I wanted to try this nail salon because it was around the corner from where I live, regret. This business is outdated and I'd say leans toward not very clean. My nail tech was nice but didn't do a very good job with my $49 pedicure plus $15 for gel polish. I feel like she was distracted when it came to the massage. Felt rushed and wasn't very good. The polish doesn't look neat. No attention to detail. When she finished she had to clean polish off my feet. Their credit card machine was down so they were cash only. They directed me to the atm at Publix. I didn't like the atmosphere at this salon. I won't be returning. read more

Kelly is an absolutely fabulous nail artist! Her Designs are spot on to the picture I brought Shaping is ok Management is understanding I have to remove a star for price though. Basic cost is standard for current prices but if you plan to get anything besides a square tip and solid color they nickle and dime taking the price from $49 to $80! Staff slow, but friendly. She used the drill/sander tool on my cuticles instead of the manual cuticle pusher. When you enlarge the photo, you'll see my damaged cuticles. The girl pulled clippers out of a box next to her table that said "sterilizer"??? There was no sterilization going on in that box nor any liquid sterilization. My friend had the same with another girl who also did not use a manual cuticle pusher, only the drill. Be aware! This nail salon has changed hands a few times and there does not seem to be any improvement to their customer service. They are rude to anyone who questions them about services. They do not have a good reputation with locals! The most recent owner has started a practice of pushing clients to spend more money by recommending other services. Recently, they have started adding these services, without informing the client, and when it's time to check-out Client is surprised by the new, higher charges....."hit & charge." The worst customer service with a dude sitting at a desk when you walk in, and he acts like you bother him to do his job and the woman that did my nails just kept asking me if I wanted dip nails, I went in for gel nails they clearly don't listen or pay attention completely over priced. I went to Perfect Nails for an acrylic fill while I was on vacation. I was disappointed because the nail tech did not cut or shape my nails the way I requested. In addition, instead of honestly telling me that she did not know the cat eye technique, she used a color that was darker than I wanted. In fact my nails were painted black! It was no where near the color requested. I would have had no problem picking a normal color. For the amount of money paid, $53 + tip, I could have gone elsewhere. I called yesterday morning and set an appointment for 11:15 with a friend for a pedicure and a full set of acrylics with gel polish. My pedicure was incredible I loved every second and the color on my toes is beautiful but when it came time for my acrylics the lady who did my nails did a pretty poor job. I'm genuinely not even happy with my nails but wasn't able to stay there longer to get them fixed since I had other responsibilities to take care of afterwards. I paid what I owed but I did not tip and I am usually a very generous tipper because I know people work hard. However, my acrylics don't look how they should have. I found and showed a picture of pink and white ombre french nails with a coffin shape. The first problem started with her shaping my acrylics. On my left hand, 2 of my nails (index and middle) were insanely crooked and pointing all the way to the right, I kept asking her to please fix it and she just kept filing only one side of each nail so they were still crooked. I explained that I understand some of my fingers are slightly crooked (child hood door slamming accidents) but that she needed to fix my nails because my fingers certainly aren't crooked and bent into one direction. After a few minutes of explaining it to her she did fix them by adding more acrylic to try to even them out but then still did not shape them properly and left my middle acrylic on my right hand much wider than the rest and also not shaped properly. The second problem came when she began applying the white gel polish. I understand some places may use only acrylic powder to do ombre french tips, but I have had it done with gel polish as well and know it's possible if not easy for any nail tech. When she started cleaning the lines on the white polish I said "Oh it's okay you don't have to worry about cleaning it since you're going to do the pink for the ombre next" She clearly responded to me "oh yes of course the ombre don't worry it'll look great". They do not look great. She did a very basic french tip on my acrylics and did not even attempt to do my nails the way I had asked and shown her even after confirming with her several times that the ombre pink and white is what I wanted and she confirmed several times she could do it for me happily. By the end I was to tired and upset to even fight about it anymore and was already running very very behind on time so I wasn't able to ask her or someone else to please fix them the way I had wanted. Unfortunately unless someone were to offer to fix my nails for me, I probably will never return to this nail salon. :( I've added a picture of what I showed the nail tech I wanted, and two pictures of what I left with...I did also post this review on google as well. I'm sure this is a great nail place for some, but my experience was not great at all after my pedi. read more

I've become a regular at this salon. The staff are friendly and all the nail techs do a wonderful job. The salon is clean and quiet, which I enjoy. Some salons are so noisy I've gotten a headache. There is a small parking lot and getting out can be difficult during rush hour. read more

Do not recommend. They pushed for one of the "upgraded pedicures" which I politely declined. $30 for a basic, mediocre 20 minute pedicure is ridiculous.
