Absolutely the most horrible shop to take your car too. The owner does not even answer the phone to get more business. Owner buys the absolute cheapest parts and charges for brand new parts. You will in fact, be ripped off brutally if you use this company. Nedal Fayad is the owner, does not answer the phone amd if he does he will still be extremely rude to you. Don't waste your time or money. If you have a major repair your car will sit for weeks before they even choose to look at it, regaurdless of if you call to ask what's taking so long. He only cares about his own cars, and wants anyone public to wait for months for a one week repair. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I'm back!! I just can't say enough about my experiences with Fayad and his team. I had all my service performed with this shop over a 3 year plus period and what finally resulted was the owners advice that it was time to sell my Kia suv. Although my last service needs/ repairs were about 9 months ago I am just now remembering to review. Fayad is fair, honest and reliable in every sense. I have a new car now but I will say that anyone needing honest, fair and integrity driven mechanics. Look no further !! On numerous occasions I had other shops bids and ended up using Fayad. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for oil changes, major or minor tune ups or repairs. Each time they went above and beyond to look at after market parts for better pricing options. My camry's ac locked up for the final time... Billy quoted me $400 less than the Toyota dealership, and stuck true to his word. They have amazing service and were willing to work around my schedule, even offering to give me a ride to work from the shops and pick me after my car was done being serviced. I will definitely be going back there for any major services. Plus, they have two sweet 80's Ferraris (a la Christy Brinkley), massage chairs, and a bench press in their waiting room. Well.........I've found my new mechanic. My car was having some very serious issues and I took it to 3 different places, non of which could diagnose what the issue was. My co-worker recommended this place as they have worked on her BMW multiple times and she spoke glowingly of them. I went in and after a bunch of different testing (which came at no charge) they were able to tell me the issue. It wasn't a cheap fix by any means, but they did it for about $1500 less than the dealership. I dealt mostly with the owner and he is the epitome of a stand up guy. Give these guys a shot......you'll be glad you did. Plus, they're right next door to Little Miss BBQ. Have some lunch while they're taking care of you! read more

Billy has always been awesome to work with and works around our busy schedule. Its important to find a great mechanic when moving to a new city and these guys are it. They have never overcharged me or tried to sell me something I didn't need. The guys at Fayad always take great care of us and our cars.We take the problem-prone Range Rover (POS) there and saved hundreds less than the dealership. Not saying the RR is cured of its demons, but it is running. :) These guys fix everything from a Ford to a $150k BMW. They are knowledgeable in just about every car. If you want to be ripped off .... then this is the place for you! I turned my car in because of a friend referral. BIG BIG mistake! Fayad Auto Tech kept my car for 1 month for a 1 week job. When I got my car back ....the front windshield had a HUGE crack down the middle and the frame I needed fixed worse than when I turned it in. Of course no one at Fayad Auto tech is taking responsibility. We were told our insurance company would take care of it, not sure that is good business right there. I compared auto parts to that of the expensive dealer........WOW talk about inflation. Fayad Auto tech charge $400.27 for a valve cover .....those big time car dealerships charge $285. I was charged $153 for a spark plug that cost $15. On top of that .....the hourly rate was $100. So if you think they are being honest......better check twice. Good Luck!! read more

Based on experience last year, I would not recommend. I dropped car off before going out of town and when I returned 3-4 days later, it had still not even been looked at. Forced to rent a car. They kept for an additional 2 days just to DIAGNOSE the problem. In the end, they still didn't identify or repair it, yet I was still charged. Had to take it somewhere else to diagnose & repair. Good guys, but not the most capable mechanics. read more

Sold me a part that cost $1,600 plus. Part didn't last even a year. Not pleased at all.

This was my second time using their services. The first time I went in for an oil change and was pleased. They were quick, nice , and professional. This time I went back for an oil change and to get my brakes checked since the front brakes were squeaking when I was driving. prior to me dropping my car off I went in for a quote and for them to see if my brakes needed to be done. They quoted me $280, I asked "is that with the oil change as well?" and was told "yes." The next day I dropped my car off to get the oil changed and the breaks done, they were finished with my car by the time I got off work and when I arrived I was told I owed $372.00. I stated that was almost $100.00 more than what I was quoted and he said "sorry I forgot to add the oil change on there"...even though the oil change itself is $30!!!! so he went on the computer and clicked around then said my final amount was $312 and some change. That same night my brakes started squeaking and have been every since. Now I have to take my car back up for the same thing I paid over $300.00 for! I'm so annoyed, would have paid the same amount at the dealership. read more
