Came in to laminate my new training materials. The service was excellent and very professional and fast. The value for this service was a 5 out of 5. Smaller location and the service speaks for itself. Great to have someone doing this for me. Great value !!!! read more

FedEx Office Ship Center - Great time - no customers - Shipping Centers Near Me - San Francisco, California

Highly recommend this location due to the employee itself. FedEx is wonderful but it's the employees that make the business approachable. I use this location solely due to my printer being down every time I email ahead they graciously have my printed document ready to be picked up in a timely manner. read more

Usually I have a bad experience in this location but Christian was super helpful with all the supplies I needed shipped out, hopefully he helps me more in the future! read more

I needed to ship a return and the customer service/ manager here went above and beyond helping me today. THANK YOU!!

Just go to another place, there are Ton of them in the area. I went to print ONE sheet and they said they can't since their printer has a big order. So they told me to use their "computer rental service" where you can print. I logged in, printed the sheet and suddenly the computer claimed I used 3 minutes while the clock says 1 minute. Plus the printing fee It's not about the small charge but the fact that this is unnecessary service fee for one sheet to end up paying close to $2. They were even arguing with me that I was there and used it for that long of a time. Jut go somewhere that will print your papers without hassle and won't take extra money for no reason. read more

FedEx Office Ship Center - Just use any other fedex in the area, but not this one - Shipping Centers Near Me - San Francisco, California

I don't usually write reviews but this place deserves five stars! I came in with a last minute request for a printing and lamination and the two ladies (I forget their names) were able to get me in and out of the place within 5-10 minutes! I didn't expect a quick turnaround but they definitely delivered in terms of product and customer service. This location isn't the closest to my office but I'd go out of my way to come here. read more

I had two extremely heavy boxes on a cart. David was quick to provide assistance in every way, from navigating the entry to lifting the heavy boxes for weighing. He was patient, helpful, and did extra taping on the boxes. It was a great experience! read more

I work around the area and I always have things to ship out but it's very disappointing that the closest FedEx is also the one with terrible customer service. I've only seen two employees work here, a woman and a man who is always wearing a blue collared button-up shirt. The man is the one who I have a problem with. From my first encounter with him to my last, it always seems like he has a problem doing anything. He always hides in the back or pretends he's super busy doing something on the computer. You can't even ask him a question without him sounding super irritated. His voice, in general, is very monotone and unenthusiastic. I've had my last straw with him today when I came in just to drop off a package. I'm pretty damn sure he saw me walk in and didn't acknowledge or assist me right away. Again, looking super "busy" doing nothing. I decided that I wasn't going to wait anymore so I walked up to him only to be told "I'll be with you in a minute" without any eye contact whatsoever. He just kept staring at the computer screen... he then came over, scanned the package, threw the receipt on the scale, and proceeded to walk away while mumbling "thank you". Like how rude? Do you need to be trained about customer service or do you need help looking for another job because it seems like you don't care to work there at all? Lesson learned, not coming here anymore. I rather tire myself out and walk a few more blocks to another FedEx store than having to talk to this idiot. read more

Good crew works at this location. I happened to know most of them by their names by now. Always useful and helpful with the advise and in depth knowledge of their services. I would definitely say that they will blow the local UPS store out of the water in terms of the shipping pricing. I used them for binding recently and it was $6 per book. I was shocked! That is cheap! I like coming in here. People are friendly ad true professionals at what they do. This Ship Center is on top of my list for packing, shipping and printing along with UnionPostSF next block from them. I'm glad that I finally was able to get this short review out there. Way overdue... Nema, Kenyana, Tea and George - thanks a bunch! Use this FedEx Office without hesitation. read more

I've come here twice in my life and both times I've been the only customer there. Not sure if it's because of the time of day or because it's such a quick one-stop kind of service. It should be busier because it's right in the middle of downtown close to the financial district and around all the retail stores. Both times staff have been very helpful and really nice, always asking if I need help and to have a great day when I leave. The place is tiny but they have all the basics for sending any kind of package. If I'm ever in the area again and need to send out that special package to a certain someone, Fedex Kinko's hits the spot. read more

My visits have always been quick and transactional drop offs. If you know what you're doing, your experience shouldn't be too bad.

