Went here 2 weeks ago for a gel x manicure and a gel pedicure and it was such a beautiful and clean space! The staff were lovely and the pedicure was amazing. 2 weeks later and my toes are doing great Unfortunately I can't say the same for me my gel X pedicure. Within a week I had lost 2 nails as they had lifted and now 2 weeks later I only have 5 nails left. For $60 I was really hoping they would last much longer. read more

I liked this salon very much. It's clean and modern. I went there for 3 years. I had the same nail tech for years, always brought him gifts and tipped well. On one of my appointments the nail tech told me he was bored with me and to ask for another nail tech the next time I make an appointment. I have been so hurt and won't go back. Hello, I just visited envy nail bar and I usually don't do this but I feel the need to address your extremely rude receptionist, Delaney. I have been coming to your salon for over a year now and have brought numerous friends to your business. I really enjoy coming here. However, last week I had a very uncomfortable encounter with Delaney when I came in at 5pm on a Monday (they close at 7). I understand I didn't have an appointment and honestly would have been ok with her telling me she didn't have space for me but instead, she was incredibly rude and condescending about me coming in at 5pm and she made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. She was actually rude to multiple people today. I saw their faces completely shocked by how she treated them and they were talking poorly about the spa on their way out the door. It's unfortunate because this has always been a great salon to visit. She acted as if coming in at 5pm on a Monday was common sense that it would be packed. That's not common sense because I intentionally avoided coming over the weekend to avoid a busy time for your spa. Your busy hours aren't my business but her being inappropriately rude to people visiting your business is unnecessary. Great ambience, nice people, and fast service. My only gripe is that they have unfortunately destroyed my once thick and strong natural nails because they aim for speed. All I ever get is gel polish and everywhere else I've gone, they soak off the gel as intended. I've been here twice and both times they've used a drill to drill off the gel polish. I went back the second time hoping the first lady I went to was just in rush, but it seems to be their standard to use the drill instead of soak. My nails are now paper thin but growing back. If they would change this one aspect of their process across the board, I'd surely recommend them and increase my review. Until then, I have to go elsewhere. read more

Don't go to envy nail bar of Palm Harbor if you think your time is important because only Vic the owner's time is -- A girl at work got her nails done with Vic the owner. She was so excited and told me I should get them done with him since I was going on vacation. I made an appointment with him three weeks before my vacation and it was extremely hard to find a day that he was available. I finally found one which was two days before I left. I got a text message the day before my appointment saying that he decided he's no longer taking appointments and canceled me for the following day. That is just terrible customer service and extremely inconsiderate of my time. It wasn't that an emergency came up. He just decided he's no longer taking appointments. So I would highly suggest you think about it before going to envy nail bar in Palm Harbor for your nails because the owner obviously does not care about other people's time it's only his time that is valuable. read more

My girl friend had heard about this place via FB and since we haven't gotten another pedicure since the quarantine started, we were long due! We took advantage of their grand opening promotion of 30% off services. First thought when I walked in there, it's clean, bright and very modern. I love the mostly white and a splash of grey aesthetic. It's posh without being too obvious. The staff is really nice, we were whisk away to the pedicure area with a nice massage chair and ask what we would like to drink all within 5 minutes (less) from arriving for our scheduled appointment. The owner did say he was getting a slushy machine installed in a few weeks and will be offering frozen margaritas (just in time for summer!) Originally, I was just going to get a pedicure but I also got a manicure (no polish just buffed). Pedicure was relaxing and it was a nice way to come out of hiding just in time for my birthday weekend. Highly recommend this place for the price and quality of service you get read more

I booked a pedicure for me and my kids. I booked a time at 5:15. We were here early at 5. They took walk ins ahead of my children and did my pedicure way ahead of them too even though they are getting pedicures and manicures. They didn't seem interested in doing children's pedicures at all. They were so disappointed and mad and trying to keep them from being frustrated was beyond me. I use to come here quite a bit I honestly never review anything but this is bad enough that I won't be back not alone and not with my kids for sure. Not happy with services at this salon. First time here 3 of us went and spent over $200 with tip. They have signs that if you pay cash you get $3 off or $5 off. The cashier when cashing out did not mention any of this. Pedicure packages range like all places but be aware if you get a extra package above the normal pedicure you will not only pay more per package but extra per service ect $5 for grator...so the higher better pedicures do NOT include this, only the regular scrub!!! Wow, that was a shock. I know they are trying to recoup but seems not reasonable at all. Tools are not sterilized in a package either! big no no. Will not be returning!!!! read more

