Cute place! Spacious with a bar. We did take out for a quick breakfast on the go... Bacon, egg and cheese on a bulky roll. The two young guys working the hostess station were friendly and looked like they were having fun. Our order was quick and the guys were great at getting us some hot sauce. It was tasty and affordable. I want to go back and eat here!

Great food, nice atmosphere, and our waitress was awesome! Will be going back! The California Benedict was delicious :)

Great local establishment that I've been dining at since I was a teen and they were located on the other side of town. Back in the day it used to be a great spot for late night eats after the clubs let out :) Food is always quality, the specials are always creative and the service is always on point. The inside is so much more elegant than their previous location that it's easy to forget that it's basically a diner and not a bistro/cafe. My favorite big breakfast here is the new englander. To me there isn't a better value for the amount of food anywhere else to be found. I usually upgrade the pancakes to blueberry without an issue. Had the stuffed French toast the last time I was in and it was really tasty. Coffee is typical for a diner so if you're looking for the fancy stuff you should probably grab it on your way to or from here.

Looking for a Breakfast/Brunch spot that is somewhere other than Providence? Came upon Coffee & Cream one Sunday after looking at some Yelp pictures. Only had to wait about 10-15 minutes before being sat, however, we could have been sat earlier if we wanted to eat at the bar/counter. It was pretty busy which is always a good sign. I was really hungry so I ordered the Raspberry Brioche Jelly Donut French Toast and the Make Your Own Omelette with broccoli and cheddar. I felt like the egg tasted a little dirty. I don't know if I'm weird and maybe I can taste the earthy quality of some eggs but I tried to mask it with hot sauce and ketchup and make a sandwich with the bread. Overall, I wasn't crazy about it. The home fries were okay- more liked seasoned potatoes than fried potatoes. The brioche, recommended by our server, was too sweet for me, which is more on me because there are big dollops of jelly filling on top. I don't feel that it was worth $10. I wanted to try something that was different but wished I had just ordered a single French toast or pancake with fresh strawberries instead (this is not on the menu, but available to order a la carte per our server). Overall, the service was good but I didn't think the food was that great for the price. Probably won't be back but a good option if you're really hungry and in the area. Their drinks looked good, although I didn't order one.

Read about this place while doing a Google search for brunch places. I was attracted to the story of the place and the pictures of the food on the website (yes, I am a sucker), that I made the 35-minute drive on a weekend. No reservations, but the wait time of about 10-12 minutes was not that bad. We were seated in an elevated section. Service was a bit slow and the server didn't seem to enjoy us being there. I was a bit disappointed because I brought two guests over with my husband and I-- excited over trying this place out. Our order included Raspberry Jelly Donut French toast, Irish Benedict, and a special egg burrito. I was delighted that the French toast was worth the try. This place is not bad and I can see why people are curious to try apart from those who appeared to be neighborhood regulars. I would not marvel over it, though. Service could use an improvement.

Ate one bite of egg. One bite home fries . One bite toast. Coffee was good tho

Hard to argue with a 5$ breakfast BUT the eggs were so dry & cheese was almost non existent. Home fries were the farthest thing from soft on the inside. Staff is 10/10 , almost feel bad writing this review but the food needs serious improvement

Great weekend specials. Consistently good food & a good kids meal. Never had bad service but it can get pretty busy on the weekends after 10am. Absolutely love the kids drink cup. It's so easy for my kiddo to use without needing a straw that's way too long like most other restaurants. Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing breakfast choice! I ordered the Irish Benedict and my partner got the special: Oreo cheesecake French toast. Wowee wow. The French toast was topped with a fried Oreo, which was a great touch. I asked for my home fries well done, and they were perfect. The Benedict is on some perfect Italian bread instead of an English muffin. Another great touch. Service was beyond friendly and attentive, from the smiling host to the very professional server. The location is adorable inside and very clean. Can't wait to come back and try some more of their menu items!