Best shipping experiences ever. The folks who work here are super friendly. I work a few doors down and I never mind having to come here because the staff is so pleasant. The customer service I get is something I would expect at high end restaurant, but it's a Fedex for Heaven's sake. I hope the FedEx overlords are reading this and is treating them well because they are an asset and I would be sad if they left. If The USPS ran this way, they wouldn't be going out of business. read more

Great service! If you don't know what do you really need- you will be advices! I did not know how to make return shipment in a few minutes they did everything for me and explained how it's supposed to be. I did not know what kind of picture I needed for my visa - they told what I need and in a few it was ready to submit documents in order to go in our vacation. Quick and quality service! read more

Excellent service at this Fedex location. I was directed here from the Fedex around the block on Market St. where it seemed like they couldn't wait to get me out the door. Somewhat apprehensive, I walked in here but couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. The guy working was fantastic. Greeted me warmly and answered my annoying questions about their shipping service. He told me not to bother bubble wrapping my package as he didn't think it would make a difference. Extra star for saving me money. On realizing I was just visiting San Fran, he gave me tips on things to do while I am in town. Which I plan on looking into anyways. He was very friendly in a personal but non annoying way. Breath of fresh air at 10 in the morning. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. He did what the other Fedex location claimed they couldn't do. And did it with excellent charisma. I am glad they sent me his way and recommend walking two extra blocks to see these guys. Even the Yelp reviews for both locations agree! read more

I've gone here before and have been absolutely ignored. Being a student from out of town and not knowing how to ship something properly I needed all the help I could get. There is a new manager there now and things have definitely turned around! I went in the other day to purchase a box to mail some earrings to a girlfriend and he told me if I needed anything to let him know and then a girl behind the counter rang me up and we had a cool chat about bands that were playing that month. YAY! :D read more

Be very careful of making ANY sort of shipment payment with FEDEX in which case i incurred after shipping a lost item back to Canada. A friend visiting from Canada left her cell phone in my vehicle, which i did not notice until her plane had long taken off. The following day i went to this FEDEX location on my way to lululemon to pay to ship it back prior to a weekend since no one ships on a sunday. Paid for shipping on a wednesday afternoon, therefore it would be in transit and reach eastern Canada by saturday costed me $92. Swipe the card, and all of the other regular routines, i figured it was done with like any other human being. What did i learn shortly after? The Company, not the office employees at this location are currently running a subtle payment scam-like setup through company procedure. 1)Shipment was late despite the price paid, due to inclement weather; they wont tell you the specific weather condition, even if it has nothing to do with the city the package is to be delivered in... (Scheduled to deliver in Halifax but theres bad weather in Dartmouth so they wont deliver to Halifax even though they have a main office center in The heart of halifax) Despite weather reports in destination city , i don't know why they sent it to a different city that was not necessary and only caused a delay. (-1) 2)Guaranteed Delivery date IS nullified by their vague concept and implementation of inclement weather rule. Even if paid in full. NO REFUND. Will be appropriated to you. (-1) 3)When I paid with Visa Bank card for full amount, every form of paperwork was signed, the employee himself printed out the packaging label needed for shipment. Thanks yous were exchanged and receipt for full amount was given to both sides. It should end right there right? WRONG...like Broncos game plan vs Seattle Wrong..... Disregard that swipe you just made in store. When they swipe the card in store. Its an AUTHORIZATION charge. Their company policy is.. A)They take money out to make sure your account is active. B)Put your money back in again C)Then they charge you again full amount for the shipment after the fact (Explicitly implied by what i was told by their call service) They repeatedly send you a billing invoice to your listed address even if the transaction goes through telling you that you still owe the, the full amount because your bill is outstanding. (-3) Especially for living in san francisco on a college student budget, in todays economy 92$ can be a huge chunk. How in the hell can you operate a business in such a way? Either the transaction is Approved OR Declined PERIOD! There should not be such a mess like what FEDEX does.. My advice: PAY IN CASH + Have them EXPLICITLY clarify guaranteed DeliveryDate conditions. One day can mean the difference between your package arriving or getting lost. If you are a college student like me with a not financial district budget Go with USPS/UPS or Contact a local courier of your destination. Better safe than sorry right? It's no fault of the workers here, its more than likely corporates' policy that they have to follow. And i'm sure they are making cents . -_-! read more

