I figured I could just go in and print my items from the self-serve computer. However, I made the mistake of not prepaying enough for the printing, and had no way of adding money while the computer session was active. As the store was shutting down and lights were being turned off, Josh assisted me with the utmost professionalism and patience, instructing me to send my documents via email, where he finished the print job on his end on beautiful paper. I was so relieved and made it to my event on time. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism Josh. You're the man!

I was so frustrated and couldn't figure it out and grew upset as I had been trying to no avail to get it up and working . Well I was so angry that it wasn't advertised that they don't do that so I called customer service they couldn't do anything outside of file a complaint . So I went back inside and believe it or not the person who I thought didn't care and didn't want to help me went above and beyond and even checked for errors. She looked over it twice. I was brought to tears because I was so stressed because I had to get the documents over to court. I was so pleased that I even called back the FedEx number to get the customer service department where you usually file complaint to send her a compliment or to let them know how amazing she was and how she turned everything around. Sometimes you think people don't want to help you when the fact is they don't even necessarily mean you any harm, you just have to ask the right questions. I don't know her name, but I'm so glad that she was there to help me today.

My 5 star rating is really attributed to Darrell, who was the only person I communicated with and he delivered with stellar results in timely fashion. Darrell was professional and super cordial on the phone and was quick to explain their prices, the process and the estimated print time. After a quick email with my printing attachments, he was able to call me back and give me a realistic timeline for my print job. In less than 24 hours, he was able to produce several high quality print jobs on foam board (36x24) and charged me $60 each. While I'm aware they're not cheap, they're not nearly as expensive as any print job I dealt with back in NYC. (#1) Plus, the work was again, outstanding. While I used them for boards / posters, I know they can handle far more complicated print projects. Their services also include business cards, marketing brochures, books / booklets, maps, blueprints, charts, menus, t-shirts, and even laminations. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. It was an easy process and the perfect place to utilize printing on a whim. Thank you Darrell for being the man. ____________ (#1) Yes, yes, NY is expensive.

Now that they're in a new location, it's good to see that the service is just as good as always Service: They have always been able to handle our variety of print needs and are as accommodating as possible when we have a rush job This time I was picking up some signs but had never printed something like that before. They gave me options and advised me with what they thought was best (all via email - yay no phone calls). They're very knowledgeable and helpful! Cost: The cost seems fair and reasonable to me. There are probably some big brand stores that might be a little cheaper but not enough for me to make the switch Location: The new location feels huge and spacious which is always a plus Personally I don't love their parking lot here but that's just because I'm bad at parking

It's not just that though. Getting in and out is annoying, much like with some girls I know, and they're not really friendly or helpful, and that adds to the downgrading of the store rating in my opinion.

This location is able to get all of that done and more. It's also one of the only stores in the area that has its own (small'ish) parking lot. I'm not sure how they monitor it on the weekends, but it's got plenty of traffic during the week. Yet, I've never seen more than a handful of people in here and thus I'm never concerned about lines or anyone hogging machines. It's also clean and organized, which is always a bonus. The customer service isn't the warmest. I get a very transactional feeling whenever I'm talking to someone behind the counter. The prices are already spendy, especially for simple prints and urgent send-offs. The latter is understandable, but the staff could always be a little friendlier knowing I'm about to drop big bucks for a small shipment. Ultimately, I'm not mad at this location and can see myself utilizing them a lot since I'm in this part of town (way too) often.
