Chocolate chunk, peanut butter, mint & toffee
    Holly W.

It was my first time! Was it worth the hype? I am going to say I don't like paying $5 for a cookie but it was a decent size and I can tell good ingredients. Like- look at those huge chunks of chocolate! Will this happen often? No but maybe every so often. The lineup: Semi-sweet chocolate chunk- soft and loaded with chocolate! I would say this was the second best in the batch Mint cookies & cream- This was the best cookie of the bunch! I did not want to try it but my daughter pushed the subject and I am glad she did. The mint is so light and I've just learned that's chips and pretzels in the cookie! It was a fantastic bite. The cookie and frosting in one bite is really a good balance for my taste bud interests. Ultimate peanut butter- just what you would expect. Loaded with PB and I love pb but a little much for me. Toffee Cake- I got caught up in my first experience and was caught up in the look but I was sadly disappointed when I bit into it and found it was a cake and not a cookie. But the ooze at the bottom of the tray is delicious but it's whipped frosting and l like a real true sugary, thick frosting which would have been a better flavor bomb. I was let down but it was based on my preconceived notion. Our cashier was SUPER nice and chatty with us (which I like). I think her name was Tyla. Kudos to her! Clean facility. Easy to order- I like that you can do it off a kiosk PC or talk to a person. Also I like that you can see what you're ordering- the display helps. True score: 3.5 (This may seam low but once you have had a cookie from Levain it's easier to judge others)

Four cookies box. Special deal on 4

Dinner at nearby sushi restaurant and ended up parking in front of Crumbl. Steady stream of people picking up cookies in small and large boxes, so we decided to try some ourselves. Order from kiosks and cookies warm to the touch in our order. Special deal to purchase 4. I don't remember the flavors, but all were tasty and large. We broke them up so everyone could try and had leftovers sitting in the box for later. Nice flavors, not stale, large.

Crumbl Cookies has really perfected the art of the automated system. You can pre-order via the Crumbl cookie app, they have two kiosks where you can self order in the store and you can also be assisted by a cashier. They only offer a limited amount of flavors at any given time making it easy to order and easy to prepare. I placed my order at the kiosk and it was ready in under 2 minutes. The cookies were priced just $5.00 (this included tax) each and come in bakery boxes. I ordered the chocolate chip cookie and it came exactly as advertised. The staff were friendly, the space was clean, and modern. The parking lot is large but it can be congested so go early. For a franchise this was a decent experience. I would recommend giving them a try.

    Looks great huh?!

Meh. I soooo wanted to like this place, and the cookies look so delicious. However, I was underwhelmed. On the bright side, the ordering process was efficient and fast, and I received my order fairly quickly after I ordered it on their terminal in the lobby. I ordered the 4 pack. At about $4 per cookie I once again had high expectations but was underwhelmed. The tried and true chocolate chip cookie was the best, and I appreciated how soft and moist all the cookies were. The Buckeye cookie was a bit heavy on the peanut butter and fudge and it stuck to the roof of my mouth with every bite. Fun fact: if you put it in the refrigerator for a bit and then eat it, it tastes much better and is less likely to impair your ability to talk! The honey and cornbread cookie was just okay. It would have been better if it was a little lighter on the honey. The 4th cookie I don't even remember which one it was, and who cares anyway because it was the worst of the bunch! If I go back, I'll just stick with tried and true...

I was SUPER excited to try the Mallow cookie this week but unfortunately this location was out ... We went at like 11am today too. I live in Michigan and am a huge Crumbl fan; I'm on vacation in MA/RI this week so I wanted to check out the Attleboro location. I saw last night that the Mallow cookie and also this week's strawberry one were sold out. This morning I checked the app again and everything except chocolate chip, sugar, and red velvet were sold out, but I figured maybe if I stopped by the situation might be different. It was: they didn't have the red velvet BUT they had the cinnamon frybread cookie, so we got one of those. To pour salt in the wound, someone was picking up a party box and we saw they had plenty of Mallow and strawberry in theirs :( I have preordered from Crumbl before and that doesn't always guarantee you'll get what you want but I'm not sure if it's different with a party box. Overall I'd give the Cinnamon Fry Bread 3.5 out of 5 stars, definitely tasty but I've had better from Crumbl before. Location-wise this was a nice location, although the parking lot was busy. But I was very disappointed they were out of both the Mallow and the Strawberry one today.