Where do I even start with the issues at this location. I am used to going to fed ex and being asked if I need help and being welcomed. Not at this location. The first time I went in they were trying so hard to refer me to the website which I had already read up and down many times... I really feel every time I go in that they don't want to be bothered with helping me. Today I had some work to do for a customer and I went in to print a packing slip for my customer who had ordered a package. I was so surprised when what I printed came out as card board. Apparently the person printing before had printed out something in cardboard and hadn't changed the paper back. I asked Aleah who works there to help me and asked if I could get a paper printed out that was in normal paper and not be charged since this mistake wasn't my fault. She LIES and says no. Then says I have to print it again and be reimbursed. She then puts the paper in the printer and slams it shut. At that point I was NOT going to be disrespected especially when I'm spending my money with this company. I told her she was rude and her customer service was horrible and she turns around and says I'm on lunch. Sooo Rudely. I tell her I'm not psychic. How the HELL am I supposed to kno that(that part I didn't say.. but I realllllly wanted to)David who I'm assuming is either the manager or a employee comes out and asks the issue. I simply told him her customer service sucks. He apologized for it all and proceeded to do exactly what she had lied and said she couldn't do. The moral of the story is choose a different FedEx. The FedEx under the Hilton on Geary has realllly helpful staff. read more

TEA, was so amazingly helpful!! I was in and out in no time. I had a job interview at 9:30, luckily I was 30 minutes early. I realized I had forgotten my resume! So I googled the nearest FedEX and hustled over there on foot, walked in and right away she knew exactly what I needed and got it for me. Seems like she could do it in her sleep. Along with being so helpful, she was also very sincere and friendly. The funny thing about all of this is I had walked about 7 minutes to that store and another 7 back, making it just in time for my interview...when there was actually a FedEx directly across the street I could have just gone to, lol. I'm glad I made the quick trek to her though. I would definitely go back! :) thanks Tea!! read more

Do NOT send an online print order to this location. Got a call this AM saying they "are mostly a ship center" and don't have a "special" stock in my order. (Nevermind that Kinkos have only 20 or 30 basic stock papers to start with.) Didn't offer any alternative or try to work with me, just told me to cancel my order and go to another store, causing great delay and inconvenience. Here's a tip guys: either keep all papers in stock like every Kinkos should or take yourself off as an online printing option. Or, you know, if you're out of a certain stock, send a runner to a nearby store to get some, in order to *not* inconvenience your customers. And when the customer calls in, don't act like they shouldn't have sent you an order in the first place. Done tons of online ordering with Kinkos and never had this problem or been treated like this in ANY other Kinkos. read more

I needed to send some documents as quickly as possible so I went to the fedex office. It took me almost an hour to complete everything. I think this particular office is overrated. They told me that I have to use the computer at the office, because what I want can be done only online and they can't do it. They gave me a guest card so it's free, but with the guest card the printer didn't work, so I have to use my credit card and they charged me for it. There were not A4 papers in the printer, so it printed the copies that I needed on some huge pieces of paper and I can't use these copies now. Anyways, there was one problem after another - I thought the problems won't be over anytime soon. Stay away from FedEx offices - very unprofessional, very unfriendly, not really helpful. read more

FedEx is the fucking worst when it comes to international shipments. I had a package supposed to come 2 weeks ago, and it still isn't here and it's been 3.5 weeks! They didn't listen to my problem over the phone, and I had to fill out paperwork for international shipping that I didn't know about until they called me asking for it. I just had the best printing experience ever at this FedEx Office. I was in a slight rush to print out an essay and had no time or patience for anything to go wrong. Right when I walked in an employee politely greeted me and showed me how to print from the copy machine. This was the first time I had absolutely no issue printing. I was actually able to pay with an atm card instead of cash that I never carry. I paid like 35 cents for 3 sheets, black and white. The staple was free :) He even mentioned that I don't even need a flashdrive if I use Google docs because I can access that from there. Amazing. I really felt like it was the year 2012 in there. I will be printing at Fedex from now on. What a pleasant surprise. read more

I mean every reviewer on here minus the bad ones are exactly right - Nima is a rockstar! Always kind, sincere, knowledgable, and so personable! Super friendly and equally helpful with shipping my international package. Nima loves his job so much, popping bubble wrap made him laugh.
