I absolutely LOVE Hui Lau Shan! My favorite is hands down the mango and coconut juice with aloe…read morejelly... it's SOOOO good! It's sweet, refreshing, and especially perfect on a hot day. I could seriously drink this all the time! I reallllly wish they would open one closer to me, like in Cerritos, Los Angeles, or even Westminster. It's a little bit of a drive all the way to Irvine, but honestly, it's worth it because this is probably my favorite mango dessert spot! The place itself is small and cute, with only a few seats inside, but they also have outdoor seating. Service is great. You're in and out. They don't take long preparing your order. Every time I go there, my order is on point and everything always comes out delicious. Parking is plentiful, which is always a plus. Definitely a must-try if you love mango desserts! ever since I discovered this place, I've been going at least twice a month. It's a 35-40 minute drive but it's so worth it.

However there wasn't enough base so instead of making more, I watched her take from each of the other ones. ‍. By the time she finished, this was more of a soup then a frozen treat. Mango was good but I didn't really like their balsamic dressing mushiness of this. It's ok.

Their boba is really good and flavorful let alone refreshing perfect for the hot summer. I really love places that have kiosk , makes it easier to order and very convenient you order from the machine and like 5-10mins later your drinks are ready . I will come back because I eat to try their Dubai strawberries and see what the hype is about. All and all this place is pretty good. Spacious and has a very friendly welcoming. Oh and have I mentioned they have a lot of Filipino inspired drinks ! THAT IS 100% AMAZING ! I love that they have Taho on their menu ! Thank you Naricha for making amazing drinks and awesome good vibes

Parking can get a little tight in the free parking lot, but we didn't have too much trouble on Sunday afternoon. The interior was very cute and pretty with flowers. They also sell mochi donuts -- this looks like a rebrand Bober Tea shop that's known for their "stir fried" boba. The brown sugar boba in our drinks tasted like the super soft and flavorful boba. My husband and I really loved the boba. But at 100% sweet, the drink was wayyy too sweet that we had to dilute it with water. Next time I would get half sweet. It had a very nice black tea flavor that shone through which is unique from other boba shops.

My family and I have been patrons of Cream Pan in Tustin for nearly two decades now, even before…read morethe TikTok strawberry croissant craze and even before it opened more locations like in Fountain Valley and Lomita. The quality has just been so utterly consistent. These baked goods truly taste rustic and homemade; I believe the freshness is guaranteed and everything is baked daily. I always buy the shuku pan to make sandwiches my daily lunches and the country bread/sourdough for my avocado toast and breakfasts. The sandwiches made in-house are also recommended especially the chicken katsu and the assorted ham/tuna/egg salad. I like the croquette and egg salad in a bun especially. All of these are savory and flavorful yet subtle. I also recommend any of the pastries including curry pan, melon pan, and of course the strawberry croissants but beyond that I also really like the strawberry banana croissant and blueberry croissant. There is also a selection of drinks made in-house café-style as well as bottled Japanese drinks. The staff are friendly and I really like the space even though it's small. You can find seating outside especially if you avoid rush hours. Of all the three locations, this one is my favorite because it's so rustic and historic and really fits in with the overall vibe and aesthetic of Old Town Tustin and the El Camino Real. Please check this bakery out; it's one of the best in all of SoCal in my opinion.
