Mai really did a great job on my nails. Easy to get in. It's quiet and relaxing. The prices are good. I go here every two weeks.

Today was the third strike for this salon. Strike one: had an appointment and still waited an40 minutes. Strike two: my regular nail tech was out and the tech assigned to me was not so great. The owner could tell I was not thrilled with the service . Strike three: I had an appointment with my regular tech, I paid a sitter to take care of the kids. Tech had not returned from vaca, and they did not bother to call and let me know, just assumed I would go with the last tech who was not so great. I declined and unlikely to return. read more

Since getting your nails did has gotten so expensive these days I am VERY particular about where I go and the quality care that they provide. This place disappointed me 1 time and made it right! Ive been going back ever since. Which from me and for me thats huge. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They do am AMAZING job making sure that I am satisfied with my nails. I will be a repeat customet until they give me a reason not to go back or until I move too far to drive to them. read more

**IMPORTANT** After paying extra for a venmo payment for my nail service (Total paid for $67.25 + $10 tip +$10 transaction Fee + Interest $2.09 = $89.54) I learned from my credit card company the payment was processed as a cash advance! Since I haven't paid off balance in full, it's still coming through as a few cents interest 3 months later. I've used countless nail salons and have paid tip with venmo - never a problem. Stay away from this place!! read more

I went for a manicure and pedicure. They took me 15 minutes after my appt. time with no reason given. Person attending me was an older woman who didn't speak English. There was a plastic liner she removed after the pedicure but the tools used were sitting there--not in a sealed package that I saw. When she did the manicure, she had my hand sitting on a couch pillow and I couldn't see how she was shaping my nails due to the angle. I told her the shape I wanted. It looked pretty good afterwards although some nails weren't shaped alike. Overall, she did an adequate job but during the pedicure there was pain at one point. Two weeks later the outer part of the big toenail is still tender/sore, not infected since it's not red or weepy. Because of this I won't go there again read more

I set up an appointment for a mani/pedi today and my husband and I had a communication mixup and I ended up having to bring my one year old. I was "that person" in the salon with my crying baby who continued to cry despite my attempts to soothe him and I was so stressed until my husband eventually came and picked him up. The staff handled my situation with such compassion and grace and I am so grateful for that. Really good people who were patient and kind. They were truly taking care of every client in the building and very attentive to their services. My nails look great too and I will recommend this place to all of my friends. Thank you all again for being so kind and compassionate today and doing great work on my nails. It is sincerely appreciated. read more

I asked for short/medium long nails and Vivian gave me extra short nails. I asked Vivian to make them longer and she disagreed to. Then I asked Vivian to get the acrylic underneath my nails because she tried to make my nails longer with the acrylic...but she interrupted me and said "I know" aggressively. All the other workers are amazing except Vivian. read more

I Love this salon! After trying several others in the area, I am happiest with Dream Nails on Tampa Rd. Mimi is wonderful as are Anna, Isabel and all of the other technicians. Great job on both my pedicures and dip nail manicures! read more

*PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO* I called over a week ago to make an appointment for both my mom and me this Saturday morning at 10:30 AM for a basic mani and pedi. It was meant to be her Mother's Day present, and we had plans later that evening. After waiting for 10 minutes, they finally brought us over to sit in the pedicure chairs to soak our feet in some chilled water. My mom was scheduled to see Isabelle, and I was to see whoever was available. Still soaking in cold water, now THIRTY-FIVE MINUTES in, they send over one very young girl to start on one of us (despite my having made an appointment for two at the same time, so we could enjoy it together). At that moment, I stuck my pruned feet out and said no, not for me, but my mom was scheduled with Isabelle, so we would wait for her. This girl leaves to take care of one of the other three women waiting for pedicures. Okay, now FORTY-FIVE MINUTES in, I called over to Envy Nail Bar by Mystic Fish and asked for the same services. They said 11:35 AM. I told my mom to get her feet dry because we were leaving! We went right up the road to a much better place, nice big space, clean-smelling, and they even offered a beverage. And what do you know... they took us in at our scheduled time. I can understand waiting 10, maybe 15 minutes, but 35-45 minutes is ridiculous. It seems they just care about making money, taking in all the walk-ins they can, without regard for people who made appointments. What's the point of making an appointment at a scheduled time and specifying someone if neither occurs? They don't care about your appointment time or who you schedule with. Don't take walk-ins if it's going to jeopardize appointments. Don't be greedy; put the customers first. Side note: Nails selection is old, messy, many almost empty bottles, cruddy, and all the brands mixed in, Envy Nail Bar had a great selection, cleanly organized. read more

I always get the best pedicures at Dream Nail and Spa. I never had my eyebrows waxed, but I thought I would try it and I'm glad I did! This is a really nice business and I will keep going back because everyone there is so caring and professional. read more

horrible job on my nails the old woman who did them was sick and coughing while doing them and I don't know if she was senile or what but she did FOUR coats of gel base and she kept starting with the middle finger on each hand. Was very bizarre. I want my money back read more

