Fast Plumbing was recommended by Brave Remodeling, who did some excellent work on my house a few years ago....so I figured they would be good. Cari was very friendly and helpful on the phone trying to figure out what I needed to do to fix my toilet plumbing problems and gave me estimates over the phone that were accurate. However, I actually paid LESS after the service because I recieved a $25.00 internet discount! Eric called 20 minuted before he arrived (within the 2 hour arrival timeline given) and showed up on time. He was peasant, knowledgeable and did the job! Eric also gave me a few recommendations to prevent or avoid any future water emergencies. I highly recommend Fast Plumbing and appreciate the excellent care given by Cari and Eric. read more

Called to get a quote to have some work completed, the plumber was very condescending on the phone, wanted to ask questions about my financial status and even looked up the value of the home online to continue his arrogant lecture. Stay away. read more

Eric of Fast Plumbing is the man to call. I had some issues with my washing machine hose bibs and drain piping. I had called a different company first. They told me what a huge problem I had. Their bid was way out of line. I didn't accept their bid. Then, Eric of Fast Plumbing responded, and fixed everything. He was quick, extremely competent, and charged what the job was worth. (By his standards, the job was simple). I'm happy to have this job done, but am happier that i now have a go-to guy for my 40+ year old house. Thanks, Eric read more

I just wanted to comment on a holiday service level that was unexpected- it was indeed fast and fair. Thanks for coming out on a weekend+holiday and resolving our drainage issue. You really made the experience seamless, responded quickly and ensured our Saturday plans remained intact. I highly recommend Fast Plumbing. read more

These guys did a great job installing a water softener. I was going to do it myself and had bought a bunch of shark bite fittings but changed my mind and called Fast Plumbing. I had planned an external bypass, a spigot on the soft side etc so I had so many shark bite fittings that the refund I got from Home Depot almost paid for what Fast Plumbing charged me to install it. They did a much neater cleaner job than I ever could have especially with all the unnecessary extras I was planning. So for just a few dollars more than I had put into parts to do it myself, I got it professionally installed. If I ever need any plumbing in the future I will call them again. read more

Fast Plumbing is great and gave me a great place to have my Pressure Relief Valve replaced. I was concerned that my pressure was still low, so Eric came back on a Saturday free of charge to check it. He showed me how to clean my strainers on my appliances. I will definitely use them again. read more

Eric from Fast plumbing came out, accurately diagnosed our problem, and thoroughly fixed it. He was careful to check the quality of his work, make sure there were no more leaks or clogs, and took the time to redo the parts of our garden bed he had to dig out. Not too mention, the prices were very fair for the quality and professionalism of the work. We're hoping we don't have to call on them any time soon, but if we were to need a plumber again, we'd be calling Fast Plumbing. read more

Very affordable prices compared to other quotes I received to replace our tankless hot water heater. They also lived up to the their name and were the fastest in setting up an appointment of any plumbers I called. read more

Fast Plumbing was fast. I called on a Friday morning about 11. They sent an angel, Mycol (Mike) who had my under sink leak repaired and a new non leaking faucet installed within a few hours. On a Friday! I was impressed with Mike's thoroughness. He even cleaned under my sink!! I had many questions and visited with him while he worked. He was professional and patient when I asked about other work I needed done in the future. I will definitely recommend Fast Plumbing for any plumbing repairs. Thank you Mycol! read more

set up appointment through yelp and was specific on that there was a smell coming from our kitchen drain. appointment was quickly set up for next morning and for an assessment it was a $60 fee. they called to push back a few times through out the day and a guy arrived at 4p. he was there for no more than 3 min. He did not have a mask (we are at peak of Omicron) and was super congested. He said he couldn't smell anything an that to clean drain its $300 fee. So I paid $60 for this? This totally could have been communicated over the phone. FAST PLUMBING- if your workers are congested, keep them home or require masks. read more

Excellent work! Fast Plumbing sent Eric to my house on Saturday to fix a leaking shower. Eric was very thorough and did a great job! I received the price upfront. This is the service everyone should get. Thank you Fast Plumbing and Eric for the job well done. I recommend Fast Plumbing! read more

