My friend and I did a walk in for pedicures. The place was not busy and we got right in. The pedicures was thorough from the cleaning to massaging to painting. The polish job was very nicely done and my tech took her time to ensure no polish was out of place. The massage chairs worked and were of good quality. We are here on vacation and my daughter & I wanted to get our nails done. This was the only place nearby open on a Sunday evening, so we decided to give it a try. We arrived about 1 1/2 hours before they closed. They took their time and did an excellent job even though we were their last customers of the day and are from out of town (unlikely to return). Adam did my nails. He's a perfectionist and did the most thorough job on my dry cuticles and gave me the best shellac manicure of my life! I decided to try out tipsy nails because of the reviews. Unfortunately they did not live up to there star rating. I asked the gentleman nail tech there too paint my nails and a rainbow color with neon colors. He proceeded to paint them out of order and tried doing both hands differently. I explain that I had wanted them to be like a rainbow as in the colors in order and he argued with me that those weren't even the colors of the rainbow. He then refused to fix the nails and said that he didn't have time. It was one of the worst customer Service experiences I have ever had in a nail salon. I'm literally still shocked that he refused to fix the nails because of time but then wanted me to continue to stay there to do a pedicure. I left as soon as possible and will not be returning. read more

Worst full set I've ever had and it was also way too overpriced. I brought my little sister and her friend as well. Her friend got a plain full set with gel and it was $50 not including a tip. Mine was $70 not including a tip. I asked the guy if he'd be able to pull off the flames and he said yes. I asked him if he was sure and gave the option of finding an easier set and he rudely commented "if I said yes I can do it, then I can do it". The entire time he was doing my nails he'd make smart remarks about the set being "complicated" after insisting he could do the design. I've had more detailed full sets for cheaper than $70 and I'm disappointed that I even a half an hour of driving and $85 on this set. The photo with the orange is what I asked for and the set with the other colors is what I got. I chose the different colors, but the point is that he insisted he could pull off the design and now I'm short $70 with the worst full set I've ever had. And my sisters nails also look awful. read more

So the people here are really nice and its a clean facility. They will get u in fast, no need for appointment. I have two complaints. First, every time I've been there (three times) my fingers have been cut by the nail tech and have bled a bit each time (just a nick but it was still painful). I should also meantion that the products they used on my nails (like remover and primer for gel manicures) burned my skin and left it sensitive for 2-3 days after. Also, they can't do nail art. After that, I'm not sure I want to go back. read more

I've visited this salon three times and haven't been disappointed. They are very nice and do a wonderful job at a great price. The polish really lasts for both the fingers and toes. I have quite thin cuticles and generally shy away from manicures as they inevitably cut me or I get horrible hang nails within a week. This was not the case here, best looking manicure ever. I've had pedicures by three different people and they all gave a great massage. I highly recommend this place. read more

i really liked this place at first . i'm a bit of a perfectionist and i also do my own nails but sometimes i like to get my nails done . I've been to this location 3 times . the first 2 i was very satisfied and it was a good experience, but i went in on sunday 12/27/20 and a woman was doing my nails . right away it seemed like she didn't know what she was doing . she was dripping acrylic all over my hands and her own . i was going to get gel polish on my acrylics but decided to save the extra $15 because my nails were so uneven and crooked. also i asked for square shape and she made only a few of my nails square and the rest were round . now here we are 2 days later and one of my nails already broke . it honestly makes me sad because i thought i found a new nail spot for me . read more
