When I have a package re-routed from UPS, the closest store is this one. This is probably the nicest one in the area! There is rarely a line. The staff are quick & offer good service. Every time I need to reroute a package to a UPS Access Point, this is the location I choose. It's easy to get to, the customer service is consistently great, and there are rarely long lines. The staff here are always friendly, efficient, and quick with every transaction. If you're trying to find parking, it might be difficult, but not impossible. I also really trust them with outgoing shipments because they handle everything carefully and professionally. I picked up an order 2 weeks ago from this UPS location for a west elm planter and wasn't billed $20 to pick this up. However, when I went today to pick up another planter of the exact same model, the owner decided to charge me $20 to pick since am not a UPS account holder. I never been billed by a 3rd party for a pick up for an order I placed on an econmerce site and paid shipping for. It seems this location is hurting for revenue/business, and hence slapping random charges or they'll hold your package hostage. Was going to give them some business to shed papers but they lost all future business with me. read more

Upon picking up my online order (packing materials) the kid working didn't understand and told me there was no order for me. Asked me for an address on the order. He didn't need that he just didn't understand what I was asking for. Upon dropping off my items they took my boxes. Put them on the rack and them slid them off to reorganize. Those boxes contained ceramic art pieces. When I asked them to put fragile tape on them they waited for me to leave but I didn't . Turns out they don't have fragile tape so they just wrote it on a sticker with marker. Now I'm worried all the art will break! read more

I used to rely on this UPS store, but after multiple issues, I will be taking my business elsewhere--even if it means walking to a further location. The only real advantage this store has is that it stays open later than the other two nearby. However, the service has significantly declined since a former employee (whom I assumed was the owner) left. The current team--three younger employees--seems indifferent to the business, and that lack of care has led to major mistakes. 1. I dropped off over $800 worth of prepaid Shopbop returns, only to have them inexplicably shipped back to me two days later. I am meticulous about removing old labels, so I'm confident this was not my mistake. 2. I received a notification that an item had been picked up from the store--except I hadn't picked it up. 3. I went in to pick up two packages. Their system showed two items were available, but they could only locate one. They told me to come back later, yet when I checked my email at home, the missing package had been marked as "picked up." This is especially concerning because the package contained my $2,500 wedding dress, and if it's truly lost, I won't be eligible for a refund since their system falsely shows I received it. In a city where package theft is rampant, dependable access points are crucial, and unfortunately, this location is anything but reliable. To the manager or franchise owner: I strongly suggest addressing these issues with your employees. They are not handling packages with diligence, and it's affecting customers in serious ways. I've also noticed employees allowing friends to hang out behind the counter--definitely not a professional look. Unless you absolutely have to use this UPS store, I'd recommend going elsewhere. read more

I called to inquire about boxes sizes available. I indicated I was moving and needed large boxes and wanted to know a range of what the store had. I had already looked online and did not see any inventory for the particular store or pricing. The person who picked up the phone (sounded like a man) was very rude. He was curt, replying "we have many boxes" not at all responding to my note of needing larger boxes for moving. When I followed up by repeating that I needed a range of sizes for moving and wanted to know some prices, he repeated "we have many boxes". After pressing for more basic information on the products available, he finally shared a few sizes and I had to repeatedly ask for the price of each item. I don't understand why providing basic customer services was so difficult. He was unwilling to provide information on products available and was very rude. His tone was very off-putting and dismissive. His rude behavior was totally unnecessary and uncalled for. read more

I had a very bad experience with UPS yesterday. I went there for fingerprinting for the first time, and the worker was very rude. When I told him it was my first time, he didn't help me and just gave me another address to go to. I waited for over 30 minutes with no help. It was a terrible experience, and I will not be going back. read more

