I don't usually drink coffee with this much milk, but it was tasty and smooth so no complaints. The slice of lemon bread was very thick, sweet and flavorful. My SO ordered a breakfast sandwich which are available in many configurations. The sandwich is quite large, well presented and tasty. He also enjoyed a drip coffee with milk. I had been wanting to try this place for the longest but since it is a cute little truck that travels around the state, I hadn't had the opportunity to organically come across it - until this moment. Although a lot of their drink options sounded delicious, I went with the iced Maria Maria. I got the opportunity to chat a bit with one of the Marias and she was very kind, along with the other two team members. The prices are average, with my drink coming out to about $6. One disclaimer is that I don't drink coffee much, so I can't speak about the quality of the coffee taste but overall I loved the drink, mostly because it wasn't too strong or sweet but did have a very creamy taste. In addition, they do add a Maria cookie, which is very nostalgic for me. Although the line was very long, they were very efficient with just 3 people and do get our orders at a timely manner. I am looking forward to the next time I see them again to try more of their stuff. They do post their schedule of where they will be on their instagram page at the start of each week.

My drink came to $9 and became the most expensive small latte I've ever paid for. I also ordered one of their Cowboy cookies and regret not buying another. It's like a kitchen sink cookie with a sweet and salty mix. The cookie butter flavor didn't stand out in the actual latte, but the whipped was thick, sweet, and delicious. The inside is small with only a few tables and some counter seating, but I really like the design choices they made. The plants mounted to the wall and natural light are nice. The baristas are super friendly as well. For food and drinks, I ordered the iced black sesame hojicha latte and I added ube cold foam, and the sausage egg and cheese biscuit breakfast sandwich. I really enjoy the drinks here. The hojicha latte was quite tasty, not too sweet, and the nuttiness of the sesame came through. I have also ordered a hot latte on my first visit, which enjoyed a lot. The milk was steamed nicely and the espresso was smooth. Something to note, is that there are no ceramic mugs here, which is a bummer. The big thing for me that was a disappointment was the breakfast sandwich. It really felt and tasted like a frozen sandwich that was popped in the microwave. The biscuit was soft and limp, the sausage was that processed patty, and the egg was a premade flat circle. Overall, I think the drinks and lattes are really good and I would totally stop in for a pick me up any time, but definitely skip the food.
