When I showed up I had several packages waiting for me since I was in town for work. When I came downstairs I was able to confirm that all my packages had arrived and see if I could get them delivered to the floor. The staff were on it and within the half hour they were up to the floor where we were to setup. When they delivered they also let us know what we would need to do when it was time to send them back. Time came to send our packages back to where they came from. I checked multiple times to ensure when they were open. When the time came we went downstairs to have them come pick them up we actually were given a cart to bring them down. Good thing about having an account with UPS all you have to do is create your labels and they will print them in store and affix them to your boxes. Once we got downstairs, we dropped the boxes, chatted with the staff and were on our way. It was pretty simple and the hours were convenient for guests staying/working at the hotel.

In the package was a $140 Nike men's jacket and a $25 McDonald's gift card for a total of $165. As proof of delivery, the FedEx driver took a picture of a white door where they claimed to have left the package. My grandson's door is dark blue. I immediately informed FedEx that the package was not delivered and submitted a claim. I also immediately RE-purchased the identical items in my grandson package for another $165. This time I used UPS and paid $20.13. The driver for UPS delivered the package to my grandson as labeled and also took a picture of the dark blue door as proof of delivery. I provided to FedEx: EVERY receipt from BOTH purchases and included photos provided by both FedEx and UPS drivers. First they denied my claim twice saying that I was not the shipper. WHAT?! I provided proof of that. It was only when I reached out to Better Business Bureau that I received a call from FedEx from a lady who said she would escalate my claim but pointed out that I should call the 800 number on the denial email. She did not escalate the claim but I called the number. FedEx reopened and approved the claim. However, FedEx stated that they will only refund $100 for my stolen package! How is that when I told the cashier that my package was valued at $165 and provided receipts to prove it!!! I received $100 and reimbursement for the shipping cost of $27.19. In essence, FedEx gets to keep $65. I guess Better Business Bureau did all that they could do. Take it from me. I have been robbed by FedEx! This is unacceptable and in my opinion, ILLEGAL! FedEx has made money off of me. Please think long and hard before you use FedEx!

MAIL FORWARDING to US or International Address for $6 plus cost of postage. For the same rate, Box is smaller compared to USPS. FEEs up the whazoo: $10 late payment fee, whereas USPS has 15-day grace period w/o any fees until USPS locks your box that needs to be re-opened for $25. Mail Delivery may be slower than USPS (in by 10 am) as you have to wait for it to be delivered (add transit time from USPS to UPS). At UPS, CUSTOMER SERVICE is priceless! Comforting that someone always picks up the phone. Answers your questions. Stores your package. Reasonable Fees gives you a peace of mind that your mail will *not* get lost in space. It costs $0.20 if you make sure that you print in black and white (it was color for me before I changed it, but perhaps it's because the document I was printing has a color header). And I love that I can do all of this without interacting with anyone. This is a much smaller location than I've ever been in but they do the major things like print, fax, ship. It's adjoining a Starbucks so you can get your caffeine fix.

Many shops either ghosted me, or gave a quote that was too expensive for my budget, so I was frantically looking for as many as I could. I found InoPrints, which was ranked No. 1 in the search results, so I decided to request a quote at around 11PM. And let me tell you, they came in CLUTCH. To my surprise, Jovim responded fairly quickly that evening! For the next couple days we were exchanging e-mails back and forth. Jovim was very polite, accommodating and direct on what needed revisions on my card designs, and provided valuable feedback, especially since this was my first time getting my own designs through a print production and there were a lot of things I didn't factor in. So I appreciated his patience as I was trying to do a lot of fixes on my part! Everything was done within the same week: the quote, the production, and delivery were pretty quick. My only concern was the delivery service InoPrints used, which was Roady (I know this part is beyond our control, but the package was delivered to the right address, but the wrong building, and I almost got a heart attack.