Pedicure gone terribly wrong! New to the area and looking for a good pedicure well this was NOT the place or maybe the nail tech was super over zealous with the cuticle cutter and nail clippers. The first time I went here it was great. And then every time after that, it just kept getting worse. This last time I went, I waited about 20 minutes after my appointment and then it took about 20 minutes for me to get my nails filled. Nick didn't trim my nails, and didn't even ask. And then proceeded to use the wrong color basecoat for my French tips. Two days later, my nails are chipping... The time before that my appointment was going well until another manicurist walked up to mine and asked how long it was gonna take and then she proceeded to tell her 10 more minutes and then rushed to finish my nails and messed them up. I always make an appointment but I always end up waiting for 20 minutes. It seems like they're always in a rush to fit people in instead of taking their time on the people they already have scheduled. I don't know if I will be returning. read more

thanks to a friend posting on instagram this was my first time visiting and certainly not my last! i called to make an appointment for a thursday afternoon before fourth of july weekend and was immediately accommodated. i knew i would love the place based on my friend's post and loved it even more when i got there. although i was late (sorry! ) i was greeted and taken care of right away. i started with a pedicure which was great during my pedicure i was offered a drink which they have SO MUCH to choose from. i'm 6 months pregnant so i had to pass on the margaritas, beer & wine (which i will definitely take them up on once i'm able) so i went for the coldest can of coke i could've ever asked for. when i was done with my pedicure i waited for Vic to do my manicure which is who my friend to me to ask for. he was a little busy so i had to wait a little bit but the wait was absolutely worth it! he was super professional and friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. at first i was just going to go for a regular gel manicure but i ended up going with a design on my ring fingers. i'm obsessed with pineapples so he painted the cutest little pineapples on my nails! almost two weeks later they still look great and i can't wait to go back for another mani pedi! another thing i should mention is during my manicure i was telling Vic how i couldn't drink alcohol so he offered me a Starbucks mocha chilled coffee the ones in the glass bottle. when i tell you my heart did a little dance inside! that really made me feel special and i'm so happy to have come across this nail place. it's a little bit of a drive from my house but i don't mind the drive for amazing work and customer service. thank you so much to Vic and his wonderful team! see you soon! read more

First review since coming out of quarantine- lol. I called to see if they had availability and Vic was awesome. Got me in same day. After the phone call, he sent a text of my appointment. I was like oh ok! Love it- lol. He's very responsive- I arrived to my appointment 20 min early and because of COVID 19 guidelines I didn't want to chance just walking in and they were at capacity. I text Vic and he responded to come on in. Upon walking in, I was shocked honestly. It was very modern and new looking- beautiful shop. The music selection was Mariah Carey radio station from Pandora and I found myself humming and singing along to almost every song lol. I can't sing at all! Lol. Vic and his staff are so sweet. I really loved the fact that he took the time to tell me about my nails. Something I already knew but he actually noticed - he did a special technique with my nails and I am freaking loving it! Lol. Lyn did my pedi and my eyebrows. Sweet as pie. She did an amazing job. If you're concerned about safety, please they are very clean. Overall really liked this place- pretty clean, lots of nail color options, and the staff was friendly. There were a good amount of people there for a Wednesday evening. We made appointments and were seen within 5 minutes of arriving. My nail tech ended up being really nice but I initially was a little annoyed because she asked what type of manicure so I told her regular and she then asked me three times if I wanted gel instead. I get she was trying to upsell me but I shouldn't have to tell you no three times. My nails were done pretty quickly. My only recommendation would be to empty the contents of the towel- nail clippings and cuticles before having me put my arms and hands back on the towel. I didn't like having to rest my hands in that. Overall my nails looked great. We were in and out quickly. Their prices are reasonable as well- they don't overcharge you. I will go back. read more

I've been going to Envy nail bar for about a year and I've had really good experiences and really bad experiences, but unfortunately my most recent experience will be my last. In the past Anna and Vic have done a great job on my nails. I've done acrylic, dip, and gel with them and I've been satisfied and Anna is very kind. A few months ago, I was getting dip removed and my nail tech drilled through my natural nail and it bled a lot and took a long time to heal and grow back normal. This past Friday I got dip with tips and within two days 3 nails were snapping the middle and one of them snapped off completely in the middle and took my natural nail with it. It bled a lot and hurt very badly. I called to get them fixed and the lady on the phone was very unconcerned and seemed frustrated that my work schedule wouldn't allow me to get in at the time she wanted. They squeezed me in right before close and I received no apology for what happened and they minimized what happened. The owner removed the dip and tips but never apologized. I was there for an hour and a half Friday getting them done and paid $80 including tip, and now my nails look horrible and my finger still hurts a lot. I've had great experiences but unfortunately this one will be the last time go I there. Also Vic, has been condescending to me and told me I have stumpy fingers. read more
