    Fettuccine chicken Alfredo
    Amanda L.

Well, it's airport food. It concealed and was lukewarm by the time I walked to my gate. But it was also fast and tasty and I got 2 breadstjcks with it. The chicken was tender and there was a good amount of sauce. I got my food in less than 5 minutes and was able to finish well in time for my next flight. I can't ask for more than that when on a 1 hour layover. Except maybe some packets of red chili flakes and parmesean in my bag without asking.

I thought this was delicious for a pasta shop at the airport. The 3 sampler was a great choice for the price point! My plate came with enough pasta for two people. I have to say that the Alfredo was my favorite. It was unique and the texture of the noodles was perfect.

Great last minute meal for a flight I barely made! I was starving! I'm so thankful Fazoli's provided me a great meal quickly. When I was finally able to eat, it was delicious! I will definitely return to a location. The airport location is casual and busy.

I enjoyed the spaghetti with meat sauce. Ask for a little more sauce as the ratio isn't even. Great customer service, fast, great airport food. I will definitely return and recommend. Also comes with bread

Midwesterners, run to sky harbor! We knew we were landing in Gate B and After living in Arizona, we haven't had Fazolis in 2 years. It did not disappoint! We ordered a club and chicken fettuccine Alfredo which comes with two breadsticks. Both were hot and fresh, don't change anything, it was perfect! The club was loaded and the bread was toasted to a crisp (in a good way). For airport prices I expected this but in all the airport food I've had this was actually worth it. Portions are big, food was made fresh, and sandwich was full. highly recommend. The alfredo was definitely big enough to share.

    Now serving Sky Harbor!

Fazoli's is new to The Valley after closing locations in Arizona in 2009/2010 timeframe. My best friend and I would at least once a year drive up to California to enjoy Fazoli's in Chino. So happy it's back in Arizona, and I frequently fly out of terminal 4 so it is perfect! If it is your first time, you can't go wrong with Alfredo and breadsticks! Plenty of tasty pasta choices as well. They will be expanding in Arizona, so be on the lookout if you can't visit as this is beyond security check point.

Glad to see Fazoli's back in AZ! Staff are friendly here. We tried the classic sampler and some breadsticks. Alfredo and the lasagna were a bit on the garlicky side. Spaghetti and meatballs ans breadsticks are where it's at here. They're delicious!

My sister and I have been DYING to go to Fazolis since they opened but we are not willing to book a flight just to do so. Are we able to come to the airport and eat here or do we HAVE TO book a ticket in terminal 4 to order?? Seems crazy to me!!

It is past security. From my understanding you are not able to get to it without a boarding pass.

After looking over the menu, we started off with Francesco's frittura to share. This dish tasted fine, nothing outstanding. For our main entrees we ordered the brown butter seared scallops with sweet corn risotto and the shrimp fradiavolo. Both of these entrees were outstanding in their own respect. The risotto was subtly sweet and not heavy or rich. Additionally, the scallops were nicely seasoned and not overcooked. The shrimp fradiavolo was mildly spicy and the spaghetti was perfectly al dente. Since we always have room for dessert, we ordered the tiramisu to share. It was nice and fluffy, and not too sweet, which we prefer. Overall, service was friendly, patient, and attentive. The ambiance was comfortable and intimate with lots of indoor seating and some outdoor patio seating. I highly recommend making reservations in advance if you plan on coming here. After our great experience, we will definitely be back to try out some of their other dishes!

It absolutely pains me to have to do this but it's been bothering me for a while and I cannot just…read morelet it slide. I've been coming here religiously for 4.5 years since moving to AZ. My two favorite dishes that never miss are the Lasagna and the Chicken Parm. Like clockwork, it has always been impeccable. Sadly my most recent experience will likely be my last experience. I ordered the Chicken Parm and when it came out there was something missing from my plate. Instead of the usual Rigatoni Pasta with Vodka Sauce there were a couple of stale chunks of potatoes and some sorry looking asparagus spears. I asked the bartender where is the pasta. She responded that it no longer comes with pasta and that I could order some at an additional charge. It was at that moment that I knew I would never return again. Never in my entire life have I ever ordered Chicken Parm at an Italian Restaurant and not have it come with pasta. That is like ordering a hamburger and it doesn't come with a bun. Then they tell you that you are more than welcome to order a bun at an additional cost. It was like the ultimate slap in the face. I understand that businesses are under financial pressure in these tough times. I can assure you though that this restaurant does not suffer from this fate. There is simply zero excuse for this type of behavior from ownership. Their meals are already priced near the top of the market here in Scottsdale, and rightfully so as their food is top tier. But to raise prices and then remove a staple item off of the menu is asinine. Again, I really do not like writing negative reviews for businesses because I am a fellow business owner as well. However the consumer in me cannot stand for this type of treachery. I am sick and tired of paying more and getting less. This is not meant to deter others from experiencing this place. It is meant to let management that loyal customers are dissatisfied with their business practices. Finally, I am not a cheapskate either. I always tip at least 30% which is way above the average. I am not tone-deaf, I sympathize with restaurant staff and wage gaps so every little bit helps in the service industry.

Amazing, unique experience!…read more I arrived with the preconceived ideas about being jostled in long lines in a poorly cooled pizza joint, sitting in a crowded restaurant at plastic tables eating plastic food. That misconception disappeared immediately upon stepping through the doorway. Warm, inviting ambiance, full of character. Attending the birthday celebration for an esteemed young man, our table wasn't ready (we were early) and the hostess offered us seats at the bar while awaiting our party. We each had a wine spritzer... may I say that the very few such concoctions I've had bearing that name didn't do justice to what we were served. I've never had anything like this, a "Sgroppino" (I'm partial to strawberry!) and it was perhaps the best adult beverage I've had in a very long time. Many different nuances in a glass. Stunning subtle, many diverse flavors. Mmm. Our bartender was an artist of the mixed adult beverage, a delightful individual with a warm, genuine smile and an encyclopedic knowledge of how to do his job expertly. Rare that you meet someone like this who isn't all measuring cups and shot glasses: everything he concocted was done by eye, and judging by what he made for us, his expertise was immediately apparent. Ben fatto. È andata benissimo, brava. When we'd all arrived, we were escorted to the "garden shed"... a smaller out-building filled with racks of wine, perhaps an ideal place for small wedding receptions or engagement parties. Well-cooled despite our broiling Phoenix evening. We had the garlic bread; someone ordered IL Tagliere, Calamari (no, thank you), and a basket of bread. You know how you go to a hamburger joint and what you're served looks nothing like the photos of their menu? Go to CiBO's web site and look at their menu: What you see in their photos is what you get. One visit and next time you look at their menu online, you'll salivate. Yes, the food is that good. I ordered the calzone. Delicious. Getting through it wasn't pretty... but it was excellent. Huge, very generous entree. Excellent flavors. Our server was delightful, attentive without being a nuisance. Our water glasses never reached empty, and the stories about the birthday boy (and others) were never interrupted. We never made it to desserts. Too much food and amusing stories. CiBO: È andata benissimo, brava.
