Feet are still really rough on the bottom. Paint on my nails are clumpy and wouldn't dry. Asked them if I needed to pick a different color- told no it's ok. Asked to let my nails dry during each coat- told it would dry fine not doing that. Nails never dried even after an hour under dryer. I am not able to do gel because the light that is used causes my skin to swell, become red and itch, then peel. read more

I have been coming here for years. They have many options of different types of pedicures. So far, the herbal spa pedicure is my favorite and most cost friendly. They sometimes have specials running around certain holidays too! I see Tammy every time now. She is the best!! She gives awesome massages and is so sweet! They take appointments too. Terrible salon! Do not go here! Utensils are not sterilized. They only speak their own language, and you can clearly tell they're talking about you. All giggly etc. Not very professional. Spent a lot here for what we got. They upsell like crazy and the lady was arguing with me on what I wanted to do with my own nails. I will not be returning! Stay away. read more

I appreciate that they took me as a walk in but was not pleased with the service I received or my dip mani. I sent the following email with pictures the full day but there has been no response: I had a mani there today (3/20) and was not impressed. It looked ok until I got out into the brighter light. We had some discussion about color and decided on a flat with a sparkle overcoat. I thought the color was too pink but the tech (Megan? ) said it matched my toes. It doesn't - it's too pink once I got out of the dark shop. My nails look like like I'm bleeding as the sparkle coat doesn't go all the way to the sides. I heard others being offered water or coffee. I was not. I had her adjust the shape but they're still too pointy and I will have to file them myself. I think she was rushed but I wouldn't know because she did not speak. Nothing was sterilized either. Very disappointing! Just wanted to share my experience with you. read more

I'm not sure what happened because this used to be my favorite nail place but after my visit today, I'm in shock at how disappointed i felt when I left. I went in for a dip manicure and left without the dip essentially. The tech said that the color I chose wasn't drying the right way- fine, fair enough but it all seemed fishy to me and if I'm leaving without dip in my nails and just a clear coat, WHY was I still charged $30 when i left without the service I came in for? I didn't have the patience to argue the price because I was honestly in shock that they were even comfortable charging me that when all I am is upset and disappointed with my nails and they could've easily seen the look on my face. I will not be going back here and not even sure if it's worth calling back for a refund. I'd save your money and go somewhere else where you won't be jipped. Also, I spoke with other nail techs and they said that the products this place uses are old and no longer good to be using on customers Because of their expiration dates. This salon hardly sanitizes between customers, they share tools with people in their chairs while each has customers and it's just gross and all around AWFUL. STAY AWAY read more

Please don't go to this place, the ladies were friendly but I go to nail salons so they can do a better job than me, not worse. If I could give them 0 starts I would. I'm not the type to leave reviews but they really screwed up. I got a French pedicure and I can say I can do a better job than them without having their nail certificate. Again, I left the nail salon upset because I paid $100 for my nails to look like an amateur did them. They got gel outside of my nails and now it's dry and looks like sh*t. read more

I went in for a simple french manicure. I had to ask for a new file in a new package. They were going to use an old one. The woman didn't use gloves. She filed my nails worse than anybody could ever do. They had pieces of mail hanging and were jagged. She painted them as if she had never painted nails before. She literally sneezed on the mail brush! She wouldn't replace it and rubbed it with alcohol. It was horrible. I asked her to remove the polish and asked for a refund as I had paid ahead so I wouldn't ruin freshly painted nails. They wouldn't refund my money. I had to beg for my tip back. I don't know why this place has such a high rating. Unless the people who are reviewing ask for a specific person every time. The lady I had, no idea her name, was so over it before she even started. Dragging along is what it seemed like. My feet looked like I hadn't JUST gotten a pedicure. Honestly, I think I could've done a better job just by going onto the beach and using the sand. The mani was half as bad. Had to ask and show her where to finish cleaning up my cuticle. Her painting was off too. A whole side of each was left off during first coat and obviously second coat you can see the difference. Another lady said regular nail polish was cheap and they mostly do gel. Ummm, so you can't polish with regular polish!?? Then don't charge that much for a mani!!!! Dumb!!!! Won't come back on any of my MANY visits to Tampa. That's all. read more

This was an accidental find a few years ago... after a long day of shopping I thought a pedicure sounded nice. (Convenient location right at Countryside mall in the TJ Maxx/Home Goods parking lot.) You will pay a little more for their deluxe pedicure (I always opt for the Xmas Memories one), but it's worth every penny. Very bad job with mani and pedi. Did not even exfoliate. With manicure I decided to get regular paint and the paint job was terrible. She insisted my nails were dry and after I went in my wallet to get my card my nails messed up. Let her know and she tried painting only on the spot. Asked the lady to repaint the whole nail and she was rude. When I was drying my nails she stated the polish is cheap. Terrible job. Would not recommend. read more

My pedicure was amazing! The salon was very clean and well managed. There was a wide array of colors which made my selection a difficult choice to make. However i enjoyed the entire experience. Yes they offer wine or water. I was with co workers so i limited myself to water blah. There was an advertisement on their website that was no longer offered which i was looking forward to. Just kinda found this place on a drive from getting food and decided to stop in. Pretty steady business on the weekends he said so I would advise to make an appointment. The owner is a very nice guy named Jimmy- the spa is family owned and ran. Their whole idea is customer service so if you get a chip they will gladly fix it. They offer a lot of services and is pretty clean. They use the plastic covers in the foot tubs which I think are cleaner than soap... I would definitely come back here they have a lot of hands on deck compared to other spas. They also have a large TV in which they play popular movies on... I got to enjoy Superman. The owner is so rude. My mother asked for a fill and it was absolutely horrible. She had to pay for the worst nail job I have never seen. The owner told her she would only give her $10 off. She sat for 45 minutes while I got my nails done with no offering to fix them, till she said she didn't want to pay. They do not have their pedicure cleaning charts displayed & I did not see the bowl cleaned when I was done. All their tools are put into a pencil box & not properly cleaned after each use. After my mother agreed to let them fix her nails, the owner insisted on arguing with me saying I was harassing her about not paying. After sitting there for 30 minutes and the lady trying to fix them, she gave up and decided to refund my mom some of her money. She asked to see both my mother and I driver license witch is a little much, we paid cash there were no credit card transactions involved. When we told her no she asked us to write our names on the back of a receipt. Then has my mother write "she was refunded $30.00" and sign the paper. Not to mention the lady kept questioning me about my bad review. Telling me I can't leave one. When you provide services to someone and they are not happy you immediately take action and fix it. If the client does not want to allow that, you do not make them pay or argue with them. Simply allow them to walk away. Poor customer service. read more
