They are fast at prepping your order, and offer great quality in burgers. My only issue right out the gate is if they could only lower the prices that would attract more customer flow. If they offered criss cut fries or sweet potato fries that would persuade me to give fatburger a higher rating. I recently came to this location end of Aug 2012 for a work related visit to Thundervalley Casino, which helps their location offer plenty of seating to their customers. This is one of the places you can pick food up from within the food court they have located next to the gambling floor within Thunder Valley. They are quick with their orders like I mentioned earlier and they always have long dinner lines here, because their burgers are that good. Don't be surprised if you find yourself waiting in line for awhile until you even order, especially during the weekend. I didn't notice if they offer this on the menu, but they should also look into offering protein style burgers to attract health enthusiasts. Their menu overall is pretty self explanatory and could be found rather plain. But despite their simple feature, it does work for what they offer. I went to this location on 5/2/22 through 5/4/22 and stayed in the hotel. 5/02/22*Ordered the original burger meal with extra lettuce. I specified that fries needed to hot out of the grease or I would be returning them. I reiterated this 3 times to the cashier. When I received my order, fries were not even hot. As a matter of fact they were the same fries that had been there when I made the order. So now I have to wait(while my burger gets cold) for fries. Once back to my room(12th floor) I find that the lettuce is minimal. Another meal not worth anything. 5/03/22*Ordered the original burger meal with extra lettuce. I'm literally, left with another patty. 5/04/22*I went down to the card services and asked for a food manager. I was told that Fat burger's should be open and someone would be able to help me (thank you young lady for your help-middle-aged African American female). I go to Fat Burger and ask for the manager, the cook tells me to hold on and a young man named "Chris" appears, saying he was management/supervisor. I tell him the story, hand him the bag(bun remnants). All this time, a friend of mine is listening via Bluetooth. After taking the bag, Chris throws it in the garbage beneath the counter, he doesn't look connected or concerned. He then looks at me while saying "Thanks for the review". If your waiting for the rest of the conversation, this was it. Chris said nothing else and gave me a "dismissed" look. I heard my friend say via bluetooth "Is he going to say anything else?' I turned, amazed that no other communication transpired from him or an offer to remake the burger correctly. Phone friend was astonished because she was planning on staying at Thunder Valley next week. She changed her mind immediately. I pass the card services counter once more and thank the previously spoken to young lady. I tell her while passing "that was a waste of time" and quickly recite what Chris had said. The look on her face was memorable. Manager's, supervisor's should have the minimal communication and customer service abilities. This is my first chance to write this review but it must be written. I have only ever been to the one here at Thunder Valley. I go when I am in the mood for a burger and gambling but it is definitely not a place that I go to for a yummy burger because it is not. I keep trying them but I think they are just, eh.. so-so but also a bit pricey for what you get... $9.95 for a small combo. I imagine they have to compensate for the high rent. When you order and pay, you get a number and your drinks. Usually when you get place marker numbers, they bring your food out to you but here, they call out your number for you to come get it. It's tough, too, because they don't have a mic or a number displaying system.. just an employee screaming the number and sometimes there's live music going on. Tough. You should really pay attention. I had a turkey burger ($4.79). The guy asked if I wanted everything on it and when people ask about everything it's you know-- lettuce, tomato, onion, and a pickle. This is my second time at this FatBurger when visiting ThunderValley Casino. Although the staff is friendly, they lack the manpower to fulfill the meaning of fast food. This place is always dirty! The bar (pick up) area is always a mess. They lack the soft customer service skills but, I think it's because they are understaffed. I hope their District Manager or powers that be, figure out a way to justify the hiring of more talent given their store sales. The FatBurgers in casinos in Las Vegas are far better than this one. I am such a meat eater and I can NEVER leave Thunder Valley without a Fatburger. I went all in and had a XXL (2 patties), cheese, bacon and and egg with fries. They have a medium combo which consists of a medium burger, fat fries/skinny fries and a medium drink for about $8. They also have a large combo which consists of a large burger, fat fries/skinny fries and a large drink for about a dollar more. The fries were crispy and yummy, but you have to salt them yourself. I don't know why it took me so long to get to Fatburger considering that I am a burger fiend and we had already been to the casino several times. I think my reluctance to eat in food courts (the crowds, the often sloppy service) had a lot to do with it. Since it was spring break, we ended up