The format of the DVD's the Phillips created are in an unreadable format that no pc dvd player or conversion s/w on the web I could find could get them to play. Therefore, paid International Video Tape Copy to find a way to do the conversion. It was tough they said. And a few were so bad I had to give them the original camcorder taped. In the end they converted them all to a readable format on memory drives. Job well done and they would checked in with me often giving updates on their progress to completion.

I spoke with the owner upon delivery of my first phase of loose photos, and he laid out different options based on my wants, needs and budget. I was kept in the loop and notified of phases being complete. I then sent a few very old photo albums, with sticky pages, and even those came out great in the scanning process. Said it would take three business days. I called the next day. They had not worked up my prototype. I called again the next day and they said an email had been sent to me to approve the form. I had nothing that said Houston Sign Company. Called again and they said the email was from an individual. All the trash emails I get and they think I'm going to know who this is? I found the lady's email and approved it. Three business days later I called to set a time to pick up the signs. They said they had not even started on it. They sold me a product they did not have. I said "Why didn't you call me?". She said they sent me an email. Why would I be looking for an email. I never found the email. They should have called me. I approved new materials. Because of the screw up on their end, i asked that they expedite delivery. I requested next day. They refused me and took three full days.