Delicious! Scrumptious! Delectable! Heavenly! Worth every calorie! Baked fresh daily cookies with irresistible flavors for every palate. Order ahead and wait less time.

Trying Crumbl cookies has been on the top of my "foodie bucket list" for so long now. Being that Rhode Island is so behind the times we don't have any locations here (yet! Soon though!) I decided it was time to take the drive to Massachusetts to finally see what all the rage is about.. Located in a strip plaza it looked moderately busy but the line actually moved so fast it wasn't a long wait at all. The smell when you first enter is like omg cookie heaven. Multiple ways to place your order, online, at the kiosk or in person..either way it wasn't intimidating. The man taking my order was very friendly and within 5 minutes my cookies were ready. The guy presenting them was also super nice and they looked ahhh-mazing. I bought a 4 pack box not knowing how filling or good they were gonna be and for $16 they are absolutely worth the price. I tried the rocky road and it was one of the best cookies I've ever had. So soft and chocolatey with a gooey marshmallow center- magical actually. Very very filling, but in a good way!! I can't wait to eventually try some other flavors in the future. Overall this place lived up to the expectations I had and then some. Very pleased with the service and product and I will for sure be back again!!!

We got a cookie for each of us since they we're fairly expensive. Everyone was helpful, and it was clean, and the menu was clear and easy to read. There are 8 choices per day, and each cookie is 4.78 before tax. They come in an individual pink box with their logo on it. I had the classic sugar cookie, and my mom got the mystery blondie cookie. Both cookies were fresh, filling, and have quality ingredients. Unfortunately, they were extremely sweet. It was borderline sickening, but due to the exorbitant price, I didn't want to waste it. In my opinion, this is a novelty place, but I can't see anyone buying cookies here in large quantities.

I was picking up food at Chipotle which is a few stores down from Crumbl and noticed there was not a long line like I had seen in the past. I looked though the window and decide to check it out. It's a very small store with 2 self service kiosks (iPads with credit card readers) and a small counter with a cashier and a second small counter as a pick up area. I ordeed at the kiosk but was shocked by the prices. A single cookie (which at the time I assumed was very big) is about $5 and there were 6 flavors to choose from. They offer a discount on a 4 pack of cookies which comes out to about $16. Being my first visit I chose 2 cookies, the Rocky Road and the Reese's. It wasn't until I walked to the waiting area that I saw there were cookies on display to show the size and they were no where near as large as I thought they would be. It was only a few minutes till my cookies were ready and they are presented in small single cookie size boxes. The person handing off your order does it with the boxes open to make sure they are as you expected, then the boxes are closed and you are on your way. I didn't voice any concern or complaint since the cookies were the size of the display ones. They are fresh and warm when you get them which I guess is nice but $11 for 2 medium size cookies is very high to me. After trying both flavors I can tell you they did taste good, but not $11 good. My guess is that the long line is because this is a new chain to the area and people want to try it out. I will not be back because I'd rather spend $5 on a package of cookies or support a truly independent bakery for fresh cookies. If you wanna check it out just be aware of the prices and the size of the cookies before you walk in. Thanks for reading!!

{Edit: Just wanted to add additional information. I just realized on both of my purchases I was charged a 3% service fee. I did use a credit card, so is that a CC usage fee? What is this fee and why be so sneaky about it? A small fee is not a big deal I guess in the bigger picture as I am paying a crazy amount of money for a cookie but why so secretive? My first visit I did go in store to make my purchase and did not see signage about this fee, nor did the employee mention it as I paid for my order, but they did mention I could add a tip if I wanted....! Tipping is optional and to be asked does not feel very optional in my opinion. Service fee is not optional and was not even mentioned. } I have been here twice. My very first visit was not busy, I was able to see what this place is all about. Second visit, I ordered on the app and waited for a notification to say my order was ready. Approaching the door to get my order, the line of people outside instantly gave me some dirty looks as they probably thought I was trying to cut the line. Once I opened the door, I wished I had brought my mask as it was wall to wall people in this tiny place. I realized I could not go to the "pink wall" as directed as it was full, but within a few seconds I hear my name called, so I made my way to the front and the nice young lady showed me the cookies I ordered. I do realize this place is new and very busy. So I am not complaining just explaining what I encountered. I would again personally order ahead, that was super easy, I would bring my mask as I really don't want people breathing on me in such close quarters. The cookies..I have tried 6 different cookies over the past 2.5 weeks and they are nothing that special, trying to convince myself they are worth $4+ I guess I too have been a victim of social influence.

