I got my feet and nails done. Once I got home and got a good look at both, I wasn't that impressed. My toenails aren't cut straight. I have a big toe that's cut on a angle and a few small toes. My nails, nice girl, but not a fan of how she did my nails. there's a few that don't even fit my real nails, so that's a hot mess. Let's just say. I won't be back. I have been coming to Nail Lounge for awhile now and it is by far the best nail place I have tried in the area (I have tried about 5 different places). I typically get a pedicure and powder dip manicure. I have also done gel in the past for awhile here. They do get really busy. However, they always find a way to fit everyone in (whether you are a last second appointment or a walk in). I like everyone here, but some people are better than others at the powder dipped nails. I typically schedule an appointment with Channy when I can. They will also get to know you and accommodate where they can or remember preferences. The service is great and they do a thorough job. I'm new to the area and walked in to get a fresh dip manicure, a habit I've kept up for years. There were only a couple other patrons in the salon and I was immediately helped by a really friendly, kind nail tech. However, this may be the worst dip manicure I've had. The nail tech noticed a large cut on my thumb, but constantly pressed, grabbed, and handled the cut without concern. I even came out of the salon with a few new cuts from the cuticle scissors! Throughout the manicure, acetone got into all of them and they constantly stung. There was a lot of leftover powder and polish crusted over my fingertips, even when she was totally done. I asked for her to keep my same nail shape, but she changed it fairly drastically. Worst of all, the license displayed by her table had expired 12 months before that day. Scary! I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I regret going here and spending $40. read more

¡¡OUCH OUCH!! I'll start out by saying this, I get pedicures every 2-3 weeks. I do this to spoil myself after being on my feet all week. I needed to find a new place to go as my previous place closed. I figured because it is Saturday, It would be very busy so I made an appointment at 1. I walked in at 1255. The salon has an overpowering smell of nail polish remover and was extremely hot inside. Against my better judgment, I stayed. I was told which chair to go to- nothing was ready. I got into the most uncomfortable and hard chair ever! As I sat there, I looked around at the place. The place really needs updating and new everything- the chairs, stations and amenities are worn out. 115 rolls around. The mail tech came over, turned on the water to I think the hottest. I told her it was way too hot. She began her work. She was extremely abrasive on the scrubbing of my feet and callus removal- in fact, I actually started bleeding. She continued and forged ahead. More more to say. I'll wrap it up- DONT GO HERE!! My feet hurt way more coming out of this place then going in- also my back because the chairs were awful. AVOID THIS PLACE!! read more

I've been floating around from nail place to nail place since my favorite girl left where I had been going, last summer. I saw this place while going to Walmart across the street. I went in for a fill and pedicure. I don't know the name of the older woman that did my pedicure, but she was sufficient... Not great, but ok. A little rough, and had me in the chair for under 30 minutes, start to finish. A little abbreviated compared to what I'm used to since I've been getting my nails done since 2000. But, I was impressed with the cleanliness etc! The tools were in an autoclave pack, and it looked like the chairs etc were kept in good shape and clean! And then, Channy, the owner, did my fill. She did a fantastic job. She was sweet, gentle and thorough. My nails look amazing! I will absolutely be going back! She is having a baby in a couple weeks, so I guess I will just have to get to know some of the other girls there until she returns! But, I think that'll be ok! The pedicure experience is the only thing that keeps me from giving Nail Lounge 5 stars! Maybe next time I go in, and can do 5! read more

On Monday, 01/06/2020 at approximately 2pm I went to the nail lounge for a gel polish manicure, a pedicure and eyebrow wax. The salon had 6 people in it and all were being worked on. I was seated right away for a pedicure, was given the samples of matching colors and picked "baby girl". I waited a few minutes before someone started working on me. The pedicure was completed and it was okay, definitely not much of a massage but not bad (I'd do it again). However, once the pedicure was completed I waited awhile for someone to paint my toes. Once my toes were finally done, I was seated for my manicure. At this point I had been there over an hour and was running out of time so I said I I'd just do the gel polish without the manicure. I didn't really need the manicure anyway. There must have been some confusion as I was taken for my eyebrow wax. The wax was done and it was good but again nothing to write home about they could have done trimming/shaping with tweezers and/or scissors but they didn't. Anyway they finished the wax and I explained I still wanted my nails done just didn't have time for the full manicure. My nails were pained and she rushed the drying process by not allowing the full time before switching hands. Once I was done the matching nail color didn't match my toes, the hands were much lighter but it is what it is. I paid and went on with my day. Once I got home I noticed a few bubbles in the nails, I've never had this happen. The next day almost every finger had bubbles and some had reached the surface so the nails were not smooth. I went in on Wednesday, 01/08/2020, and they fixed my whole right hand and two fingers on my left hand. Now the fixed nails actually matched the color of my toes unfortunately not all nails were fixed so my hands had two different shades (in addition to accent glitter nail). Come Sunday, 1/12/2020, while at an event two of the nails on my right hand chipped. I called the salon and they told me to come it to have them fixed. I appreciate them fixing them but it's ridiculous that I've been there 3x in a week. They were very nice when the fixed them on Tuesday 1/14/20 and apologized for the issue. Now fast forward 01/24/20, and one of the "fixed" nails is chipped again as well as 2 others. Normally (when I go to other salons) my nails last 6 weeks, they dont chip, they grow out. The point of gel polish is its supposed to last but that's not what's happening here. I'm concerned the salon is doing something to their polish and thinning it out so its not as effective. read more

I've been consistently coming here since January and have always had mixed experiences and paid an array of prices. I'm very simple, gel acrylics, one color, no designs and the price changes depending on who does my nails. It goes anywhere from $25-35. I called on the phone to confirm the price because I knew they had been dicey to me in the past and they said $30. The girl doing my nails (the one who slabs on acrylic powder), one time did this process for almost 40 mins a few months ago tried charging me $35 because my "nails are long". So all of a sudden it cost $5 more because my nails are long? If I'm getting a fresh set, yeah, not for a fill! I CALLED AND CONFIRMED $30. And two weeks prior I came in and Duke charged me $25 for a gel fill with matte finish. After arguing with the girl, they started talking crap in their language. I will NEVER be back. I've always left 25-30% but I left $5 on the service because these girls don't deserve it. Liars don't deserve $12+ tips on fills! Also, learn to use the acrylic powder so you're not sitting for 1.5 hours for a fill. read more

First visit this morning. Mom and I were regulars at another salon. When we discovered our favorite techs had moved, we found them and will now come here to the Nail Lounge. Jimmy did a red sparkle french tip gel polish on my mom's nails. They look awesome! Duc did a french 'snow sparkled" gel on mine. Jenny added the holly - for a full on Christmas ready set of beautiful nails! Everyone in the shop was super nice. I even ran into a business associate who was there with her daughter for pedicures. She's been several times and really likes the shop too. We already booked our next visit. They do take walk-ins as well.