Beautiful inside the shop and everyone is very nice. However, I went in for a full set, French, for a trip that I had planned, left the following morning. The nail tech really pushed for bio gel. I reluctantly agreed, my own fault. The tips and gel lifted and several came off in less than a week. I went back in and the manager redid my nails, charging full price again! I did not get bio gel this time, requested dip instead. They look great, again, and it's been exactly 1 week, no lifting or breaking this time. I'll go back, but I'll never get bio gel again. Complete waste of money. read more

This was my second time here the first was a few weeks ago to get a pedicure with Tina which was AMAZING! Today I had a dip manicure with a short tip put on by Lee and let me tell you ... this is by far my favorite I've ever had. I do t feel Like I'm super picky and I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks but this place is by far my favorite in the history of getting my nails done. Lee took her time and her attention to detail is stellar. read more

After having a bad experience with Envy Nail Bar, I left without getting the services I wanted and drove to Dream Nail and Spa. The woman who greeted me at the door spoke perfect English, I explained to her what I wanted, she explained it to the nail tech who worked on me, BAM, it was done. 45 minutes later I walk out with beautiful a pedicure! read more

I give this a salon 5/5! I'm here on vacation & was nervous about trying new places, but I'm glad I walked into Dream nail & spa because I got the nails I wanted! I live in MA & I had tried so many nail places and I was not a happy customer. I end up taking all my nails off the next day because I wasn't satisfied at all. I had Tee and my mother in law had Natalie. We both loved the way our nails came out! Tee did the white and clear flower for me and I was in shocked! If I were to ask a different nail place they probably wouldn't know how to do it. But I'm so glad I had Tee doing my nails. Unlike other nail places, Tee gave me exactly what I wanted for my nails and she was NOT pushy at all! She was the first na tech that let me tell her what I wanted and not her telling me what I wanted. I really hate nail places that tells me that I should get this and not what I want. If you are tired of nail techs telling you what you should get instead of what you want then get up and leave then come to Dream nail & spa! Tee is the most humble nail tech! She made you comfortable and has very good conversations. My mother in law had Natalie and she loved her work. She got the nail shape, color, & design she wanted! Her nails are the purple one. She loved the way it came out and very excited because she never gets the nails she wanted because of techs telling us want we should get! 100% recommend Dream nail & spa! read more

Do not waste your time. I walked in to make an appointment and was told 2:30pm, no problem. I returned at 2:30 and the 16 year old front desk attendant sat me in a pedicure chair and walked away. It's now 3:13pm and I'm walking out because I've been sitting with luke-warm water in the tub and haven't been addressed by anyone. I've been going to Envy nail for 3 years and thought I would switch it up, but apparently not. Do not recommend. read more

Isabelle is amazing but so are all the technicians here. Always my favorite place for nails.

Best salon! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. Natalie has been doing my nails since November she's amazing so fun to talk to she does amazing gorgeous work. My nails have never been so beautiful! Natalie did a beautiful lilac with chrome finish absolutely stunning! Dream nails is a dream come true so thrilled I found them and decided to give them a try. We made an appointment online at 8 am to be scheduled at 2pm for two pedicures and a full in! We sat there for 20 minutes and watched people walk in and get serviced. After 20 minutes of still sitting, got up and walked out! The owner then come running out telling us they can service us now and my husband told her no! read more

This is my pick out of the many local nail salons that are in the area. The shop itself is always very clean, they take the proper precautions in sterilizing equipment and I've never had any issues with their work. Unlike some salons, they actually remember your face and are very welcoming. They're also not afraid to try new designs and color mixes on a whim. You can make an appt or walk in. If they're busy they give you an honest wait time vs some other salons that say 20 mins when in reality you're waiting over an hour. Not at Dream Nail! 20 minutes means 20 minutes. Their prices are on par with most other nail salons, albeit they did have some Groupons available; They will honor the Groupon price without the Groupon :) read more

It took me a while to finally find a place here to get my nails done. I had been to quite few around before I found this one. ( I recently moved up from Sarasota/Bradenton) if you are like me it takes a while to find that one person that does your nails just how you like. I found that person here! The salon is clean and the ladies here are nice. read more

Isabelle was amazing, such attention to detail! I got nails for the first time ever! She took the time to explain to me the pros and cons of acrylic versus dip powder. She was patient while I sifted through the hundreds of choices of colors. I called and was able to be seen the same day. The salon is clean and inviting. I'd recommend anyone to go there! Absolutely love this nail salon. I have tried so many in the palm harbor area and I have to say this is by far the best. Clean, great color selection, and so friendly! Isabella and Kim are so kind and talented. Would HIGHLY recommend. They do walk in appointments too! Their acrylic fills are the best. Isabella's fills look so natural and it's only 30 for a gel acrylic fill. Love this place! read more

I'm back, and once again. Still think this is the best nail place I've ever been to! 5 stars - quality & service!

