Driver marked my package as "customer not available". I was home in my living room all day, and never heard a knock or ring at my door. Flat out lazy and unacceptable. Customer support (who was kind) said the driver most likely didn't even attempt to deliver because my package didn't require a signature, which I totally believe especially because no note was left at my door. EDIT: Its the next day. The driver only left an unmarked NOTE in my apartment mail box that he "missed me". How do you say im unavailble whe you are supposed to put the package in the box?? FedEx Irving warehouse failed me twice within the span of six months. The first missing package - they claimed it was delivered to my apartment lockbox. I entered the code to retrieve my package, the lockbox was empty. The code can only be used once. FedEx claimed they delivered the package inside the lockbox when I tried disputing it with the retailer. I had to get my bank involved after a month of back and forth to be reimbursed. This package was almost $400. The second missing package happened today. Came home and there were no boxes outside. Called the retailer. They said FedEx delivered the packages with a proof of delivery picture. Luckily, the retailer was able to provide me FedEx's picture. The picture was clearly not my home. Currently awaiting the claim for either my packages or a reimbursement. This package was almost $600. Again, this happened with two expensive packages within a span of 6 months. Horrible customer service. Customer counter is usually only staffed by a singe person, not good enough. On 6-17-2022, I waited in line with others for 30 minutes before anyone showed up at the front counter. Insufficient staffing at the counter is a frequent problem, but this is the worst I have seen so far, since my employer began using FedEx a couple years ago. read more

This place is horrible. I've been holding off writing a review because I think it was just one or two lazy drivers but this happens consistently every time. I hate when I see that fedex is delivering my package. I live in apartments and we use the parcel lockers to receive packages. All you have to do is literally look for my name in the resident box dial the number and it will call me and I let them so they can put it in the parcel lockers. This absolutely never happens then I have to drive 25 miles from downtown Dallas to Irving TX to get my package which is ridiculous. So once again I have to drive all the way there to get a package that I need for a job saturday that I should have been testing out tonight to see if it works but these lazy ass drivers at FedEx continue to not want to or neglect to do their job. Lied and said they made an attempt to deliver. They did not. Been home this entire time. No tag left on the door showing any attempt. This is typical for a company that sideswiped and damaged my car one week and basically assaulted me with a hand truck a week later on public street. Worst company ever. read more

Absolute worst service and customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I was told my package was undeliverable, they said my address was wrong when it was correct, I confirmed my address, then they said it was being held at this location, and an hour later it was sent back to the seller. My daughter now may not receive the Christmas present she had her heart set on & I will never consider using fedex again. read more

Express is way better than ground. Any and all of my shipping is done through express. These employees are hourly workers and not contractors like ground is. They value their job and do it well! This location has some outstanding couriers. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I received an email yesterday saying my package would be delivered today. I made sure to be home, and I printed out the "Shipment Release Authorization" form and taped it to my door so it can be clearly seen in the unlikely case I missed the driver. At around 10:20am I see the FedEx truck pull up in front of my neighbor's house. I was expecting the door bell to ring or for my Ring doorbell to show that the driver was leaving a package. Instead, a get an email saying that they attempted delivery but that I wasn't home. THEY WENT TO THE WRONG HOUSE!!!!!! The driver could not read the address label on the package! I know that they went to the wrong house because they said they left a "missed delivery" notice on the door and there was nothing on my front door except the "Shipment Release Authorization" form! I called about 6 or 7 times and each time I was told that the customer service representative was reaching out the dispatch center to get the driver to come back and/or let me know where they were to meet them to get my package. Nothing happened. At about 2pm I finally drove out to this distribution center to see if I can get it here. I called one more time and asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor told me the distribution center closed at 12pm (noon). How come nobody else that I talked to told me this? I spent about 45 minutes on the phone and the "supervisor" said that nothing can be done and I would have to wait until the next day for my package because the FedEx driver couldn't read an address correctly on the shipping label. I will never use FedEx for any shipping ever again! read more

Absolute worst FedEx I've ever dealt with. I paid $50 for expedited shipping on a package and not once but twice they said they made a delivery attempt and no one was home. I was home both days and I have a ring camera which clearly shows no one made a delivery attempt. I called customer service after the first day and all they said was that they could try again tomorrow and to give them my number so they could give to the driver. Once again the exact same thing happened. I called again and they said if no one lets them in the complex within like 3 minutes it's technically an attempt. They asked for my number again and I informed them I had already given it to them yesterday and not a single person attempted to text or call me. They said the drivers aren't legally allowed to put any codes in to get in and that they were so sorry but they could attempt again tomorrow or I could go to Irving 25 minutes out from 7-9 and pick it up myself. I have never been so furious. Am I supposed to just wait outside from 9-4 and wait for the delivery driver to show up? What the hell is the problem with these people. Truly want to thank this entire staff all the way around. They had my address as a typo so my package shipped here' I chased a FedEx guy down Las Colinas Blvd who stopped to help me get the number to this location where then I spoke to Bob who helped me get everything I needed to arrived here. The lady in front was so nice when I arrived to assist with everything. I must say then another gentlemen Darrell came out to check things over and it was smooth sailing! Shipped glassware on 9/4/19... insured !!! arrived at destination on 9/6/19... in chards! Filed a claim on 9/7/19.... have not heard back as of 10/2/19. I have been to the shipping office and was told no claim was filed... so went online several times.... message there says claim was filed.... have spent many calls trying to get to a human to assist. Finally found a way to get past the robotic systems... now have talked to 3 people to see where it is. Now I find out that it was considered an incomplete claim because I didn't send pictures and proof of value. However, I was never advised that I needed to do this. The original young man that took my claim never gave me that information. So now I have to go and get my pictures and search online for the value of a piece of antique glass that has been in my family for years. My suggestion here is do not use Fed Ex for anything that is of value. read more
