I ordered medication that is essential to me on 1/22/26. I had it FedEx to me which the delivery date would had been 1/24/26. I understand because of the weather there would be delayed because it was coming from Minnesota to memphis to Houston TX. I tracked it and found out it arrived in Houston on 1/24/27 where the weather was freezing with some icing on the roads. Since then, the weather has gone above freezing during the daylight times on the 25th. 26th. and today the 27th. My order has yet to be sent out on delivery. Meanwhile, my blood pressure has risen to unhealthy levels. I don't understand why it is stuck in the Main Center and has yet to be sent out for delivery. FedEx is not living up to their reputation of "We put Safety above all" or "The World on time." #1- my safety is being compromised by FedEx incompetence. #2- it sure as HELL not on time. Getting to Houston, i can accept the weather being an issue. Being in Houston and sitting for 3 days is inexcusable. Calling your number is a complete waste of time because of the idiotic AI gives you no option to talk to a human being and have a reasonable conversation on how to correct this situation. If i need to get in my car and drive there to pick it up, i would but because of the inadequate phone system, there's no way to tell them that. I would hate to drive all the way there (which is not close for me) and find out they finally decided to send it out. I have never had as horrible of service as I have repeatedly had from this FedEx location. Almost every package shipped to me via FedEx for the past 3+ years has been shipped to the wrong address and FedEx just doesn't care. I have wasted hours of my life with customer service trying to get this fixed and there is still no permanent solution. No other delivery company makes these mistakes. FedEx is either the most wildly incompetent morons to ever grace the earth or intentionally and maliciously mishandling my property. Either way, I am at my wits' end. I no longer order from anywhere I know uses FedEx but unfortunately companies don't always let you know in advance. Drivers are lazy! Said attempted delivery but absolutely did not! I took off work to ensure I was home to sign for the package....sat in the living room to ensure I would hear a knock or the doorbell. Driver said security wouldn't let him in (my complex does not have security) then when I talked to the office he said there was someone blocking the entrance....how could that be when I'm watching cars go in and out as I type this! This place is a disaster, no one at this location has any sense & before you consider applying to work here take a look at a few facts I am about to break down to you. 1. This location has the highest turn over rate in the religion... which means almost 75% of employees who get hired on either quit or is terminated.This location is ran by Janette Maye, Her husband works the same position as her but for UPS, (which sounds illegal if u ask me) The way she operates her station is by spending the least amount of money as possible (under staffed, firing employees, low budget equipment) so she can receive a huge bonus check at the end of the year. 2. The management here are all clueless to how to run and operation a company, extremely unorganized. Managers will tell an employee to do something & back door say that they DIDN'T tell that employee to do that to save their own job. 3. Mangers are have sexual relationships with employees in the station, doing inappropriate things together after hours of operations in the training offices where there are no cameras. (Denya, April & James Reed, Theresa) are three of the many ones who all have a reputation of doing these things with employees. 4. To save money they will not repair air conditioning in the trucks, nor repair alignment problems. Engine lights are on every single truck. And If your truck starts to smoke and over heat management will tell you "If it can drive keep going" I can specifically name a time where my truck overheated on the freeway and starting rolling backwards into traffic and I was told to simply "try to get the truck on the side turn it off let it cool down and start it again over and over until you make it back to the station. 5. During corona we were forced to go inside testing clinics with no mask or gloves given to us. And told if we were to get sick we would be forced to take 2 weeks off with no pay and if you're still sick then you get fired. 6. You cannot talk to janette Maye even if you wanted to, she's in and out of the building at all different times of the day, when you request to speak with her she will have u sit outside her office for up to an hour while she's on the phone with her husband. After reviewing the few of many factors that come with this job, beware and prepare yourself because it will be a long tough and hard journey. And after all your sacrifice, blood sweat and tears. I came in to ship a small box that needed to be taped. The clerk who was not friendly at all says I can buy tape but he won't tape it up for me. I've always gone to the Pearland location and they always take care of me there but no more. This guy has cost Fed Ex all of my business. I had the most amazing experience with this FedEx location today. As soon as I left, I knew that I was going to either write a review, contact FedEx to commend the staff, or both. I was expected to receive a rather expensive delivery via FedEx, and experienced a mix-up with its drop-off. When I contacted FedEx, I was told that this location dispatched my package. Denya, the location's manager, and another associate (whose name I have forgotten) were so helpful, patient, and displayed the best customer service. Denya even provided her direct number so I could keep her informed of any updates, and made it a point to assure me that she was more than willing to assist me. Simply put, the attention and care that were displayed by this location was remarkable. Worst experience ever. I walked in happy. I greeted the lady who walked up within 5 minutes of my waiting. She said nothing and held her hand out. I gave her my door tag and smiled. She said nothing as she walked away. 13 minutes later she arrived with my packages. She again held her hand out and I was left to assume she wanted my ID. I was right. She then mumbled through a closed mouth, "sign on the last line". I said "I already have signed, thanks". She then got very angry and hissed "Why would you sign before I told you