What an absolutely cool store! I discovered this store walking down the sidewalk to meet a friend for dinner at Haywire. I struck by the stunning mural outside the store and the color palate (white base with pops of color). The design pattern is minimalist, chic and eye-catching). There is a life size white tree in the center of the store. Wow! Apparently, Erin Condren is a well-known lifestyle brand known for high-quality planners, organizational tools, and personalized stationery. The store is having a sale up to 75% off. I've usually shopped online and once before here. But went yesterday during a day trip in Austin and they had a good sale going on. I was sad that they were sold out of the color daily planner, but the representative did help me find a solution and was still a good deal! I was able to add some cool Star Wars covers with my name, which were an added plus! Overall, the value for the daily planner I got, was amazing! I'm excited! Can't wait to start using it. I was grateful for the sale, because it can get a bit pricey, but having their membership helps accumulate points and that helps. read more

Extremely Disappointed - No Product, No Communication I placed an order for a 12-month planner and, to date, have not received any shipping update. What's worse, I've made multiple attempts to contact the company by phone and email, and I've been completely ignored. I'm now already down a full month of use on a planner I paid for--and still no sign of it. As a paying customer, I expected better. I ordered my planner on the 8th of July. It said shipping was 3-7 days. So I waited until the 18th and checked my shipping status to see why it wasn't delivered and it hasn't even shipped. So I contacted customer service over chat and they told me the "processing time can be up to 10 days" when I said "well it's been 10 days" he said "10 business days". I was then told it would ship the 23rd, it's now the 27th, it's not been shipped, I've been emailing asking for a refund and to cancel my order since I paid for a 12 month planner and now I'm going to maybe get to use it half of August-June of next year, and they will not answer me. I have loved these planners for years but this company is taking a nose dive clearly. What a cute store. It's very open and light and cheerful. I love that you can test pens outs. I love a hood smooth writing pen, or marker. They do custom planners, so if you're in need of getting your busy life organized, this is the place you want to be. Customer service was so helpful, and friendly. I really enjoyed looking around and getting gift ideas for the up coming holidays. They had a really big selection of clearance items. Great savings for sure. They do have a section for young adults, teen area. It's not just for adults. Other all I love the store. The Homeschool Planner is OK but there was a very long wait for it and I kept getting excuses on when it would be done. It was over two months wait for the products. The stickers that are included don't match the theme. When I had the teacher notebook I had months and dates included with catchy phrases and things that made sense. The stickers with this book don't match the homeschool vibe. They have a bunch of random designs and ton of happy birthday stickers. The product itself is OK but not stellar. I have been ordering from Erin Condren for the last five years. I've loved every planner that I have purchased and had been continuing to return year after year to order a new one. I hadn't had any issues until now. I ordered my planner on June 5th, knowing that it usually takes between 7 and 10 business days for my items to ship out, no problem. A few days after I placed my order, I received an email letting me know that my item was delayed and how sorry they were about that, providing me with a discount code for 10% off my next order. Fast forward to last Friday, June 13th. I tried to reach out to customer service via their live agent, no one was ever available, I sent TWO emails with NO response and I have reached out via Facebook messenger, again NO response. I find that to be very unprofessional and very frustrating. I spent $70.00 on a planner that I had been looking forward to receiving. Are they expensive, yes, but do they hold up extremely well, yes, so you get what you pay for. At this point, I just want a full refund, including the shipping that I paid for being that I haven't received my item and for the lack of customer service. What company doesn't have a contact phone number for customers to call, but instead only has a chat option, email option and an option for them to call YOU back?! I'm pretty deep in the planning rabbit hole, and so when I was in Austin, I knew I had to come here. If only just to look around. Side note: Getting in and out of the Domain is such a hassle, but that's not the store's fault. This store is great if you want to look around and check out all the different products. You can test out the pens, feel the paper, and order lots of stuff. If you are big into stationery, this store might be dangerous for you - so be warned. There is, however, a large section for your partner/friend to wait in, so they can chill while you shop. My personal favorite area was the clearance. They had some fantastic deals of things of prices you can't easily find online (and you don't have to pay shipping). It was the only reason I could get out of here by spending $12! But don't be fooled, these are premium stationery products. So unless you are buying during a sale, expect to pay some higher prices. While the store is great, I'm knocking off a star because the hours are limited. Weeknights they are only open until 7, which was hard for me to make when I had an all-day conference. This store is definitely worth a visit if you like planners, stationery, or both. Just research their hours and prices ahead of time so you're not too shocked when you get there. read more

