This is a darling little store that will accommodate any and all stationary, business cards, calling cards, invitations, and gift desires you could ever have. I went into the store to do some research for printing some personal business cards and was charmed by the store decor, all of the readily available personalization options, the friendly staff and owner (Katie), and the display of the store's samples. I will return shortly since I need a new stash of cards and personalized stationary. I highly recommend this cute, little shop; go and check it out!

I have gone to this location for over one year, and I am thrilled with the overall service…read more I started going here over a year ago for small errands such as laminating and printing, all of which went well. I don't print here any longer because my apartment supplies free printing. I then went into a period where I had to mail off important documents and letters to medical schools during the application cycle. I first started at the USPS nearby midtown Houston, and they immediately lost my letter. The very first time I used USPS, and they already lost a very important letter. This specific location did have low ratings but I still took my chances. Perhaps they have been better with other letters but I think I'm happy with using FedEx now. I then used FedEx every single time after that to send important documents, and they have not let me down so far. In fact, most of my envelopes done through express shipping has gotten to their destinations a full day earlier. I have sent thank-you cards, checks, papers and medical school applications using FedEx, and I fully feel comfortable knowing that my property is in their hands. I have been helped by a decent number of employees and all of them have been nothing but sweet and helpful to me. Sure, I do agree sometimes the service is a little bit on the slow side but I'm perfectly content with patiently waiting to be helped. There has been some IT problems but nothing that wasn't corrected immediately. None of the machines ever gave me problems, and I have used the laminating machine and many of the printers. Other people may complain of small parking spaces but the entire strip mall is a small. I never once had a ridiculously difficult time getting parking or getting out. Parking in midtown in general is not a pleasant experience, during the day or when going to bar hop at night. I don't go here to enjoy the parking. I go here because they have sent off very important items of mine that has reached its destination in a timely manner and thus getting me my interviews and acceptance. Post offices are busy as it is so patience is definitely a virtue. There will be potential traffic or long lines in any business. I have been to several FedEx offices in different cities, and they're not all that different in my opinion. I will be continuing to use this FedEx location, and I highly recommend this place. I have applied to many medical schools and am continuing to interview so I understand very well how important it is to send off important documents and/or packages on time to meet a deadline. However, this is a busy location so one must have patience and flexibility.

Charlie Gurrola greeted me with a very warm welcome and he attended to my project immediately. The owners and the staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and the pricing was very competitive. I came to Staples to have custom table mats completed for my goddaughter's graduation party. Before arriving, I was told by several people that the service could be done, and this was confirmed again when I arrived. However, one representative later told me that he would not complete the order. I asked to speak with a manager, and Amarie immediately stepped in.