to? What would have happened if I didn't find your packages" I replied with "I would scratch out my signature?" & "Why are you telling me this when it's obviously not an issue?" She didn't say another word. I assumed we were done with our healthy transaction and I left in a really bad mood. That lady is the opposite of friendly and likes to incite and harass her customers. I've had the delivery instructions set for over a year now so why they didn't read them all the sudden I don't know. I had experience with this location once so this review is based on that. There were some delivery issues with a package to my work, so I called FedEx to see what happened to the package and how we would get it. Turns out we'd have to pick it up. Where? At this particular location - then she told me that if I wanted, it could be transferred to another location. NO, PLEASE DON'T MOVE IT. I live just a couple minutes' drive away so I thought it was absolutely perfect that it was there. I could just drop by on the way home! Before I went, I looked up some reviews; a lot of people complained about how long it took. Well, I wouldn't be in any hurry so I wasn't too put off. I got there at around 5 PM (no real problems with parking and they have a decent sized lot) and got in line. There were two people ahead of me. The place inside was small... and there was only one person working. The reviews weren't kidding. I was standing there for quite a while and more people accumulated behind me, when the actual pick up only took a couple of minutes. The lady who helped me was nice, but not too friendly; she was there to do her job (and count down to the end of her shift?), not to make friends. This is the story of Miss Long Beach. I tried to print a $34 fedex label but my printer was out of ink. I figured I could just drive to the fedex ship center on Holly Hall and ship my package. This was about 7pm on a Friday. When I walked in there were 12 miserable people waiting all along the wall and I knew this was going to be a terrible experience. A lady behind the counter asked who hasn't been waited on yet, so I raised my hand. With complete attitude and disdain she said, "you just walked in, I know you haven't, now who else hasn't been waited on" Another lady walked up. The woman behind the counter said she had only been working there 2 weeks so the female customer said, "oh you are so new with fedex" to which the worker snapped back, "I'm not new with fedex just here, I just transferred from Long Beach, CA....and so Miss Long Beach was born! I was finally called on by Miss Long Beach and she weighted my 1.5 pound package and told me 2nd day delivery would be $77! $77 for a 1.5 pound package 2nd day air, when I could buy the same thing online for $34!! I told Miss Long Beach about the online price and she said, "how nice, $77." I told her to forget at which time she shoved my package at me and said "next!!" First my congratulations to Long Beach for turfing this rude, incompetent , bad attitude excuse for an employee from their office and state!! Good job guys!!! But, she will always be known as Miss Long Beach to me!! I look at the reviews for this center and they are all 1s and 2s. Come on fedex, set the bar higher! Shoot for a 3 at least, you can do it!! I don't know why I still get upset - I should honestly come to just realize that expecting Fedex to do what they say, when they say, even when services are paid in full...is basically impossible. I'm not even asking for impeccable customer service - which Fedex has never delivered. I'm simply asking for Fedex to make an honest attempt to deliver packages at the time it is promised. Otherwise, why are we paying for the services? I made a purchase and the high value item was being priority overnighted to me for delivery on May 18th. I was not home and a door tag was left. Note - the tag lacked ANY details as to whether or not there would be a new delivery attempt. It lacked information as to who I should call or whether I should pick-up the package at the local facility. Doing Fedex's job for them, I checked the online tracking to determine how to proceed. The online tracking left the impression that a new delivery attempt would be made on the 19th for delivery by 10:30am. Fast forward to the morning of the 19th, I checked the online tracking once again at 10am and found that not only has my package NOT been loaded onto the truck for delivery, there had been no update since early morning. At this point, I realized that it would be impossible to receive delivery by 10:30am. I called the Fedex customer service number to clarify whether I should stay at home and wait or if I should personally pick up my package. I'm on hold for the greater part of 30 minutes while a representative claims he called my local facility. At the end of the call, I received no new information, no confirmation of when my package would be delivered, and the message that the facility claimed that they had "attempted 3 times" to deliver my package. I was told the package was still at this local facility. First off, the mere suggestion that 3 attempts had been made over the course of 24 hours is ridiculous. It is clearly the efforts to put responsibility elsewhere and provide an excuse to not have to make a new delivery attempt. Second off, I had already wasted much of my time sitting on the phone with no new information - not a single apology was issued. Third - I blame myself for expecting anymore from Fedex as this is now the standard treatment for their customers. Taking matters in my own hands, I decided not to wait for Fedex to provide me an update (within 2 hours is what I was told). I needed my package and was told it was at this local facility so I decided to drive there and get this over with. Upon arriving at the facility, I was promptly informed that 1) my package was not there, 2) the staff and my delivery driver were "very good at their jobs", and 3) I should hurry home so that I don't miss the driver's delivery attempt. At this point, it is noon and I've taken the entire morning off work to do Fedex's job for them. To address the 3 points - 1) the online tracking did not (still does not) reflect that the package left the facilities 2) if my driver were so great, my door tag would've included a smidgen of useful information, 3) the driver should WAIT FOR ME to get home. Why am I expected to "hurry home"? I've been home for 30 minutes now. No package. No updates. No response from Fedex. I could say it's infuriating but it's beyond that. It's disappointing that Fedex takes its customers for granted and won't take responsibility for a job done poorly. I wish this were the first time or an anomaly but it is not. Fedex embodies the new mentality of large corporations - treat the customers like crap, deliver poor results, and revel in it by not caring. read more