going to the casino on a Monday. No crowds. Hmmmm...... It was time. I ended up opting to try the original burger with skinny fries and a Maui banana shake. The burger was OK, It was kind of dry and nothing really stood out about it. I had a bite of my Mom's thousand Island burger. It was also just OK. The fries were OK. They didn't have much flavor, but I liked that they were a little crispy. Now for the shake. OMG. It was so delicious. It had a pure, clean banana flavor that was delivered in a thick creamy good way. The shakes are hand scooped and made with real ice cream. Yum! It made the whole dining experience better. They get bonus point for options (chicken, veggie burgers, even a salad) on the menu. The service was friendly, but really slow. especially considering there weren't a lot of customers. It was pretty pricey, too. I will always pay for a good burger, but prices seemed extreme for food court food (for example, a triple was $14.99 for the sandwich and $19.99 for the combo). Having seen Fatburger in Vegas, L.A., and in Santa Barbara, I never thought my first try would be at a casino. I wasn't especially hungry, but I had my eye on their cup of chili. My friend ordered a Large (Kingburger) and skinny fries. The food came out and the burger looked great. My chili on the other hand did not. The chili had a soup consistency rather than a thickness and was overly greasy. Nevertheless, I dipped my crackers and my suspicions were on the dot. The chili was greasy, lacked flavor, did not contain beans, and was an overall disappointment. I had a few bites of the burger and I was hooked. It was really tasty. The beef was nicely seasoned and their spread was especially delicious. The fries were great as well, but I would of gone with their fat fries. The prices are reasonable as well, spending about $10 for all three items, not including a drink. My advice would be to skip the chili and just go for their main staples, which is burger and fries. read more

I was very surprised when my wife, daughter and I went to eat at Fatburger while at the Thunder Valley Casino on July 5, 2021. We ordered 4 burgers and paid approximately 60 bucks. SHOCK! The bread was stale. The customer service was lacking. The tables were filthy. I saw a member of the cleaning staff who came by and looked at the tables, picked up the napkins, but never washed the table. I asked for a rag to wash our table, and the young man behind the counter only offered me napkins and Purell. I took the napkins and went back as another person appeared behind the counter and asked for a small cup of water so I could wash our table. I shouldn't have to do that. My wife and daughter stood in line for almost an hour. But sometimes, you wait for good food. Right? I was,so,disappointed, the meat tasted old and the bread was so old it was breaking apart. This was sad! I'm not doing that again. All of our other visits to Fatburger was very good. This time it was a disaster. There are several restaurants in the casino that offer a 60.00 meal corresponding with a 60.00 experience. Tonight, we got ripped off! read more

While enjoying my one night off, my friend and I decided to go to the casino. We were both starving, so we decided to grab a couple burgers. I have an onion allergy, so I always make sure to tell them NO ONIONS, and the reason why. The unfortunate thing about having this type of allergy is that people don't take it seriously. They think that, since a lot of people just don't like them, they make the excuse that they are allergic to them. It makes it hard for the people that actually are allergic to them. I ordered a burger without onions or pickles (I also have a mild sensitivity to cucumbers and pickles). When he handed me my receipt it didn't say without onions and pickles. I mentioned it to the cashier, and he said it wouldn't say it on the receipt, but they know. So I trusted him. As soon as I got my burger I could see onions and pickles. I politely told them I ordered it without either, because I have an allergy. They said, "can we just scrape them off?" I said, "no, I have an allergy, I can't even have the onions touch it." They took the burger from me, laughed amongst themselves, then gave me the burger back. I thought it was a new one, so I ate it. Not even 15 mins later I was in the car having trouble breathing, hives all over my face, and my throat swollen. Allergies are not a joke! The fact that they laughed at me for something I can't control, and did not remake my burger when I told them the reason why, it absolutely appalling! My one night off turned into a nightmare. What happened to the Fatburger that I used to crave and drive out of my way to an Indian casino, solely to eat their famous burger and fries?!!! I'll tell you what happened...it's not good anymore! Didn't live up to other locations. Came here on a Saturday and the line went all of the way to the casino floor. They only had one cashier working at the time and about four other employees manning the fries and hamburgers. The shift leader/supervisor was stocking the freezer with fries. Honestly the leader/ supervisor should have jumped on the second register to help get the line down. They lost a lot of business because some of the patrons left and went over to Panda Express and subway. After standing in line for ten minutes we were finally able to place our orders. My friend ordered the original fat burger with no relish. The cashier then ask if we wanted pickles