After canceling, I received a call from the medical assistant who sounded irritated and passive-aggressive about my decision. They claimed they had sent the medication to the pharmacy multiple times and accused me of not picking it up, despite the fact that I never received any notifications. Additionally, I was told I needed to submit bloodwork before they could prescribe Accutane, so the story was inconsistent. Honestly, I'm glad I canceled -- this experience revealed a lot about some of the people who work there and the frustrating phone/messaging system.