LOVE this store-- super convenient hours. Thank you so much for staying open until 8pm!! :) Also-- I noticed that there was one employee inside the store when I walked in this evening who was wearing his mask, even though no one else seemed to be inside the store. I was impressed and take that as a great sign of precaution/safety and consideration for his fellow employees and customers. + I was worried that parking would be tough, but after 7 pm, I was able to find a spot right outside. When I had come into the store I had inquired about the cost of shipping and they said "that's just UPS" they had no interest in helping me understand what I was paying for. Ever get that feeling you're not welcomed in a store? Welcome to being a black woman. Like, what is that person doing, talking to me. Actually, I kind of expect this wherever i go in America. So workerbe Geary tells me to come to the other counter while he is working with someone else. I politely wait and then he scans one of the 2 of my packages and mumbles something and I try to ask what he said. I also have other packages..but I'm pretty much dismissed. Just some problem still in a store and not worth 2 seconds. I'm like, I have other packages. Anyways, rude guy. First time I went there, as the clerk started to assist me, the "manager" overheard I was sending my parcel to France and tells me it was going to be very expensive. What a weird thing to say to a customer. I thought to myself that I would probably be a better judge of that. The clerk finished helping me and it actually ended up being less expensive than I thought. Today I was sending another parcel to France and this dude was by himself. He says the same thing to me. "It's going to be very expensive.". This time I asked why he would say that? Shouldn't the customer decide that?? This dude starts raging on me. Turns beet red and lets me have it. I swear that dude must have owned the place, because there is no way a manager would ever think of talking to a customer with such disrespect and anger. Why would anyone with such loathing for people ever decide to go to go into a service industry?? Awful. I grabbed my stuff and left. Went to the post office. My package cost me 26 bucks to mail, and I got a huge smile and thank you at the end. At the Post Office!! This UPS store is 2 blocks from my house. It would be much more convenient for me, but I will never set foot in there again. I suggest you don't either. read more

This is my neighborhood UPS store. I've been going to this location for the past 11 years. I've had people of every race, gender and age assist me with pure professionalism . However, yesterday (3/11/2021) was different. I walked in because I needed to print a label. There's was a young Latin girl with long, dark hair working and 1 customer ahead of me. The worker already had a chip on her shoulder when we walked in. It seems like she was annoyed with having to help us. The customer ahead of me needed copies. The worker doesn't even ask me, "how can I help you?" She just looks at me. I told her I needed to print a label, she hands me a piece of paper with the email address of UPS and the price of printing. Mind you, I've never printed at a UPS store before. So I ask her, "where do I print this label?" She doesn't say anything and aggressively gestures towards the paper in my hand. I said, "Do you print the label for me after I forward it to this email?" She goes, "No, your print it" so I get frustrated because she's really not helping me. So I ask, "where do I print?" She goes, "uh, the computer..." I ask her where the computer is and again, she just aggressively gestures to the computer behind me. So I shake my head and walk over to the computer. And then noticed that it required a password. Before I even go back to this girl, I check the paper she gave me for a password and I check all around the computer area and couldn't find a password. So I decided to wait behind the customer with the print job. After she's done, I walk up to the work girl and she doesn't say anything so I told her, "the computer needs a password, it's locked" she storms pass me, types the password and walks off. It opens to a blank screen with a couple of icons. So I then asked her, "do I just log into my email and print?" She huffs and puffs and sarcastically goes, "uh yeah...." and under her breath she says, "it's common sense bruh..." first of all, who speaks like that in a place of business?? and I turn around and asked her, "what did you say?" And she didn't say anything. So then I said to her, "common sense or not, you're in customer service and you should have provided instructions on what needs to be done. That's your job." And then she goes, "it's not our job here at UPS to provide anyone instructions on anything." Before I could even register what she said to me, the customer that she helped (she was still there) before me decided to chime in by saying that I was rude and that it printing isn't difficult. I told her to mind her own business and that I wasn't speaking to her. I turn towards the worker because she's swearing at me! She's then tying up her hair into a bun walking towards me as if she's going to physically assault me! Gets in my face and tells me I need "get out of this f*cking store" I could not believe that UPS has someone like this working for them. Especially in the UPS store that I've been going to for so many years, in my neighborhood! Absolutely disgusting. I told her I was going to call her manager and she goes, "call them, they're not going to do anything!" And she and the other girl continued to yell obscenities at me and told them that they were acting like a bunch of idiots (I was beyond angry at this point) and that they weren't going to get far in life with such disrespect and ugly attitudes and I left! I couldn't believe what just happened. But sadly, this is today's youth. It's so unfortunate. I do not recommend going into this store unless the owner, manager does something about this girl. I was here today to drop off an Amazon returns item, neatly packaged in a paper envelope with clear and readable return labels to be scanned. then this bald euro trash guy told me he can not accept the package unless it's in one of those plastic pouches they sell. and i asked how much was it. $4.50 cents for a friggin pouch the size of a ziplock bag. ‍ i had no choice but to buy that just to get my returns in order. he scanned my return labeled package after paying without even transfering the contents to the bag i payed for. FYI amazon ships small items in these Janky ass paper envelopes that is not reusable once cut/ teared-open. i wonder how you guy's sleep at night. read more
