Some times, I crave for Mcd's. I go through the drive through. Greeted nicely. Every one's helpful. They ran out of mayo packets and they took the time to give it to me in 2 small saucer containers. They always get my order right. Please, Lord not tryna jinx it now lol. Not sure about ambiance. I always order on the app and use curbside and the employees are really nice when they bring my food out. Good customer service.

We don't come here odtwrn, but when we do there is always something wrong with the our order. Last time I got home and a whole meal was missing. I turned around and went back...my family's food now getting cold while they wait, and when I went back k through the drive through they acted like it was my fault for not checking the order. When I order via door dash my order is usually incorrect. Today I ordered through the mobile app and husband went to pick up with code and they said they couldn't find my order. He showed them a screenshot of my order and proof that I paid and they said the only way they would honor it since they never got the order was for me to drive there myself. He said that for some reason order didn't go through even though I did everything correctly and got charged. I watch the workers go and get ice and then filled up my coke from a generic coke out of a two liter bottle, and it took so long because the employee had to fill the cup up three times and stand there and wait for the bubbles to go down before they could fill it up again. I would suggest avoiding this McDonald's, they are very fast which I appreciate, but they miss something every third time, that is not an exaggeration, you will get your food, but you just need to check your bag before leaving. The last time I was here they asked me if I would like my receipt, as if it would be an inconvenience if I said yes. I was dumb and said no, so when I checked our bag, I felt like I was missing something that I paid for but I did not know because I didn't have my receipt. So I'd like to start by saying I come to this McDonalds frequently and almost never have issues. If I'm being completely honest I've only ever used the curbside pick up because I don't like going through the drive through. Today it was raining and didn't want the employee to have to walk out in the rain to bring me my food. So to be a better person I went through the drive through. Immediately when I started ordering I noticed the person on the first window has an attitude and clearly is not happy to be here. They asked if I was using the app which I replied yes and when asked for my code I supplied it. No big deal right? Until I ordered a 10 piece nugget and they asked what I wanted to drink I stated I only wanted the nuggets but the employee decided now was the time to tell me that they clearly heard me say meal and I replied that I'm sorry but I just want the nuggets. I finish ordering and pull up to pay and this person takes nearly forever to open the window and when they do I get this person, face full of piercings brightly colored hair and a "t-shirt"? tied around their head and the worst attitude ever. Not one time din they make eye contact or really even talk to me. They gave me my total which was $23.54 I had a gift card for $20 and the remaining balance I put on debit. The entire interaction was quite uncomfortable I even thanked them but still did not turn their body to me but instead slammed the window. I pulled up to the next window ready to talk to the manager when another employee hands me a small bag and says "have a nice day" I reply, this is not my food and handed it back. She asked what I had ordered and I gave her my name assuming she knew it because I was using my rewards app. She said "it doesn't work like that, I'm gonna need you to tell me your order." I can clearly see it on the counter next in queue and I say "uuuuh okay" I then repeated my order for her and she rolls her eyes and hands me my food and my soda. I asked "is there something going on in the store or is it just McDonald's policy to put people with poor customer service skills at the window?" She questioned me saying "what do you mean I don't have a bad attitude" I wished her a good day and was on my way. Once I got home I realized I still had the wrong food and really didn't have it in me to go back there. I will now and forever never recommend someone to this McDonald's and everyone I know in the area will know that this is not a good McDonald's. The food that I did get didn't even look handled with care. The burger wrappers weren't folded but crumpled and it's something I e noticed from this McDonald's the past few times. Didn't the restaurant workers just get a raise? I don't understand why McDonald's quality is down right now and the service needs severe help. I would love if something were done about this. when I give reviews, I try to give the most honest and opinionated review, but this McDonald staff, especially Trent, Brett... they are what Customer Service is about. They were the upmost, respectable young gentleman that I have come across in a fast food business they need to be an example for training the new employees on how to treat customers they are exceptionally good at what they do and may you please keep those guys happy at that McDonald's because you will get repeat customers and new customers over and over again keep up the good work guys. read more

Fries were borderline cold and blah, burger was mashed and small, OJ was uber watered down, fish filet seemed half the normal size. Feeding 4 people was $45.00 to boot. Whomever is the manager here deserves to be promoted to customer. We placed an order through drive through, and unknowingly left missing a sandwich and the drinks for our children. When we called the store to try and rectify the problem through replacement or refund, the manager very rudely told us that she couldn't do anything for us without a receipt (which we supplied through receipt number on the phone). She told my wife that she didn't know what she was talking about and that they don't have issues in their store and if something is missing it's our problem. When we said that we were going to come back in for a refund she replied "I can't wait". We both work in customer service and understand policies, but there is nothing that would allow for this type of experience to happen. Very disappointed in the customer service. Definately will not be visiting this location again. Corporate should look into who it gives power because this girl ain't the one. read more
