The selection is impressive--modern, unique, and thoughtfully curated without feeling overwhelming. What really stands out is the team. The staff is knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy, which makes the entire experience feel elevated and easy. I've found pieces here that not only look great but actually hold up over time--solid, well-made furniture that feels worth the investment. It's the kind of place where you can walk in just browsing and leave with something you didn't even know you needed. If you're in Austin and want distinctive, high-quality pieces that last, this is absolutely a spot to check out.

At least a couple of times throughout the year this furniture store has a tent sale. I may glance into the tent if the furniture is clear visible. In full transparency, I did not know what the durability or longevity of furniture would be purchased at outlet. For clothing at an outlet, the hem could be off, button missing or another small imperfection. One would expect furniture to be durable and long lasting. Four Hands Outlet carries medium grade furniture. It appears to be foundational type furniture. There were a number of tables, chairs and sofa to peruse in the store. I will likely pop by when the tent is fully stocked. It is important to note that Four Hands Outlet has earned a number of Yelp awards. The sales representative shared her knowledge of what was going to be included in the sale, although her knowledge was limited. The furniture ranges from low to medium price range.

It definitely leans toward the grotesque which makes for an interesting browsing experience. Creepy dolls, haunted masks, odd surrealist art, a lot of funky religious pieces. In regards to art, the prices seemed to be on the higher end although there is quite a bit of variety (a few hundred here, a few thousand there). I mostly focused on the art but if you're interested in smaller things, I'm sure you can find cheaper items. I did question some of the pricing -- there was a small dinosaur painting for over 3K! We were told it came from a children's museum. Seemed a bit steep nonetheless. I personally prefer to dig around small antique shops and score treasures for a low price. However, this place is just fun to browse. It's like a museum of ugly and interesting objects. If you're looking for a unique date idea, you've found it. Parents -- I wore my baby in a carrier and we had my toddler in a small umbrella stroller. Worked out fine. There's enough room to navigate without little hands grabbing super expensive objects (just keep a close eye, obviously). After our visit, I read some of the older negative reviews (10 years ago) where folks with strollers were kicked out and not allowed in. I guess they realized how much that policy can hurt them. Glad to see them wise up and start to accommodate families.

I believe this store is female owned, and have store locations throughout the south. Their staff is sweet and accommodating, and every gift comes with a beautiful gift wrapping that's complementary. They have plenty of parking as they are part of a mall and there is tons of parking stalls. Can't wait to come back and visit this store on my next work trip. Austin's Furniture depot is located on Burnet Road and offers a unique mix of new furniture, statement pieces, and items from local artists. This is not your typical furniture store. Surprisingly, the Austin signs are quite affordable. I asked Shawn one of the store managers, what do folks do with all these signs. He responded by saying the put them in their homes and businesses. One of the eye-catching items in the addition to the signage, are the abstract and unusual artwork covered in shiny glass. I love abstract anything, therefore, I was very intrigued. They also had some individuals featured in the pictures with bold and colorful features. Shawn was friendly, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He asked what I was looking for and took time to point out some potential selections. It was an overall very engaging and pleasant visit. Will definitely drop in again...