I went in with high hopes based on the previous reviews posted on here however, left very disappointed. I came in for a gel manicure and what I left with was a poor job done. The polish was not cleanly placed, and when completed the texture of my nails was rough and bumpy. I had to ask several times for this to be fixed. After getting an extra layer of gloss on top the nails, I left realizing there was fuzz stuck in all of my nails. Very disappointing. read more

The first time I went it was awesome, got a beautiful full set and my toes done. Pretty cheap too. Then the second time, will be my last time. I went in for a fill and the lady who did it, she answers the phone and sits by it, did an awful job. My nails were not even, some were filed thin and others were wide. When she shaved on the nail with the machine, it is so uneven I have never seen anything like it...then of course you can't really tell until they have been painted, where the cuticle is, it is supposed to be round...nope they are square! Do not go here, they're cheap because they do cheap work! read more

I get pedicures every 3-4 weeks and typically do it while traveling. I have been to a number of places all over the US but this is by far my favorite, hands down. They are great people, take great care of me and when I am here I also get a manicure, which I typically don't. Yesterday I was here and I also had my eyebrows waxed. Isabelle does amazing work and is a wonderful person. I highly recommend Dream Nail & Spa. read more

This place is horrible and i dont recommend it to anyone! Cheap place because of their cheap work. Got a set of acrylics and the whole time the lady was super aggressive. She stopped doing my nails multiple times to chit chat with the other women instead of multi tasking. Nails Came out crooked, different lengths and even the paint job is terrible! Missing parts of the nail and paint left on my skin from her horrible job. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I have passed by this salon many times and not gone in because it is small and I had not heard of anyone else going there. I came finally came here because it was convenient and I was in a hurry. I was very pleased with the quick service and cleanliness. I enjoyed the massage chair (always an important consideration in returning to a salon). The pedicure was very good, if not exceptional. The tech did a careful and comfortable job. I will return again!!! read more

I've been coming to this salon for the last 6 months. I really liked the tech that I always request when I come in. She's very thorough and detailed. However, today will be my last visit because the owner ( I believe ) was quite rude to me in front of her clients. Every time I'd get my mani/pedi I would call to ensure my fav tech is available. The owner ( I presumed ) always answers the phone. When I asked if ( this tech's name) is working that day and when she'll be available, she would always ask me ' who?' I proceed to say her name again. It sounded like she didn't know who I was referring to. So, I never said anything to the tech until today. I asked her if her name is 'her name' because I could possibly be getting her name wrong all this time. If so, then I know to call her by her correct name. I got in the salon 20 mins after I called because the the person on the phone told me to come by in 20 mins. I waited for another 5-10 mins because she was tending another client, which was fine. When she approached me by where I was waiting to take me to my pedi chair, I decided to ask her about her name. In doing so, the owner overheard me telling her that I felt like every time I call, she ( the owner) sounded like she doesn't know who I was asking for. Now, I was speaking to the tech in the waiting area. Then, the owner spoke up while she was tending her client at her nail station( as I walked by her) and told me that she didn't hear me during that call and that's why she asked me again. Ok, firstly, I was not only referring to today's call. She just assumed that and proceeded to ' jump' on my case. When she was 'explaining' her reason to me with a straight/ rude face, I just walked by her station because I wasn't going to have a debate with her in front of 5 or so of her clients in the salon. So, you know that she was talking badly about me because for the next 5 mins or so, she and the other unfriendly tech were going back and forth in a conversation. I may not understand their language, but I can sense the tone of that specific conversation. To be honest, my tech is the only one that is friendly when I come in there, which doesn't bother me because I was bringing business to her and as long as she gave me great service and I could careless about the other techs there. I am not the type to blast bad reviews, but I really did not like the way the owner spoke to me. I've worked in the hospitality business for 20 + yrs and I've dealt with some difficult clients, but I always approach them in a diplomatic way because they are one who are bringing in the business for me to make money. Unfortunately, I'll be bringing my mani/pedi business somewhere else from now on. read more

Took my niece to get mani pedi today and I was getting pedicure.. Her tech was okay and I had a man that didn't seem to like his job or speak much English.. Tried to joke with him, but no luck.. My niece who is going into 6th grade wanted a design on her nails, asked her girl, but she couldn't do it.. Asked my guy and he said ok, my niece had a picture on her phone and he was very abrupt with her pulling her hand and telling her to not move and proceeded to tell her he doesn't need picture.. Well he started to put clear coat on and she looked at me as if saying this isn't done.. I asked him before that to make sure to put the black dots on and he didn't listen, then said in a loud voice too late you are done very rudely to an 11 year old... Thought she was going to cry.. Told the girl up front we would never return and she just said sorry.. I am a hairstylist and can't believe this type of service.. Not the way to treat people especially a child.. Went to Target and bought black nail polish to finish the job he was paid to do! Massage was horrible especially when you think a man would have stronger hands. read more

I originally went in because it's to close to my house and didn't want to deal with the rush hour traffic. Boy am I glad I did! It took maybe a half hour-forty five minutes to get a gel manicure.
