It was completely mobbed so looked up the nearest packaging store and landed here. This place is jam packed with all kinds of things for sale, a wall of PO boxes, and behind the counter were mounds of packages to be picked up by UPS and the USPS. The lady who greeted me was super friendly and took care of me right away. What a relief compared to my visit to the post office! I don't know if there's an upcharge to send through this place, but I imagine so. Nonetheless, it was worth it not to have to stand in a huge line at the RTP PO! My package is on it's way to my friend with plenty of time to spare.

Wow! Terrific customer service and our iPhone was ready when promised - great experience!…read more We stopped in at 10 am, dropped off our iPhone for a battery replacement and for new gorilla glass install. We were told it would be about 2 hours. We ran some errands, came back by and Serena (who is wonderful!) said it would be about another 15 minutes. Sure enough, 15 minutes later, we received the text on our other phone that our repair was done. Very professional, very clean store and they are abiding by all Covid rules. Recommend this location highly - great location but if you are a WF resident, you know this parking lot can be a real pain. Very small parking spaces and not a lot of room to navigate - I'd recommend parking by Vitamin Shoppe and walking over, just easier to get in and out of lot from that side. $119 for iPhone 7 Plus battery and brand new glass

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR COMPUTER…read more If I could give zero stars, trust me I would! I brought my laptop to this location to have a replacement part ordered and installed for the back plate. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. First, I waited a week for the part to arrive. After receiving a text that it was ready, I brought my laptop in and was told the repair would take approximately 48 hours. After 48 hours, I called for an update only to learn that my laptop had not even been properly entered into their system and no work had been started. I was told it would be addressed that day. Several days later, I called again and was informed they had the wrong part. What is unbelievable is that nobody from the store ever contacted me to let me know. At this point, they had already had my computer for over a week and a half. Because I work from home and could not continue waiting indefinitely, I picked up my laptop. When I spoke with the store manager, Stephen, I was met with excuses instead of accountability. Everything was someone else's fault, and there seemed to be no concern whatsoever for the inconvenience they had caused. The worst part came when I got home and discovered a screw protruding through my laptop screen. That damage was not there when I dropped my computer off. The laptop had been in their possession for more than a week, and now it had new physical damage. I contacted Asurion for assistance. They attempted to help, but because this location is independently owned, there was little they could do. The store then claimed they never opened my laptop and even said they reviewed security footage. That statement makes absolutely no sense because employees opened my laptop multiple times in front of me while I was physically standing in the store. If they truly reviewed the footage, they would know that. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied everything, refused to address the damage, and effectively blamed the customer. Everyone makes mistakes. The real test of a business is what happens after a mistake is made. This store failed that test completely. Poor communication. Poor management. No accountability. And a refusal to stand behind their work. If you value your computer and expect honesty when something goes wrong, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Based on my experience, if your device is damaged while in their possession, don't expect them to admit it or make it right.

Bottom line: Using the FedEx Onsite location inside the local Walgreens was quick and simple. With…read moreoffering a place to drop off pre-packaged and pre-labeled FedEx items as well as a location to redirect/hold items at for a limited time, it's a pretty handy service. I am a fan! The Deets: I needed to get a FedEx package sent back to work from home that already had a pre-made label and packaged. In doing research to find out the nearest available FedEx drop/location, this FedEx OnSite location inside the local Walgreens came up. According to the FedEx website description about OnSite locations..."The Walgreens rollout is part of the nationwide expansion of FedEx OnSite, a network of retail locations offering FedEx pick up and drop off services, including the ability to hold packages for up to five business days." Sounded like just what I needed! These locations require that you package your items yourself and print off/attach the label before going to FedEx Onsite. They also can offer a place to redirect and hold packages there if needed instead of your home, for example. Off to my neighborhood Walgreens I went, and found that the process was pretty easy. I walked in and found a metal locker/cabinet just beyond the counter/register on the side marked as FedEx. There is not an elaborate or large scale type of FedEx presence otherwise. A staff member just happened to be standing in front of it at the time and saw the package to send in hand, walking up. She said, "You have something to send out? I will take it for you!" then took the package, scanned the label in with her tracking device, and the transaction was completed. Simple as that. Tracking was done by the FedEx app from that moment on. I had however just missed the only one pickup they apparently have in late afternoon/early evening, so the package did not get sent out until the next day. It reached the destination with no apparent issues encountered. I found using FedEx OnSite at Walgreens easy and quick, I will use this service in the future if needed!
