Loan is THE BEST and I don't say that lightly! I found her a few months ago when I came in to get a horrible nail job fixed. She took her time did exactly as I asked and never once bad mouthed the person who did the bad job. I have even changed my nail shape to stay trendy and she knocks it out of the park each and every time. One thing I love is that if I show her a picture and she can't do it because let's just be honest we all have different nail beds and sometimes some things just can't be done she will tell me no and explain why. I appreciate that because I hate when my time is wasted as much as theirs just because someone wants to make a buck and then it turns out terrible either because they didn't know what they were doing or it just doesn't look good on my finger or nail bed shape. My friend and I made a 230 appointment for pedicures. I got there at 2:28 and my friend was already in the chair. They told me to have a seat next to her and they would be with me in two minutes. 25 minutes later I made the comment to my friend that we made appointments. Why were they not getting to me. The staff overheard me and Michelle started to berate me in front of all the customers. She told me it was no different than a doctors's office. That sometimes you just had to wait. I reiterated to her that I was not being rude. I had been telling them since I got there that I was on a lunch hour. She was so nasty and was laughing with the other customers as to how she was treating me. I've been going to the salon for several years. I've even had Michelle before. I've never seen this side of her. Maybe she was having a bad day. But I posted what happened to me on Google and they subsequently had people post after me that I was lying. I've never seen such poor customer service and ethics to a business in my life. I work at a law firm in Tampa and have been there for 35 years. I am an honest and reliable person. This salon is devious and clearly will turn on customers as they see fit. I'm terribly disappointed and will never go back to the salon. read more

If I could give **ZERO** stars, I would. The WORST salon in the area. PAINFUL experience, literally! The male tech clearly had very little experience using the nail clippers, because he **CUT MY TOE and CUTICLES ** in two different places causing it to BLEED. He cut my nails too short, despite repeatedly telling him to stop cutting, poorly filed them so the tip of each nail is rough, could not properly adjust the water temperature so it was either boiling hot or cold. Then the owner or lead tech took over to try and fix his work, and she needs to learn how to apply polish. Sloppy work. Did not paint the tip of the nail, and then applied some powder to where the cuticle and nail were cut and bleeding, which got clumped up...Then proceeded to still CHARGE ME for this. Terrible service. Now, I will need to go home and try to fix them so I can go to an event tomorrow. As women, we look forward to these salon visits but PICK ANY OTHER SALON unless you want an experience like this place that leaves you bleeding, stressed and frustrated. read more

Wonderful experience! I would give more stars if I could. Everyone was super friendly. As soon as I walked in Loan welcomed me and immediately sat me. I did not catch the name of the girl that did my nails. I got dip powder and they look great. There are plenty of colors to choose from and cheaper than near by salons. When I first saw the long table instead of individual stations for each manicurist I thought it was strange but there is plenty of room in between each person. It's not awkward like I thought it would be. Although the length between you and the manicurist is a little longer than normal. I found myself sitting awkward and slouching so she could reach my hands. A lady came in because her nail was lifting at the bed. She was asking for some glue to hold her over until her next fill. Loan fixed it for free! Loan went above and beyond to make sure the customer was satisfied. They have a reward card that they sign each visit you spend $25 or more. You get $15 off your 10th visit. Loan also gave me a $10 gift card for the holidays. She handed it to me and wished me happy holidays. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I will be back! I found my new nail salon. I picked a certain color that was dark pink with sparkles.  my nails turned out fine because the tech put a base coat. my toes turned out horrible and looks like I put some dollar store glitter polish on them. $40 for them. Def not worth it. and I I brought it up to Cindy and asked why she didn't do a base coat on my toes she said she did extra layers of just the glitter gel to make it darker. they are not dark whatsoever. I don't get my nails done very often so when I do I'm always very nervous because I don't know exactly what to say that I like but she was very helpful and listen to everything that I had to say and my nails came out absolutely perfect. The attention to detail was incredible she made sure that all my nails are even and comfortable and this is the best manicure I think I've ever had! I usually like to relax when I'm getting nails done, but I witnessed a customer trying to converse with nail technician but instead they spoke to each other in Vietnamese. I felt very sorry for the customer. I understand there is a language barrier but even having high level conversation is better than ignoring them. They entertained a short turn around on the appointment and took very good care of us. Ok guys listen up this not for the ladies only. I had deluxe spa pedicure which included not only grooming of the toe nails and feet but hot stones, paraffin wax, and hot towel. All with a really cool foot massage. The lady I was with had color and art work added. It was very impressive to observe the delicate art work needed to do the designs. Ok back to guys. For $42. I got the deluxe pedicure and manicure which was so much more than I expected. Hot stone massage, paraffin wax, shaved off all the callouses, great massage with fresh orange slices- and the people are very up-tone and take their time. A regular pedicure is $20, which still includes massaging and callous removal. The mani was just $10 more, and very professional. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the place. No jars of blue liquid with other people's skin floating around in it, no globs of old polish everywhere, no knock-you-over stench of polish remover or gel. This was my first time here - I went on the recommendation of a friend, and I will come back!! read more

Everyone has preferences of how they want their nails done espec pink and white. I was made to feel bad just bc i like my nails shaped a specific way. She showed frustation and made a smart remark. That is very poor customer service. I pay extra and tip for this. Also the aCrylic they use is old and outdated the color of the pink dries dull and the white chipped just after one day. After i have her repair my nail today, I will never go bCk. Also her hisband Andy finished my nails bc the wife couldnt wait to cater to someone else and he did not clean the sides of my nails or file the cuticles for neatness. So thorough -included everything from a typical pedicure but included a long lasting massage with and without the hot stones. Part of the massage was done with fresh orange slices!