Our sewer lines started to back up into our house, in the bathtubs and through the toilets. It turned out to be roots in the main sewer line. We called Fast Plumbing along with a few others and Fast Plumbing was by far the best priced. After we decided to use them, we called and they were here in a very short amount of time, confirming the price that was quoted and began the work instantly. Steve and Sparky were very professional, friendly and quick. It is amazing how quickly they got our project done, I can see why they call themselves, "Fast Plumbing." I would highly recommend them to any who asked. Professional, friendly, fast and perfectly priced. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed! Thanks guys! read more

I've used this company in the past and kept their info on my rolodex. I only keep names of companies I liked for their service, value, etc. So they were the first people I called to have two silcocks replaced for the washer and dryer. I also needed a circuit breaker replaced which the company told me they could do, but the tech did not want to. Ultimately, the work was done to my satisfaction and the issue with the price was made right. I would not necessarily recommend that particular technician, but Lee tries to make things good with his customers and he did for me as well. read more

And it's fixed! Fast, it definitely was! 15-20 minutes of running an auger and it's back to working order, Not to mention the awesome guy that came out was super friendly, knowledgeable and a great communicator. Hopefully won't have to be a repeat customer any time soon, but if there's another plumbing issue to be fixed, they will be my go to for sure! Thanks fast plumbing! read more

Professional, speedy and overall fantastic people! Lee contacted me immediately and set an appt with Eric within 24 hours! Eric was on time, identified the problem, and had it repaired within the hour. Highly recommend these folks! read more

These guys are great. They showed up on time and did the work as promised. They did not try to up-sell us and did the work for a great price. They are our plumbers from now on. I highly recommend Fast Plumbing. read more

I needed to have a section of my sewer pipe replaced. I contacted several companies and got quotes from 4. 3 companies quoted the same price, so I based my decision on the way the person who came out to the house explained how they would do the work. I chose Fast Plumbing and all their employees are good. The woman who answers the phone is excellent, and the two guys who did the repair, Eric and Elijah did a good job. It was more complex than usual because the pipe sloped downward in the area that had to be replaced, so it was awkward. They were very friendly and explained what they were doing and answered my questions. I have no complaints about any aspect of the company that I dealt with, and their employees are above average, are thorough and friendly. read more

Well,, They came very fast like their company name but they charge unreasonably. They replaced a water tap at back of the house and I paid almost $250 including labour, services fee and $15 material. Work had been done less than 30 minutes. If the Fast Plumbing talking about turn off the condo's main water supply valve I can turn it off by myself and we the owners often do it without any problem. I have the tool to turn off the main valve in the street and you can get it at $10 at Home Depot. Don't you think we pay $250 just to replace one water tap? I have a condo to rent and when i need to replace kitchen sink facet i payed $130 to replace all that. read more

Lee has been my plumber for years. He has always helped me with repairs big and small, from clogged drains to major additions. Lee and his crew have always treated me like family and give me fair prices and service that is beyond professional. We moved into a new home and literally, within hours, discovered two leaks in the ceiling. Fast Plumbing lived up to their name - they showed up the same day I called, quickly and professionally fixed the leaks and, as a bonus, unclogged a leak in the bathtub! So grateful for these guys, and will give them the highest compliment I can - I will use them any time we have an issue (which, hopefully, is not often :-) read more

I can't give a review of service because my call was never returned. Based on other reviews, I tried a second time thinking maybe I my call was overlooked, still no much as a courtesy call. I used another plumber and received excellent service. My 5 star review will go to him. read more

We needed a connection to the main line for an irrigation system. Fast Plumbing was very responsive and the plumbers were friendly and got right to work. It turned out the pipe I had exposed for a connection was a dead line, probably from years ago. They immediately helped locate the current main water line to the house, which I was able to expose within 15 minutes and they installed the valve. It all took about 2 hours. we were very appreciative of their patience and professional work. I give them 4 stars - the plumbers are great, but very high priced for the time and materials involved. read more

Eric and Kelly came by to replace aging/leaky toilets in my house. They arrived a bit later than expected (about 20 ish minutes not too bad) but worked quickly and cleanly. Eric is also super easy to talk to. Thanks guys! Also a shout out to the folks (receptionists? admin?) who work the phones - they called me very soon after my Yelp message and that's how they got my business. They also have a sense of pleasant urgency in their demeanor in the followup calls - hence Fast Plumbing I guess! read more