We entered through the back door since we saw others had and it was opened to allow fresh air in. All the booths hugging the wall were taken so we seated at the middle tables (but also offered the bar area). Their menu isn't too big, which made my decision easier and they had plates that have a little bit of everything which I loved. My mom had the MO which came with two eggs, home fries, toast, and four bacon and I ended up going with the little lady which included one egg, one sausage, one bacon, home fries (beans or fruit are other options), and I chose grilled English muffin as my bread. I was a bit worried it wouldn't be enough food but it was more than enough. The eggs was cooked perfectly. The bacon was crispy. The sausage was flavorful and tender. The potatoes were unique and one of the best I've ever had. They were short sticks that could've been lightly fried or maybe grilled, I wasn't sure. But the flavor and consistency/texture were amazing. The French toast was really good, thick and eggy. A sprinkle of cinnamon would've been perfect. I will be coming here more often. Prices are really good and the staff is very kind and attentive.

When trying out a new restaurant, we have little to no expectations but we go with an empty stomach & open mind. I had to look up Manville in Google maps - it's half way between Cumberland & Woonsocket. The restaurant is an unassuming storefront on a mostly residential street. We walked in & were greeted warmly. The restaurant was hopping on a late Saturday morning, so we took the two open seats at the counter. Your Mother's Favorite is truly a family affair. Dad is in the kitchen with an uncle & a son, mom is running the front of house with another son & some other relatives. We learned that this restaurant is an offshoot of their Sunnyside on the Street food truck. They offered any 1/2 lb brisket/chuck blend burger on a brioche bun for the RI Food Fights coupons. Upon recommendation of the son who was serving us at the counter, I went with their best seller: The Mother In Law - caramelized onions, Gruyere cheese, house made sauce. It was SOOOO good! The burger was perfectly cooked with a ton of delicious caramelized onions & ooey gooey melted cheese holding it all together. Hubby opted for The Hot Mom - pepper jack cheese, red onion & house-made mango habanero sauce. He will order anything that will give his taste buds a kick... & this definitely kicked! For me, the sauce was too hot. For hubby, it was definitely HOT but he couldn't get enough! I've never seen a man eat a burger that fast! LOL Hubby was so excited about the mango habanero sauce that the dad/owner came out of the kitchen to discuss creating it. He also provided us with a small container to bring home to enjoy & shared the recipe. I was in the mood for something a little sweet & ordered one slice of the French toast. It was delicious. They also do a deep fried French toast which is something I will order the next time. We got into a nice conversation with the table next to the counter. The couple were fans of the family's original food truck & are repeat customers of Your Mother's Favorite. They were also fans of RI Food Fights - especially the January #LordOfTheWings. We concur! We ogled the other delicious breakfast dishes being delivered to customers. Hubby wants to try both the Huevos Rancheros & the Biscuits with Gravy. Their pancakes are supposed to be out of this world but I will be hard pressed not to order The Mother In Law again! Even though it was very busy, the family made time to chat with us & answer questions about the restaurant & menu. We loved everything about Your Mother's Favorite & can't wait for a return visit! It was Mom who pointed out the devil dog on the menu, which is a hot dog wrapped in bacon and cheese. I also ordered a side of onion rings, which was nothing short of delicious. Mom ordered the tuna melt, which she attacked like a human seagull. All that was left were a few made-inhouse-potato chips, which I insisted she try along with the tuna melt. Our waitress was friendly and greeted us with a smile, and she didn't make us feel rushed. I'm guessing that was the owner who asked us how our lunch was, and I gave him two thumbs up because it's rude to talk with your mouth full, right? Anyway, the people who work there don't make you feel like you gotta wolf down your lunch super quick to make room for the next people coming in. The restaurant itself might not be crazy huge, but that's part of the charm. The radio even had a cover of "In The Mood" by Glen Miller playing while I finished my lunch, which was a nice treat. I later waddled out of there like a stuffed penguin, because "stuffed" is an accurate description of how I felt after eating my lunch. You do have to pay cash, which is OK. They have an ATM by the door when you walk in. I don't know when I'll be back again, but I know I WILL be back. Five smiles all around.
