    Autumn was great. This store was super friendly and offered more help and service than most FedEx stores. Easy can do attitude

If it wasn't for the fact that UPS has specific parking spots for drop offs the parking would be a problem. Yes, a lot of customers come into this store for many reasons. I have not ever have spent more than ten minutes if that to take care of my business. Once you take your package to the counter it goes fast. Of course every time I use UPS is for a return item and I always have the labels ready so I'm always prepared. Their service is fast and they are very helpful as I noticed the young man taking care of an elderly lady and giving her guidance on her package. I could tell she was really appreciative of the help she got from the young man. I will continue to use this one location when I have to. This one particular UPS store is located near 30th Avenue and Peoria Avenue in Phoenix. Like I said busy location but they are quick.

I came for…read morefinger prints and forgot a second form of ID, he said it was ok as long as I have a credit card. which I did, then said afterwards that he couldn't use it. I also asked if I can reschedule and he said I couldn't since he already opened the appointment. I then called someone to drop off a second form of id for me as i live down the street, about 5 mins, and he kept asking how long every 2 mins and kept mumbling under his breath when I said a few mins. not joking, they showed up in 6 mins all together. as we were waiting the girl in the pink hair made a comment on what he was doing as there was 3 other customers in the store. when he told her, she got upset and then proceed to argue with a customer because she didnt understand her last name in Spanish. worst place to go, worst customer services, and it shows this isn't their first complaint.

I'm on my third set of owners and the previous 2 were friendly and very much created a community (Moon Valley) atmosphere in the store. Not so with the new owners who took over late last summer. I would now describe the store and owners as cold, unfriendly and definitely not helpful. Last week I attempted to drop off 2 packages to return to the original merchant. Several stores do this (Old Navy, Gap, Natural Life) ...the customer wants to return an item. The customer fills a form on the company website, prints out a receipt, and a mailing label, and is supposed to drop off the return package to a mailing facility. Usually, the returning package needs to be resealed, and the new mailing label taped on. I've been doing this for years at Moon Valley Postal and, in fact, did such a return about 4-6 weeks ago with no problem. Easy-peasy. This time when I dropped off my packages, the employee looked at me like I had just dumped a pile of dog poop on the counter. I was then informed that the packages could not be returned in the manner they were left. Yes...I told the employee that I needed the package to be sealed and the return label taped on. I was informed "We don't do that." When I pointed out that it was no problem on a return that I dropped off previously, I was informed "We don't do that anymore." Hmmm...I wondered why the change in service? Was the employee too busy? When I walked in, there was no one else in the store (in fact, the last couple of times I have been in the store, I was the only customer there.) And the employee was just standing behind the counter. So, I don't think that sealing my packages was really taking them away from a bigger task. Is it a cost issue because I would need them to seal the package and return label on using their mailing tape? How much does a roll of clear mailing tape cost? So, after I was told that they "no longer do that anymore" I scooped up my packages and headed out the door to the UPS store across the street. The employee called out a cheery "Have a Nice Day!" as I left the store. Yea...you too!