Fast Plumbing saved the day! We woke up with no hot water and couldn't get the pilot light lit on our water heater. Mycol showed up within an hour of my first call and spend time cleaning out the filter, testing the system and getting the heater fixed. He even showed me how the heater and sensor works! This was such a relief to get such great service done so quickly! read more

Eric, the plumber who came to my house, was a really nice guy and very competent. They have sonar, so if you can't find your leak, they have that service (vs. a camera, which, in our experience, is really time consuming). After an initial misunderstanding with the owner, we were taken care of by Fast Plumbing. That says alot about a plumbing service! There are so many con's in this business that when you find one that will stand true to their word and treat the happiness of the customer as the primary goal, then you should trust them. read more

It gives me no pleasure to have to write this but I really feel like I need to give folks a heads up. I want to believe that people are generally good and fair and honest. My experience today with Fast Plumbing tarnished that idealism. I'll start with the good: like their name says, they are fast. And the work seems to be of decent quality. Now on to the bad: this company was recommended by a trusted friend after a hose bib snapped this morning. My partner made the appointment and, as I mentioned, they did arrive quickly. So quickly in fact that I didn't have a chance to get home and check out the problem before they arrived. When my partner made the appointment, they mentioned a possibility that the pipe could have broken off behind the masonry. When I got home, James, the technician, was already working. The bib wasn't broken behind the masonry. There was putty around pipe that needed to be cut out. He removed putty. That took 5-10 minutes. He had to clear the pipe by blowing into it to have a dry area to solder- another 5-10 minutes. Then he attached a new hose bib. Final 10 minutes. Then he chilled in his truck for a while. Simple repair. No surprises. That is until they showed the bill. $600. Let me repeat: they tried to charge us SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS for a simple hose bib repair. Of course that is absurd. This wasn't an emergency repair. We just called and made a regular appointment with a recommended business. What should have been a simple transaction, became something really frustrating. Had the pipe been broken inside the masonry, there is a chance that the repair could have been more expensive. But that wasn't the issue. That isn't what happened.and still they tried to charge us as though it was the worst case scenario. I'm the end we paid $490-still highway robbery for the work that was done. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth that any company would try to take advantage of a customer that way. Do yourself a favor and avoid Fast Plumbing. I wish I had. read more

I submitted a request for a bid on a water heater repair over the weekend and Lee called me personally to discuss the issue. Came out quickly and did great work. The rate was reasonable and they were very friendly. Would call again in a plumbing situation.

I called Fast Plumbing yesterday about 5:00pm and was able to get someone out today. The office called and let me know when the plumber was on the way. Lee and Sparky came out and were great. They were able to pinpoint my leak very quickly. The main water pipe to my house was buried in the slope of the yard and the leak was directly under a Yaupon tree. They had to dig down probably 4 feet in front of and behind the tree to get to it. They were very careful not to harm the roots of the tree and repair the leak. They kept me updated through the repair, set my expectations and were very friendly. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. read more

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Had them fix a sink and replace a shower head and somehow they broke the toilet. So, where to start? I called several plumbers to get estimates for work that needed to be done on my 1940's house with what I think could be the original plumbing. Fast came out on March 1 and attempted to clear a blocked line. They told us the sewer line had collapsed, charged us $500 and were going to work on a quote to provide us to replace it. I had to go through the not-so-fun process of working to get lines marked and the sewer tap located at the street. This showed that there was an issue on the city's side and I didn't have a collapsed sewer line (March 2). My water still wasn't draining so we called Fast to come back out - I thought since we had already paid them $500 and they didn't clear the line, this trip would be on them to actually get the line cleared. They said they would be there on a Tuesday - no one came (March 6). I called the owner the next day and they sent the same gent out to our home again. He cleared the blockage that had been there the entire time - at our tub and CHARGED US AGAIN. Also promised to get us a quote for replacing the old plumbing since we no longer needed our sewer line replaced. Two quotes were promised - neither were ever sent and here it is March 15. We have since had the house plumbing replaced and are working with a different provider who was referred to me through my employer. I am super happy with their response and assistance. They are a commercial vendor that is doing us a favor but man, they have been great. read more
