Disappointed, as I would have gotten the package if they had addressed the areas I really wanted. Those prices are not cheap. They should work out difference package prices for age groups. Disappointed!

After my breast augmentation, they offered incredible options for scar removal--all in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment. One moment that really stood out to me was when I brought my dog along, and the friendly staff happily babysat him while I had my treatment. That level of kindness is rare! Nicole, the nurse practitioner, is absolutely phenomenal--she's my favorite. She's not only incredibly skilled but also makes you feel genuinely cared for every time you visit. The entire team is warm, cheerful, and attentive. If you're considering trying them out, I highly recommend starting with a Groupon--they also have great monthly specials! I've been to other places, but the results at Ultimate Image have far exceeded my expectations. Plus, scheduling is easy and flexible, which makes the whole experience even better.

This was my first time doing laser hair removal and I was a bit uncomfortable for a couple reasons, I'm a man and it's my first time. I finally talked myself into it after going over and over in my head if I really wanted to go through with it or not. After the experience I had with Soft Touch Laser Removal I have no regrets in the slightest. As soon as I walked in the door I was put at ease. The staff was extremely welcoming and listened to me on what I was interested in getting. The area being lasered was personal and the staff couldn't have been more professional and caring in what I'm going to call a procedure. The office and room were extremely clean and the procedure was really quick. I was asked about my comfort throughout to ensure they could do whatever they could in making sure I had a good experience the entire time I was there. Highly recommend Soft Touch Laser Removal to anyone who wants great service and feel comfortable during something that may not be comfortable in doing.

During my recent visit, I was informed that I needed to submit bloodwork before receiving my…read moreAccutane prescription. Unfortunately, due to a hurricane, I wasn't able to complete the bloodwork until two weeks later. When I called the office, they informed me that I had missed the 7-day window to pick up my medication and would need to schedule another appointment. Later, I discovered that they had actually sent the prescription to the pharmacy the day after my appointment, without waiting for my bloodwork as they originally stated. To make matters worse, I never received any notification from the pharmacy or the office about the prescription. I decided not to return and canceled my future appointment because it's incredibly difficult to reach anyone by phone or messages. After canceling, I received a call from the medical assistant who sounded irritated and passive-aggressive about my decision. They claimed they had sent the medication to the pharmacy multiple times and accused me of not picking it up, despite the fact that I never received any notifications. Additionally, I was told I needed to submit bloodwork before they could prescribe Accutane, so the story was inconsistent. Honestly, I'm glad I canceled -- this experience revealed a lot about some of the people who work there and the frustrating phone/messaging system. However, I do want to highlight that the PA, Vincent, and the front desk staff were awesome!

I was slightly stressed trying to find a suitable new waxing place, and I'm glad that I took a chance on EWC. I made an appointment online and luckily, this location is a few minutes drive from my house. The girl at the desk was really nice, even though she was the only one working (there are usually 2), and there were a lot of other customers in the store (which is a good sign that it's a popular location). I had Courtney as my technician. She led me to a private room with its own door, so you have total privacy for your service. She was very nice and talked me through the procedure, even though I am experienced with waxing. It shows her professionalism and that she cares about customer experience. She was very deft at waxing, and I was done quickly. I had an excellent experience and no hair left behind! You earn more Strut Points if you book your next appointment in-house, rather than online, so I booked my next wax on the spot. You can go online and change your date, which was a relief because I like to keep my calendar open. My friend got $10 in referral money because I mentioned her name. And I received 50% off of my service as a first time customer. Excellent! I am a fan of EQW, and will be going here from now on for my waxes. I highly suggest, and feel free to drop my name if you happen to go because of this review, hehe!!