I visited the Austin, TX store today to purchase my very first Erin Condren planner. I had scoped out the website the night before and was so excited to go in-person to customize my planner. I knew I wanted a planner that had 30 minute time blocking, so the Daily Lifeplanner was the best fit for me. But aside from that decision I made in advance, the rest of the process was extremely confusing, and I was left with an associate who created my planner wrong multiple times. My visit starts with it being extremely loud inside the store. Apparently the day I chose (today) to visit the store there was some type of class / party upstairs. I was hoping by going on a weekday that it would be calm, but that was not the case. It was probably busier than a weekend. The party all came downstairs to shop right as I was selecting my planner. It was a frenzy trying to gain access to the sample books, as a whole class was fighting to select theirs. I then asked an associate for help, and she dismissed me at first because she was helping the class. I asked if the other associate could help me, and she said they're all helping the class. Why am I not a valued customer as a walk-in? I finally convinced the associate to help me out and take a break from the class. I asked her if I could purchase 1 book (2024) instead of the duo (2024 + 2025). She explained that if I purchased just 1 it does not come with stickers and other items that would come with the duo. I asked how much it is to add all of those items into the 1 book, and she sat there looking at a sign trying to calculate the pricing. She was making things very complicated, so I asked her to just order the duo to avoid any confusion, and then I know I'll get all the extras such as the stickers. I see a really pretty white, gray, and gold metallic leather cover. I inform her that is the cover I want for the planner. I then selected the interior and the coil. Regarding the personalization, she said only 4 characters are allowed, and it has to be in one specific corner of the book. This was strange to me, as I have a notebook from your company with my entire first name and I was able to select the location I wanted it stamped. Anyhow, I give her my initials (SP) and then she headed back to get the planner put together. ~30 minutes later, she emerges with the duos. However, I am extremely confused as the 2024 book has the beautiful leather cover while the 2025 book has a pink plastic cover. In addition, July was completely missing from the 2024 book. I was only given 5 months in the 2024 book. She left me to help the class again before I was able to ask questions about this. I walk up to another associate to ask how I remove the leather cover to put it onto the 2025 book when the time comes. She tells me the cover I selected is a permanent cover, so 2025 would only have a plastic cover. Why would anyone sell a customer a duo with 2 different covers that are not interchangeable? I put a lot of money into the leather cover, so being given a plastic cover for 2025 makes no sense. I ask that they create a leather cover on both books. I later find out that the original associate wasn't aware that the duo required a removable cover, and the cover I selected was permanent. She should not have allowed that to happen. The new associate I am working with goes to create the 2025 cover and goes to add the month of July into the 2024 calendar. During this time, she notices I was not given a ruler, so she adds that into my book. She comes back out with the 2 books. I review the books and tell her it's odd that the tabs on the 2024 book are organized differently from the 2025 book. 2025 has 3 month tabs on one row, then 3 month tabs on a second row. The 2024 book has 4 tabs on one row, and 2 tabs on the second row. Why would this differ if both books have 6 months? We get all the issues worked out, and I leave. I get home and start transferring my old Target planner information to my new Erin Condren planner. I then find that July 31 and Steptember 30 are completely missing from the 2024 book. I have not even reviewed the 2025 book, because there is no point given how bad 2024 is. I have no faith that this planner is put together correctly. This is all very frustrating because I spoke with their Facebook chat team for days preparing myself for this purchase, and it could not have gone more wrong. I wish I had ordered it myself online and never went into the store. read more

