The one with colorful sparkles was also very good and not too sweet. The ones with frosting were very sweet for my taste. Service was quick as well. Didn't have to wait long after placing my order to get our treats. The storefront is much smaller than I anticipated, but, it's not meant to be a dine in establishment. Everything was clean and the aroma of fresh baked cookies was delightful! Ordering was easy with options of using the app, using one of the two the touchscreens, or speaking directly to an employee. I also like that they have the flavors they are selling on display so you can see exactly what you'll be getting. Now, I've had Crumbl cookies before and I know the flavors can be hit or miss. We've definitely had a cookie or two that wasn't up to snuff. But, this day's experience was fantastic. We tried their original chocolate chip, a brookie cookie, and a Reesie's peanut butter cookie. I will say they are pretty pricey, but the cookies are huge. I love that they have the option of getting minis because the regular size cookies are just too big for me. And they have a decent rewards program where you can earn points for free cookies. Sweet...literally! Lol! We'll be back!

Finally took a bite off the "Crumbl Cookie". Must say, overall it was just "meh"…read more Some people might be taken a back that I wasn't overwhelmed and overjoyed by this cookie. Forget all the hype, it's just an average cookie. It's not about the $5 cost of the cookie, it's not about our love for chocolate chip cookies. There was just a lot of buildup for a big fat cookie that didn't inspire. Give credit where credit is due. The staff is friendly. They work hard. The place is clean. Perhaps the folks that spend $10 on a cup of coffee see something I don't in pricy $5 cookie. The dough felt undercooked. There were barely enough chocolate chips in it to rate as a chocolate chip cookie. And it just seemed to miss that desire to want to take more bites.

A go to spot for me also. On to the review! I walk in and greeted by a very polite person asking me what I would like and started off with a loaf of Italian bread sliced. They grab the loaf fly to the back and before you know they are right back and asked if I wanted anything else and I asked for some torpedo rolls and while they grabbed that I scooped up some Hermit cookies (my favorite thing here!). We square up at the counter with a fast polite credit card transaction and I'm out the door ( watch the step going in and out). Great little town bakery where most the locals can be seen chit chatting back and forth while ordering stuff. Great friendly vibe. Nice clean place and really awesome Hermit cookies! I found the shop tucked away in my old stomping grounds, and when my GPS announced I had arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see it now occupies what used to be a beloved old Italian bakery. There's a small parking lot right next to the well-marked entrance, and their adorable bespectacled cupcake logo makes for a charming first impression. Inside, the space is a nostalgic dream for fans of all things pop culture. The décor spans across countless beloved universes--Marvel, Star Wars, Disney, Harry Potter, Pokémon, Mario, and more. Familiar faces like Batman, Spiderman, Thor, and the Hulk line the walls and shelves, giving the whole place a fun and immersive vibe. But let's talk about the real stars: the baked goods. The display at the entrance is packed with eye-catching treats--cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and beyond. Everything looked just as mouthwatering in person as it did in the photos that initially drew me in. In addition to desserts, they also offer cannoli, cinnamon rolls, brownies, breakfast wraps, sandwiches, bagels, toasts, bowls, and a variety of drinks including coffee, smoothies, and iced options. Since I was there for cupcakes, I picked out three flavors: Mocha Cappuccino, Banana Pudding, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana. I only got to try the two banana ones, but both were delicious. The Mocha one smelled heavenly though! A surprise bonus--the cupcakes had fillings, which I wasn't expecting. The frosting-to-cake ratio was perfect, and the cake itself was light and fluffy, yet sturdy enough to hold up the frosting. The owner was super helpful in guiding my selections and genuinely lit up when I asked about the bakery's background and theme. They host themed events too--like an upcoming Star Wars Day breakfast with a buffet, character meet-and-greets, goodie bags, and more. I don't live in the area anymore, so coming back would be a special treat--but I definitely plan to. Getting out of the parking lot was a bit tricky due to the busy nearby intersection, but it wasn't too hard to navigate. A small inconvenience considering everything this place has to offer. Bottom line: this bakery is a delightful, nerdy, sugar-filled gem. A perfect place to treat yourself!