instead. Idk, personally I thought pickles and relish are in the same family. But I guess they aren't, whatevs. I placed my order and asked for well done. The cashier got snotty and said that all of the burgers are well done. Where do I even start? I only came here for a pre-concert meal because my family didn't arrive early enough at Thunder Valley to go to the buffet. Thought this would be the best choice to get at the food court but it turned out to be sub par, in my opinion. Pros: 1) Service time was fast. 2) They have a good variety on their menu: they have sweet potato fries & you have the option of getting egg on your burger (two things I love!) 3) You can get different sized burgers (Original, Large, XL, XXL) 4) The size of an individual fry is HUGE! Cons: (from my experience obviously) 1) First thing I noticed was that it seemed like my egg was partially uncooked. A bit of the egg white was still clear & gooey. First no-no, considering I really like eggs in my burgers & I was excited to get one today. 2) The sweet potato fries were kind of burnt & salty to the point that I couldn't really taste the sweet potato. What did it taste like? Cardboard. Another disappointment. 3) Got a cookies & cream milkshake & was hoping this would make things better but eh. Only thing it was really good for was washing down the saltiness of the fries. Other than that, nothing special. Tasted a little funny before I mixed the whipped cream in. Won't be eating here again unless I'm like, dying & really, really starving. Maybe it's better at other locations, I don't know. A 24 hour burger joint in a casino. That should say it all, but for the sake of fairness I'll elaborate. This Fatburger gives you a compromised version of what has made the chain famous and all while enjoying the colorful characters and activity from the nearby slot machines. I'm not ashamed to say I've been to a lot of Fatburgers, so my assessment of this one is relative. The burgers are hit or miss depending on the time of day, length of the line and attitude of the employees. It's clear that the late night eating crowd is one of the most obnoxious, with plenty of hungry, impatient drunks looking for something they can inhale before returning to the tables to burn through their pocketbooks. But as the somewhat sober person in line, it doesn't help to be treated like just another part of the riff raff, especially if I go out of my way to be polite. On my last visit my burger was a sloppy mess and the fries cold. I pulled up a seat at the random scattering of tables and sucked it down with friends while watching a nearby drunk couple fight with each other. This locations biggest advantage is being one of the only places open to eat at anytime of day. For that reason I'm thankful. Otherwise, it just makes you wish that Thunder Valley had a 24 hour buffet. read more

I kid you not, we waited for at least 35-40 minutes for our food. How in the WORLD does it take that long to make two burgers?!?? First of all, if they are known to be busy on Saturdays hire some more damn workers. Secondly, I was expecting a pretty damn good burger for that long of a wait. And we eventually got our food, but here's the CATCH - we all started to get extremely impatient, so my friend went up to the front near the bar where they were yelling out orders. Apparently both of our orders were ready and sitting on the counter. My friend asked the lady if it was his, cause we have been waiting for over 30 minutes and you know what the lady said?!?? She said, "hold on." Hold on? All she had to do was simply give the bag of food to him. And she said HOLD ON and we had to wait another five minutes for her to HAND us our food. So ridiculous. I was LIVID. And I still am. I am appalled by the service. WARNING do not come here on a Friday or Sat night unless you want to wait 30-45 minutes. Or even more. It was ridiculous. Never again. The people that were working there gave probably the worst customer service i've experience in a long time, my favorite part was that the place where the 2 ketchup dispensers was nasty.. but they were also empty, and when asked to gt them refilled the guy said "sure I'll do that right now!" I don't know where in the world never = right now.. but apparently it was this guy (no i don't mean that he filled it 5 mins later, i mean it NEVER got filled and instead we were thrown ketchup packets) On top of that the burgers were undercooked AND unseasoned, and whatever my gf bit into made her sick later. HAPPY 100TH REVIEW TO ME!!! Now that is out of my system...... I love me some Fat Burger. Located conveniently in Thunder Valley casino, this burger palace calls my name anytime I want to gamble. In fact, sometimes I go to gamble JUST so i can have a Fat burger. The burgers come in sizes small to x-large and you can put pretty much anything on them. I always get mine with grilled onions, lettuce and cheese. It is really the fries that I crave here though. You pick between skinny fries or fat, and of course, the fat fries are my poison of choice. They are thick steak cut fries and are DELICIOUS! I've also tried the chili cheese fries which were decent. The right amount of chili and cheese (onions by request). My only real complaint about this place is that the line is always really long and sometimes the wait is as well. They have two registers, but only one seems to be open. Drink refills are free, just stand by the counter and they usually will ask you want you want. read more