This store is huge and hopes to stay open selling planners and stickers to go in them. I don't get it and no one offered to help me either. I did look at the planners. It is that time of year, December. The selection is repetitive in that there is one basic layout. The weekly where the days are stacked versus side by side. Sizes are limited like most... I think there are 3. Coil bound seems to be the primary product. There are no pockets or ways to add them. Other than that there are lots and lots and lots of stickers and stuff to decorate a page. It is kind of like the sticker aisle at Hobby Lobby. The store is huge for what they offer. I think a betting grid could be set up for how long teh Erin Condren store will be in business... especlally since the staff doesn't even greet you much less tell you what their mission is...besides cluttering your planner with lots of distracting stickers. I traveled in from Dallas to check out the store. I wanted to buy a few cute pieces of decor for my classroom-boy, I came to the wrong place. Upon entering not one single soul turned and even looked our way- forget hello or how can I help you- I mean I could have been the commissioner of education and they wouldn't have even known because they were having a chatty chat chat! It was so rude and apparent they cooks care less about their customers. I am so disappointed Although I wanted to buy a few friends some gifts for their classroom but after the way they disregarded everyone in the store- I would not spend my money here- teacher pay- sad day. So a little confession. I am lucky enough to work right next to the Aaron condren store so I go in quite frequently. It is one of my favorite places to stop into for a quick little pick me up like a new pen or some cute stickers. But I think my family is on their third planner and I've kind of lost count. But I do have a nice collection of interchangeable planner covers now!! If you are looking for a simple small option, you can pop in your purse or the absolute end. I paid for expedited shipping with expected dates of between Jan 6 - 10th It was Jan 6th and I didn't when get a shipping confirmation so I contacted customer service...when I do they tell me processing takes 7-10 business days... and my order should be shipped by Jan 13th (wello after the promised delivery date. I placed an order on 12/2 for parties I have on 12/5 and 12/15. When I got to the shipping portion I chose next day shipping(which stated would be the next day business afternoon) so to me that means Wednesday afternoon since I placed the order late Monday evening. I chose this option and paid triple to ensure the package would arrive before my 1st party on 12/5. Needless to say this isn't the case according to customer service when I spoke with them on 12/4 because I had not received a package or received an email confirming package was shipped. They said that means my shipping will be overnighted after the process time to complete my order. That is not the case with other companies...overnight/next day means exactly overnight/next day! I asked for a refund and was offered a $7.95 credit or they would refund some of my shipping money but was told that would cause my order to be shipped even later. I purchased many products because I love stationary! Unfortunately, these Erin products have not been of the best quality. I have purchased some sticky post it's that are super cute. Unfortunately, when I go to take one off it rips the following one as well. The quality of the product is worse than the Dollar store... I get post it there that stick better and don't rip the next one in the stack. I contacted costumer services and they where unable to help me with an exchange. Was in Austin visiting for work, grabbed some great food and remembered that there was an Erin Condren store here! We freaked out and paid our tab, understandably we walked in with about 15min left til close. But again, we were from out of town and love this brand and company. We all bought some items so excitedly, well the experience in the store was nothing but exciting. Luckily we love the planners enough to ignore the very rude "manager". The moment we walked in there was very rude tension, the manager immediately eye rolled and rushed us without saying it. There was zero acknowledgment from her either, neither staff member offered to assist, instead she ordered the other employee to lock the front doors right in front of us. I worked in food service for 4 years, I have had to wait for tables to leave after close countless times and still had to clean the entire restaurant for a $5 tip and leave 2 hours past close at 1 am. This store closes at 7PM it's still light outside during this time. The fact that this woman couldn't have patience to allow us to purchase items in a PLANNER STORE with ZERO CLEANUP TO DO was so ridiculous. We also asked for one more item to get personalized Before checking out... he'd response? "I'm sorry we can do that but not tonight. You'll need to come back during business hours or order online" Needless to say we will not buy any more items from this company for this reason. This store needs a HUGE attitude adjustment. Take notes from chick fil a on customer service because in the south we treat everyone with respect. But we do love the accessories we did purchase just will not be using this company again and I will be making it known. read more

Finally visited Erin Condren's physical Store (twice now). Based on the customer service we received (eye rolls & condescending attitude from our main sales person) on this last visit, I can't recommend shopping in store. I had taken my daughter to purchase a planner for college. I had to walk her through the process, as the sales person was annoyed she didn't know how it all worked. My other visit, I found the staff helpful. Part of the fun in the process is walking through the steps & buying the add ons. In the future, I'll probably stick to buying on the website from the comfort of my own home. Just disappointed that the customer service enthusiasm in store didn't match the quality of the product. read more

SUCH AN AWESOME PLACE! I have loved Erin Condren products for years. So I was naturally ecstatic about the first store opening in Austin! The store itself is large, with a second floor but it was roped off during our visit. Lots of products in this store that isn't available online, such as patterned hardbound planners. They will personalize in store and ship to you for free as well. Lots of workers able to help you with anything you need and they were all very nice. There is a seating area in the middle that's good for the guys to hang out at while you shop. There were great deals available too at the moment. Holiday stuff was marked down 40%, a free reusable bag with purchase, and a free holiday box with a purchase greater than $100. Who knows how long those deals will last. Overall I'm so excited to have this store in Austin. I can get my EC fix in person rather than online. Welcome to ATX Erin Condren! Can't wait to see what you have in store for us! read more

So disappointed in this over priced agenda. As a first time "Erin Condren" buyer I did not think to look at the size since my friend's was the standard paper size. I guess this year's 2020-2021 agenda is only offered at 7x9, but still priced $55 and up. Please read the fine print. Now I have an over $60 agenda that will be a pain to work with. My experience with this store hasn't been great. I spent almost 50 dollars on a planner only to have the cover fall off and having to go back in to get reprinted. The associate that helped me today offered to reprint the cover and after waiting for ten minutes the cover that was printed was for a smaller planner (I have a larger size) I had to ask the associate what was happening as she wasn't going to notify me of the error. She told me that the print job was going to take another ten minutes. She wasn't apologetic and did not make my experience right. I asked her what solutions there were and she offered to ship the cover to me... which means I would be without a cover for a while. I just think that if you are charging this much for a planner, the caliber of customer service in your store needs to be higher. Please check with your staff and retrain on how to delight your customers and make their experience great. I for one will not be purchasing another planner from you after this one. read more

