    The 3 sampler

I thought this was delicious for a pasta shop at the airport. The 3 sampler was a great choice for the price point! My plate came with enough pasta for two people. I have to say that the Alfredo was my favorite. It was unique and the texture of the noodles was perfect.

Great last minute meal for a flight I barely made! I was starving! I'm so thankful Fazoli's provided me a great meal quickly. When I was finally able to eat, it was delicious! I will definitely return to a location. The airport location is casual and busy.

I enjoyed the spaghetti with meat sauce. Ask for a little more sauce as the ratio isn't even. Great customer service, fast, great airport food. I will definitely return and recommend. Also comes with bread

Midwesterners, run to sky harbor! We knew we were landing in Gate B and After living in Arizona, we haven't had Fazolis in 2 years. It did not disappoint! We ordered a club and chicken fettuccine Alfredo which comes with two breadsticks. Both were hot and fresh, don't change anything, it was perfect! The club was loaded and the bread was toasted to a crisp (in a good way). For airport prices I expected this but in all the airport food I've had this was actually worth it. Portions are big, food was made fresh, and sandwich was full. highly recommend. The alfredo was definitely big enough to share.

    Now serving Sky Harbor!

Fazoli's is new to The Valley after closing locations in Arizona in 2009/2010 timeframe. My best friend and I would at least once a year drive up to California to enjoy Fazoli's in Chino. So happy it's back in Arizona, and I frequently fly out of terminal 4 so it is perfect! If it is your first time, you can't go wrong with Alfredo and breadsticks! Plenty of tasty pasta choices as well. They will be expanding in Arizona, so be on the lookout if you can't visit as this is beyond security check point.

Glad to see Fazoli's back in AZ! Staff are friendly here. We tried the classic sampler and some breadsticks. Alfredo and the lasagna were a bit on the garlicky side. Spaghetti and meatballs ans breadsticks are where it's at here. They're delicious!

My sister and I have been DYING to go to Fazolis since they opened but we are not willing to book a flight just to do so. Are we able to come to the airport and eat here or do we HAVE TO book a ticket in terminal 4 to order?? Seems crazy to me!!

It is past security. From my understanding you are not able to get to it without a boarding pass.

The first thing that stands out is the massive, beautifully maintained outdoor seating area. It's covered, pet-friendly, and thoughtfully designed with fireplaces and privacy walls that give each table a more intimate feel. There's even an outdoor bar where you can grab a drink while you wait or just enjoy the atmosphere. Inside, the décor is incredibly creative. Butcher knives and custom cutting boards line the walls, and the open kitchen showcases hanging meats so you can see everything in action. The bakery area adds another layer of charm, with rolling pins and whisks hanging from the ceiling, it all feels intentional and immersive without being over the top. The menu is just as fun and different as the space itself. I started with the Sicilian wedge and then had to go for what they're known for, the handcrafted meatballs. You can mix and match meatballs with different pastas, but the real showstopper is the "meatball carousel." It lets you sample multiple meatballs with their recommended sauces, all presented on an elaborate Ferris wheel-style display that turns heads across the restaurant. It's a full experience, not just a meal. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. What truly made the night, though, was our server, Mia. She struck that perfect balance of fun and professional, engaging, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable to interact with. She guided us through the menu, made great recommendations, and brought a level of energy that elevated the entire experience. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows. For dessert, we went with the traditional Sicilian cannoli stuffed with Nutella and a lemon tart that was so good I'd honestly consider flying back just to have it again. This place delivers on every level, atmosphere, creativity, food, and service. I'll absolutely be making this a regular stop anytime I'm in Phoenix.

We enjoyed our full experience. Easily made reservations via Open Table (a must with a two month old baby!). We ordered the meatball Ferris wheel as an appetizer. It was so unique and fun! Although the classic meatball ended up being my favorite. I got the chicken parm and it was delicious. I love their red sauce! The only thing I was bummed about is that I love their marinara so much that I wanted to get the rigatoni with marinara as my side. However, they don't allow you to sub the sauce. It came with vodka sauce and I'm not a fan of that, so I opted for the side salad. Wish they'd allow you to sub the sauce. After dinner, we went next door to the Sicilian Baker and ordered an array of treats. Their tiramisu is a must! I've had it twice now and it's some of the best tiramisu I've had (topping even slices I've had in Rome!). The girls helping us were Riley and Tatum and they were very helpful. Even gave us some free mini cannolis. Yum!

The setting does a lot of the work: a large, charming garden with plenty of outdoor seating that gives the whole place a cozy, almost village feel. Inside, there's a small bar that's tough to get into, but it's really your only option if you're walking in without a reservation and don't want to wait an hour or more. The kitchen is usually the highlight. With an Italian chef behind it, everything leans fresh and well executed--pizzas consistently shine, and the salads are just as strong. This time, though, the bolognese was a miss. The pasta was clearly overcooked, which stood out given how reliable the food typically is--felt more like an off night than the norm. The wine-by-the-glass list is solid and approachable, and the many awards feel well deserved overall. A diverse staff adds to the cosmopolitan yet relaxed atmosphere. Even with the misstep, Cibo holds its place as one of the better all-around dining experiences downtown.

I think that they have one of the best red sauces on their meatballs that I've ever had. My only complaint was that it was very hot in the dining room. An extra treat was that they have bottles of spicy oil on the tables, so I was able to enjoy the crusts by slathering them with the tasty oil as though they were breadsticks. On the way out, after mentioning to the bartender how good the oil was, I was gifted a couple of condiment cuplets to-go, which was a thoughtful and nice touch and sort of made up for the server who wasn't particularly warm or informative as I had to ask about the specials and whether or not all the pasta is freshly made, etc. Heck, if you have a great selling point like homemade pasta, talk it up and get us to drooling! There is a variety of seating available, including outside and at the bar--bar has an inside section as well as outside which is a nice design for the lovely weather days. However, it's unfortunate that the outdoor seating is on such a busy traffic corner, so it's not the little retreat it would otherwise be. The lunchtime music was more like happy hour music, not conducive to conversation--maybe for the cellphones-at-the -table crowd it's okay, but being near the Phoenix Art Museum and Arizona Opera, why not add to the cultural experience of the area by celebrating its Italian origins with some Italian music? Even if just added as interludes during every few pieces, it would enhance the ambiance. We had to raise our voices to carry on our conversation, but it was manageable. However, when I came back the next week with a friend with a hearing impairment, it became more problematic. She tried adjusting her hearing aids, but the thumping rhythm kept taking precedence as we tried to find a quieter corner, but it wasn't possible as it is a small space and speakers were close to each table. I felt so bad that she couldn't enjoy a meal there--we both were so looking forward to having a fresh pasta dish, but just couldn't stay. Upon leaving, I felt I should let management know why so I waited to speak to him, offering constructive criticism about the sound level but he was not the least apologetic nor said he would take it under advisement, but was completely dismissive and harrumphy as though we were annoying problems and not potential regulars with suggestions worthy of consideration. How hard would it be to have a quieter area or make a speaker accessible with volume control? People, whether on the spectrum, with hearing impairments, or just lovers of good conversation deserve respect and when it is not given, will go elsewhere....