First let me say that I am not the biggest fan (check out my review of UPS on Mykawa) of these big shipping companies. They all seem to have trouble finding the front door and don't really seem to have an understanding of how the customer feels when they are unable to quickly receive an item they obviously want to receive quickly. With that said, this FedEx location is excellent. The FedEx drivers seem to get back to the station with all their undelivered packages at a very reasonable time which allows the customer to come pick it up after work. Again, read my UPS review for the alternate version of this review. FedEx tried twice to deliver my new phone from Verizon (Droid 2 Global, yay!) and both times I was at work unavailable to sign for anything at home. On both of these days, the item made it back to shipping location (meaning available for pickup) around 4pm or so. My UPS driver apparently doesn't get back to the station until after 10pm every night even though the shipping center is closed after 9pm. Not so with FedEx! I was able to quickly go in there with my tracking number and Texas DL and pick up my package in less than 3 minutes including wait-time. I will continue to use FedEx for my shipping needs solely based on this location since they get all my undelivered packages. I suggest you do the same if you care to see your packages! read more

If I could give negative ratings I would. Whoever was set to deliver my package didn't do their job and LIED about stating that they attempted to deliver, and instead stated that my apartment complex refused the package. I spoke to my complex and the person working that day. They don't refuse packages. A woman at this center stated that it's just the way it is and that I could have to drive to go get it. She was very condescending and extremely unhelpful. I had to call back to open an investigation because someone blatantly LIED and is making this extremely difficult for me. I'm never using FedEx again, I recommend you don't either. Oh, I also never got notifications that my package was refused and staying there for pickup. Nothing.. I have never been so disappointed. I was meant to have a package delivered Jan 31. Still have not rEcieved the package. I have tried calling customer service and all they have done is give me the run around as to why the package has not been delivered. Multiple attempts were supposedly made but there was never a door tag to prove it. I live in an apartment complex where Amazon UPS and FedEx are all able to access the building and deliver packages without any issues. I was here yesterday to pick up a missed delivery (received a door tag). Never been here before. There were 4 people in front of me for the pickup line. I got there at 7:50pm and the doors were locked right at 8 pm on the dot. I left around 8:10pm. The lady at the counter was friendly and smiled at everyone. This place is rough. I popped in around 5pm to pick up a package and ended up waiting over 40 minutes when there were only 2 people in front of me. First off, there were two people working and one was totally incompetent (she pulled the other employee aside at least 5 different times to ask questions about one order) which slowed the whole line. When it came time to get our packages, she took everyone's package slips so the poor people in front of me that had been there for 45 minutes needed to wait for everyone's packages to be found (also they move sooooo incredibly slow). The same woman ended up coming out and asking me if I was expecting 2 packages because she could only find 1. Fast forward another 15 minutes and she comes from the back room saying it was already delivered to my house. It was just so disorganized from the start. I had a similar experience as Cullen E. I missed a delivery which required a signature and immediately drove to the service center as soon as I got home and saw the note. In total, it was about an hour from the time the driver attempted to deliver it to the time that I was driving back home with my new iPod Nano Touch. The lady who helped me was a little short with me and came off agitated (repeatedly telling that she wasn't ready for me, increasing her volume each time, despite the fact that all I asked was where to go for picking up an item that had failed to be delivered). I had horrible experience with Theresa in this fedex center! She is so rude to me! My package is from blue Nile, and they request to talk to a Fedex employee to release my tracking number directly to Fedex. When I tried to explain this to Theresa, she interrupt me and said "I'm not talking to anyone.", then totally ignore me and start to process the package for the next person! She didn't explain anything about her attitude, or say something like "it's our rule that we cannot get the tracking number through the phone." This is a horrible store with terrible employees. I've been waiting for my Apple Watch to come in & when it finally did, they gave it to a customer who was picking up multiple packages. Which means they did not require an ID for pickup, which Apple requires. I had to call the 1800# multiple times a day for 5 days just to make sure the employees were trying to retrieve my package/Watch. I asked for the store to please call me since I am rarely home & would prefer to just come pick it up at the store. To this day, I have never received a call from any employee from this location. I was then told my watch was back at the store & when I arrived, they said it was out for delivery. After telling them again that I will not be home & prefer for it to be held at the store, the very rude employee told me when the driver returns, they will hold it at the store. I come back the next morning & as I'm waiting in line to pick up my package, I witness the employee giving other packages to customers & not requiring an ID because the customer doesn't have it on him. (Which really helps explain how they just gave my package away) This is the worst service I've ever seen & even the customer service representatives from the 1800# were shocked at how they treating me & the mess they made. read more
