Drinks are constantly refilled, and they constantly check in on you in a non annoying way. The food is where I disagree with most of the reviews here. My first time there I got the corned beef and hash. The corned beef was great, the potatoes could be so much better though. They need to be crisp and well seasoned, they were neither. Maybe you can ask for them extra crispy? The next time I visited I had a BBQ chicken sandwich. The chicken was kinda dry, the sauce tasted good though. I also didn't like how it was assembled, it seemed kinda tossed on the bun and sent out. They are so busy here, and I wish they would just take a little extra time in the kitchen to make the food as great as the service. This is like a 3.5 star, with the great service and the decent food. Would I ever come here out of choice? Probably not. Would I throw up a big fuss if friends wanted to come here? Nah, I'd go without issue. Maybe I haven't found my meal here yet.

I just want to note.. I've rarely - if ever have taken the time to write a bad yelp review for someone. Foods okay here but customer service and employees are trash and actual losers. I asked for honey mustard and he wouldn't give it to me, and went on some rant about people taking advantage of them, and I said well let me just buy it and he says no and closes window on me after handing me the food all rude. Not to mention the kid didn't even seem mentally stable or in his right state of mind. Idk whose in charge of hiring here, but I know if this was any one of my businesses, both those people would be gone immediately. Who treats multiple times a week customers for years like that ?? Safe to say I will NOT be going to this establishment anymore. This is why In n out will always remain superior lol. GO elsewhere! I have been here multiple times, and have been disappointed every time. That's not hyperbole. First, when I order something at a Fast Food restaurant, I'm under the ridiculous assumption, it should be speedy. They ask you to pull around front and park, and they'll bring your food out. Um...I went through the drive-thru for a reason, and now you'd like me to park for ten minutes? Why don't you staff more people Carl's Jr. franchise owner? You're cheap ass is showing. I've got options! I don't need you Carl's! There's plenty of other fast food chains around the are who will, in exchange for money, hand me food, instead of a shrug and a "we'll bring it out when it'd ready." It should already BE ready. I know in the grand scheme of things, this isn't a huge deal, but it's happened a lot here, and it's a cumulative annoyance. read more

So one time me and my friends went here and got kicked out for no reason on of the employees said a group of teenagers try to lit the place on fire and the manager was mad about it so if they see like a group of kids that time they would get kicked out because they have cameras and they would not kick us out which was stupid and now I don't feel safe going there. read more

Hands down, the most consistently incompetent fast food place on the planet. They never fail to get something wrong. Sometimes multiple times. Ask for no onion, it will have onion.
