This place has gone downhill. Maybe it's management and staff selection. The girl at register didnt know what several dishes on menu were. We ordered cheese cake. They made us wait for it. Great for quick, tasty Italian food. The Rigatoni Romano is particularly good for a fast food place. And of course, the bread is awesome and plentiful. Really feels like a cross between a fast food joint and a sit-down restaurant. Unlike some fast food places, the food here is consistently good. Highly recommended. read more

Prices are good. Both times my tomato sauce is too sweet for my taste. Had pizza topped ziti (TV ad but not posted anywhere in the restaurant). Kudos for lots of melted mozzarella, making me think of Al Forno baked ziti. While the pasta was cold, the spaghetti sauce was hot and my mozzarella was melted and stringy. Breadsticks were soft & hot eating in, a huge improvement from my past takeout order. Comfy atmosphere. Kids get good sized portions. Good value for $5 lunch. read more

We have enjoyed all the Fazoli's we have eaten at. Pasta's are the best and the fresh bread is outstanding.

Placed order at the drive through and it was wrong. Went back inside to correct and the night manager, Rodney, took EXCELLENT care of us, so much more than expected! This is a person who wants the job done right and making sure customer care is a priority. After almost a day on the road cross country, it was a wonderful surprise to be given so much by a person who didn't have to do as much as he did. A true asset to your business and someone to ask for by name if there are any problems! You have made us fans of your restaurant! read more

We're travelers so this is our first time at this location. We won't be back. Our location back home is much better since we can't help but compare. The service wasn't all that great and they don't do points or have the same food variety that were used to. Food was good though and portions were surprising. They don't bring you out more bread or bring you your food. They give you a buzzer and you have to go get it. Sandra... Amarillo fazolis manager refused to serve me when I was in line behind all the other customers. They closed at 10pm I showed at at 9:58 just like the cars in front of me... But I was told I can't be served..? How I was already in line reading the menu and as I proceeded to order I wasn't served.... I used to work at fazolis 2012-2014 we always finished up who ever was in the drive thru. If you got there before 10 you were served... Please someone help these rude people. read more

This place looks nice, but if you want a taste of good food don't go here. I ordered the classic sample meal. There was spaghetti and meat sauce, lasagna, and Alfredo . The Alfredo sauce looked like it can out of a can! The spaghetti was ok, and the lasagna was just two pieces of pasta with cheese between them, and sauce on the top. I have 5 bites that's all I could do. I will say the free bread sticks they have out were good. read more

First time I've been to this restaurant but my hubby had a hankering for Italian food at it was close to 10pm. We ordered the chicken carbonara, chicken parm, chicken Alfredo. The carbonara was a poor example of the dish because it lacked the proper amount of sauce and bacon but it was none the less tasty. The chicken parm was great, and my hubby finished off the Alfredo quickly. The breadsticks were so garlicky delicious that they rivaled the other chain Italian place that is everywhere. We got a dozen of them and are still eating them the next day. Overall for the price and time of day we got the food it was good. I'd return for the chicken parm and breadsticks. read more

Quite possibly the worst food ever, defiantly the worst Italian... I mean fast food Italian WHAT WERE THEY THINKING!?!? The sauce just seems like ketchup with some diced tomatoes and the pizza is cardboard with cheap cheese and small toppings. We were visiting Amarillo for a volleyball tournament, and the team decided to stop here one evening on the way back to the hotel. It was about 8pm, and there were about 25 parents and players. Fazoli's not only fed us really good food that was definitely more homemade tasting than fast food, they did so in remarkable time and were very courteous. Had the worst ever experience here today. The manager on duty (Rosa) was rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. While trying to get my meal replaced from yesterday's order. Rosa (manager) was yelling at me in front of my 3 year old niece, my sister, and customers who she startled. She also was not trying to honor replacing my order, which was honored my another manager yesterday. I could not believe how she was acting especially in front of customers and her staff. She was also laughing at us and didn't seem to care about the situation. Do not eat here with family or friends unless you want to be treated unkindly. The staff is constantly changing they don't know where to find stuff on the computers display. The food is good except when I got home with my To-Go meal I discovered that the sauce they gave me was half way full. The breadsticks I got were very different per breadstick some were very very soft, sorta like dough and some were like croutons and super hard. My other meal I got was the chicken Alfredo and it had very little little sauce and they only gave me around 5 pieces of small cubed chicken. The salad was good but not much ranch. If you want Italian I'd recommend Olive Garden or Johnny Carinos. read more

This place is horrible. It once had great food, atmosphere, and employees. Then there was a change in management. Everything went downhill. All the things that made is great became horrible. The food lacked quality and the managers there should hardly be considered that. Complained about how my order was made wrong and was told everything will be taken care of. The new management are husband and wife, and have hired their own kids. Immediate red flag. They have no focus on customer service and the few calm-tempered employees that are left get verbally abused by the rest of the staff right in front of customers. This Mothers Day I saw a lady try to get a photo of all her kids together in the lobby (one of which worked there). There was no line, and it seemed they had tasks covered pretty well. When the daughter that worked there stepped out from behind the counter for a quick photo, another staff member yelled at her and told her to work on bread sticks "NOW!!!". The daughter acknowledged her and said she would be right back there in a moment, and this made the lady even more irate and rude, demanding the daughter IMMEDIATELY go back behind the counter. But she didn't stop there. She LOUDLY insulted the mother and said "I don't have to explain myself to you!" and turned her back. At this point several other customers were within earshot. Completely unacceptable. They don't deserve your business, and obviously don't deserve the kind employees they still have. read more