Wow! I thought these were overpriced and I was worried about the reviews until I ordered. The 4 for $15 is a good deal! All cookies were moist and crunchy where they needed to be. All the flavors were on point - french toast tastes like french toast, fruity pebbles and pink sugar is sweet and moist, bagel tastes exactly like a bagel! Service was quite fast despite the line. All the cookies came fresh and still fairly warm. Why are people complaining?

Pumpkin roll, caramel apple, peanut butter m&m, pink cookie in photo. Crumbl you have outdone yourself this week. This basic bish loves her pumpkin and this cookie is life. Literally tastes like pumpkin bread and the cream cheese frosting is the perfect touch. As you can see I couldn't wait to try it and it is worth every gram of sugar and fat. My son loves the pink cookie so he dug in right away. The peanut butter m&m was stuffed full of peanut butter and delicious. The caramel apple was basically a sugar cookie with apple. Not too sweet, overall good though.

    Week 9/4-9/9 2023 cookies!

Nothing fancy. As it was, there were not many tables taken at that time yet. But within 30 minutes the place packed up. It was locals who know this is a the place to go, grab a beer or cocktail, then sit down and wait to see what you ordered. Burgundian is a meal to enjoy while having conversations with many others. We started with the IPA beers we ordered. They also had good German beers to select. There are even other European beers available. The list is endless to have. First up to arrive was our Traditional Canadian Poutine. This is House Fries served with Cheddar Cheese Curds, hot beef gravy and fresh scallions. This can be a meal unto itself and is ideal with the beer. We also received a kids meal for a little one. It was chicken fingers and fries. It was so large an adult could have had this for dinner. There was enough left for the next day's lunch. It was fresh, tasty, breaded, and warm. Ideal. There was also Burgundian App Sampler Platter. This was a mix of 2 Arancini, 2 Halloumi Cheese Sticks, 2 Crispy Polenta "Fries" , 2 Wings served with a choice of dips. Again, it could have been a dinner, but with others it was a good dish to share while waiting for the dinner to arrive. We started with US Staycation Burger, switching the beef with chicken. It had melty Three Cheese Blend, Shredded Lettuce , Pickles, and topped with Burgundian mayo. Naturally there was a side of fries and a small salad. It was fresh and tasty and had a flavor to enjoy. Naturally, had to have Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffles. Buttermilk-Fried Chicken Thigh coated in house seasoning. There was creamy Memphis slaw, a spicy sauce you can select and a good hot honey drizzle. The waffle was fresh and enjoyable and ideal for breakfast as well. This was perfect for dinner or breakfast or anytime of the day. One special they did have, and which is not easy to find, is a good Germany Burgundian Currywurst Sausage Dog. Made with a true grilled Knockwurst Sausage it is on a toasted roll that is topped with smoked gouda cheese and caramelized onions. There is curried ketchup which is a variation of what you do find when you order this in Berlin. It too had fries on the side. The taste was good. It was similar to what I remember when living in Germany. And it is a rare find in many restaurants. But here it was. And with a German beer, it was good. Overall, Burgundian is a place to find. It is not easy, but it is there. It is small and simple. You enter and order at the counter. You can go from Beer to a coffee. From an Appy to a meal. The portions are large. The prices are good. The team is good to work with, ask questions and help. This is not a fancy place, but they will take reservations. Your choice here. A true mix of flavors, and cultures, and ideas on what to have next. I will go back just for the Currywurst. Danke.

