However, they always find a way to fit everyone in (whether you are a last second appointment or a walk in). I like everyone here, but some people are better than others at the powder dipped nails. I typically schedule an appointment with Channy when I can. They will also get to know you and accommodate where they can or remember preferences. The service is great and they do a thorough job. As a customer, I expected my concerns to be heard and acknowledged. I hope the owner takes customer feedback more seriously in the future. A little empathy and professionalism go a long way. The ladies here (Lynn, Carmen and Nina) are not only accommodating but sweet, attentive, super talented and always upfront and honest about everything. I tend to get dip manicure and regular pedicure and have never had any issues with chipping or my nails falling apart or needing to be redone. My manicure dip can easily last 2.5 weeks to 4 if I get lucky and that's with me cooking, washing dishes, cleaning the house with products without gloves. I always get compliments from strangers and friends alike on my nails and for someone with thin nails, mine definitely stay strong and grow long thanks to dip, and the great work the ladies do here.
