taco.

But I think the banana also helps keep it really creamy! I couldn't really taste the coffee so I ordered the other vegan option which is black raspberry Oreo! I asked them to clean the scoop before scooping mine for an allergy and they did and really did a fantastic job cleaning it, as I did not get sick (yay!) buuuuut they did give me the coffee vegan ice cream instead of what I ordered. I randomly found this place…read morewhen doing a google search and based on their nearly perfect reviews, decided I had to give it a shot; I had a BIG FEELING I'd love it. It is located next to a school so traffic can be heavy depending on the time of day. I went around 5 pm and the weather wasn't great so not as much traffic and parking right in front. It is metered parking which is a downside but I believe there are side streets without the fee. I loved a lot of the details when I walked in such as the ice cream cone chairs along the wall, the art on the wall, the citrus colors all around, and a water station. The menu isn't very extensive, but | actually love this about them. Each flavor is very unique and when every flavor sounds and tastes good, a dozen options is perfectly fine. They also have it broken up into regular hard ice cream, dairy free ice cream, and sorbet. I couldn't decide on what I wanted but I was allowed to sample different ones before committing to one. They offer 4 different sizes: mini (golf ball scoop) - $4, scoop (baseball) -$6, half/half - $7, and double -$8. During my sampling session, I tried the horchata, thai tea, and dulce de leche. I ultimately opted for the dulce de leche because of its sweet, creamy, and intense caramel-like flavor. It almost tasted like a cold Werther's caramel melting in my mouth, so I needed more of it. However, I loved that the horchata had a strong cinnamon and vanilla presence with a hint of coconut since I do think the non-diary flavors are coconut milk based. The thai tea literally tasted like a frozen thai tea as it was milky but also the black tea undertone was there. I did not get to taste the london fog but I also heard it was a black tea flavor. Just based on internet pictures, it looks like the menu is constantly changing (some staple flavors don't seem to leave) and there are seasonal flavors. This motivates me to come back more often to see what treasures I come across. They had a few tables inside to enjoy your ice cream there. There were two people working so I did not wait much for my turn. They also do offer pints to go, but from what I could see only two flavors: cookies and cream and mango sticky rice.

That part comes down to personal preference... I can tolerate a taste I don't love. What I can't tolerate is bad service. The employee working on 5/25/26 was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. She acted annoyed whenever someone asked for samples and made customers feel like they were wasting her time. She handed over cups of ice cream without spoons or any explanation of where to find them. After running the register, she simply turned around and walked away before the payment even finished processing. Like I said, taste is subjective. How bad can ice cream really be, right? But poor service is something I don't overlook. I won't be returning to this place. In my opinion, 3 Sisters and Sacred Cow offer a much better overall experience.