Which means...that's right, we are all being charged for water. It was still fairly cheap but why not make all tea the price of a small, or a large for that matter? I don't care if you charge me more, just don't BS me. Makes no sense. Also I ordered a black tea with milk and sugar and what did I get? No milk. No sugar. On the first floor, they have some books, bathrooms, a check out desk, nick nacks (hats, stationery, puzzles, etc.), and most importantly, a coffee shop. The coffee shop was closing up around the time we got there so plan accordingly and do some research on their hours. as they are not the same as the bookstore. The books are clearly labeled by genre. After taking a stroll, we decided to check out the second floor which was supposed to have a little market, a stage where they host events, and some very comfortable couches along with tables and chairs. I mostly came to see if a book spoke to me, but also to get some reading in from the book I brought along with me. The lighting is good, although I sometimes prefer to have a dimmer setting for a cozier feel. Naturally a good way to start is with a dry martini. That was filled to the top of the glass. It was ideal. We also had some special Spritz cocktails that were good and strong, but sweet enough to start the meal. Starting with appetizers we did have calamari which was not traditional Italian style. It was more Colombian in nature. It is lightly breaded, fried and tossed with garlic wine butter, sliced cherry peppers and tomatoes. Finished with a dash of parmesan cheese. But, it does have a spicy twist to it. And they were perfect. We also had an order of zucchini flowers that were covered and fried. These are rare to come by. Many restaurants do not even offer these or know how to make them. This was special as no one makes this except at home if you grow the zucchini. This was great. For the main entrees we went all over the place. A bit of everything that we could share and enjoy together. It was that good to share and experience. The special course was the Mofongo Relleno. It is a Puerto Rican favorite consisting of fried, mashed green plantains with garlic, olive oil and Chicharrónes. It is then sautéed with peppers and onions stuffed with chicken. It is a simple dish but nothing you can ever have outside of a Puerto Rican restaurant. And here it is alongside Italian dishes and New England seafood. Next up was Haddock Florentine. This was different. It is baked haddock topped with spinach, grape tomatoes, and crispy bacon in a lemon wine butter sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The sauce is a mixture with Pinot Grigio. It is tasty and light with just enough flavoring. From this we went to Salmon Oscar. It is grilled Atlantic Salmon served over Lobster ravioli with mushrooms, grape tomatoes, and asparagus in a sherry cream sauce. It was truly fresh with fresh caught salmon. It was a good taste with a good portion to go with. The meals were truly enjoyable and had a special taste. Cooked fresh you could have more since the portions were ideal. Naturally, after the meal there is time for dessert. Starting with an express, what more could you want. There was Italian desserts and South American desserts. But this being a special time we went for the Tres Leches. A tres leches cake is a sponge cake originating in North, Central, and South America soaked in milk. It is a very light cake with many air bubbles. This distinct texture is why it does not have a soggy consistency despite being soaked in a mixture of three types of milk. We also had the Pistachio Cake. This is a special cake that is truly light to the touch. Moist, fluffy pistachio cake made with a yogurt batter base and topped with a pistachio butter glaze is an elegant, but easy dessert. Toasting and grinding the pistachios yourself adds a little work, but results in a deep, rich, roasted pistachio flavor. In the end, this was a special meal to have on a special gathering with friends. It was a place hidden down a street not far from where we were but never knew of. The family is wonderful. They run this shop from the front door and into the kitchen. It is their way of presenting a taste and style many of us will never even know of. The meals are good. The portions are excellent. The pricing is perfect for what you will receive. Our compliments to the Chef and the team for offering a special meal. Papagallo. It is a mixture of cultures and tastes for everyone.

We really enjoyed being able to show up last minute and get seated by cheerful staff. The place was…read morehopping with joyful energy and happy patrons. Our server was lovely and made some recommendations. We tried the spicy and sweet calamari app and shrimp fajitas and I tried their famous mofongo with shrimp. I was so glad to try this - the outer crunchy plaintains were perfectly seasoned and the jumbo shrimp were cooked just right. The sauce made me want to lick my plate. The cocktails were generous and beautiful. So luck to have such a great place to eat nearby with a huge assortment of offerings. The food came out quickly and we were done in less than an hour. I highly recommend it!
