Well I was so angry that it wasn't advertised that they don't do that so I called customer service they couldn't do anything outside of file a complaint . So I went back inside and believe it or not the person who I thought didn't care and didn't want to help me went above and beyond and even checked for errors. She looked over it twice. I was brought to tears because I was so stressed because I had to get the documents over to court. I was so pleased that I even called back the FedEx number to get the customer service department where you usually file complaint to send her a compliment or to let them know how amazing she was and how she turned everything around. Sometimes you think people don't want to help you when the fact is they don't even necessarily mean you any harm, you just have to ask the right questions.