I absolutely adore this place! I just want to give them all my money so I can have all the pretty things and be forever organized. First time I came in, I picked up their cute wellness log which I have been happily using for several weeks now! In addition to my first purchase, I also picked out a note taking journal and did some in-store personalization with my name on it! The process was super quick, and there were so many options in which you can make your purchase uniquely you. I barely waited 3 minutes for my chosen pineapple journal with my name on it to appear in my hands! Consumer alert: if you like organizers and are thinking of ordering one, beware of Austin-based Erin Condren Planners. Wanting to support a local business, I spent almost $20 for expedited shipping (I know!) on a planner/organizer and it's being routed through Fort Worth! Excuse me, what part of "expedited" was unclear?! I spoke with their customer service and all they could offer was $7.95 in store credit, no refunds. They're wonderful at passing the buck onto FedEx and not accepting any responsibility. I did not intend for my overpriced planner to take a tour of Texas. Heck, I could have just gone to their store to pick it up! I've NEVER had this experience before. With luggage, yes, but not with a skinny flat package that could have been sent through the US mail. I have been a long time EC loyalist and fan but after my latest experience with the company I will never again use their products or recommend them. Run. Away. Spend. Your. Money. Elsewhere. My latest order of $150 finally arrived it and to no surprise it had issues because that is just the EC way. So my order a) arrived damaged, b) was missing a product and c) another product sent the completely wrong product. Now this isn't my first, second or even third time having issues with an order. So I reached out to the EC team through Facebook because that's the only place you'll probably ever get a response. Don't bother with email, phone calls, you'll be lucky if you ever hear back. Facebook is always the way to go, they're excellent. All's I asked for was the missing product and the correct replacement for the wrong product. The FB team is amazing, so I know this next part isn't on them but in fact the terrible company policies of EC. Now to be clear neither of the two items I asked to be corrected were personalized so there should be no delay in shipping the proper items to me ASAP. Especially since the company is the one that made mistake and their first priority should be to immediately correct it with a customer. Surprise!!! It's not, get in line with the rest of us. While I did reach out on Friday, I expected my products to be shipped by the following Tuesday. Well just kidding cause that certainly didn't happen. I got zero feedback until reached out today and was told it takes 3-5 days for them to correct their mistakes. Tomorrow marks a week and guess what? I still won't have the correct products in my hands. So for the money you pay for their products, the amount the errors they have in general processing and shipping(just search any social media group) and then their lack of concern about quickly remedying their mistakes is a big enough red flag to tell you to spend your hard earned money else where. UPDATE: Replacement order arrived 10 days later... and while they sent me a whole new planner that I don't need or want, they still did not send the missing checklist notes that never came in the first order. So here we are a week and a half later and my order is still incomplete and not even worth my time dealing with to get it correct anymore. Placed a new order with Foliofax instead and will be here by the end of the week! Never again wasting my time with EC. Huge disappointment. read more

Since my last review I have had an opportunity to visit the store again and our experience was a bit better. The store is colorful, fun, and inviting! If you know what you're looking for I am sure you'll have no issues finding it! If you're a little unsure of what you're looking for, it seems you have to find someone to ask. I ventured in with my mom, explaining to her what the store was and that I was looking for a wedding planner, she is a teacher so I hoped she would find some things she might use for lesson planning too. I was also hoping to find out if she liked anything so I could use it for future gift ideas! There are so many adorable planners, notebooks, stickers and organizational items in this store. The layout is beautiful. The items are beautiful. However it is a little overwhelming and no one tends to point you in a direction or explain what you're looking at. At the entrance of the store there are some example planners, we browsed the wedding one for a while. I loved that it had a lot of planning tips inside! It was exactly what I was looking for. But after looking at it for quite a few minutes then looping the store twice looking for them to purchase, I could not find them and eventually we had to ask someone for help, I was disappointed that no one offered us assistance. Once we asked about the wedding planners, the sales associate took us right over to the little table where they were, explained 24 and 12 month options, customization options, and showed us all the features! She was very helpful once we asked for help! And we absolutely loved the wedding planner!! My only wish is that I could pick my start and end months, instead of picking just 12 or 24 month planners. My wedding is in July 2019, so I'd like a planner from now until July 2019. Unfortunately in stores they only carry the planner from that month onward, so it looks like I'll have to purchase online or wait until July to purchase a 12 month! Things I love: 1.
