So I went back inside and believe it or not the person who I thought didn't care and didn't want to help me went above and beyond and even checked for errors. She looked over it twice. I was brought to tears because I was so stressed because I had to get the documents over to court. I was so pleased that I even called back the FedEx number to get the customer service department where you usually file complaint to send her a compliment or to let them know how amazing she was and how she turned everything around. Sometimes you think people don't want to help you when the fact is they don't even necessarily mean you any harm, you just have to ask the right questions. My 5 star rating is really attributed to Darrell, who was the only person I communicated with and he delivered with stellar results in timely fashion. Darrell was professional and super cordial on the phone and was quick to explain their prices, the process and the estimated print time. After a quick email with my printing attachments, he was able to call me back and give me a realistic timeline for my print job. In less than 24 hours, he was able to produce several high quality print jobs on foam board (36x24) and charged me $60 each. While I'm aware they're not cheap, they're not nearly as expensive as any print job I dealt with back in NYC. (#1) Plus, the work was again, outstanding. While I used them for boards / posters, I know they can handle far more complicated print projects. Their services also include business cards, marketing brochures, books / booklets, maps, blueprints, charts, menus, t-shirts, and even laminations. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
