I have been going to Pretty Nails for years. They know exactly what I like and never disappoint. It bothers me to see the few bad ratings. (Seriously, giving a bad rating because of what was on TV?? That has nothing to do with the service really). Anyway, Lee and her husband always make me feel welcome and the other ladies are just as friendly. I take all my friends and family there. I normally get a full set and a pedicure. I have never had any issues with nails breaking or polish chipping. Pretty good considering my profession and my hobbies. The best part is that their prices are competitive. Quality nails for a great price, what more can one ask for? I refuse to give anyone else my business. I plan on being a customer as long as they are in business. read more

Worst place ever, not only do they have no finesse, they chase you down asking for tip even after you say you're doing cash tip. I would never visit again and I would highly advise you to steer clear. read more

I went there today, after trying numerous nail places in the area. I had something specific I wanted for the 4th of July and just wanted to get both a mini pedi done. I had a really good time. The pedicure was probably the best and painless pedicure I've ever had and my nails are so cute for the holiday! I will def be back! read more

Lena was my artist. she was amazing, friendly, treated me like a good friend. the massage chairs are awesome while I was getting my pedi. they use hot towels, she massaged my feet and my legs, offered me water. I went in for hell nails and toes. She dody hands, but then mocked me to another employee for being in a wheelchair, and did my toes with a different polish, close, but not same color. They do not clean or disinfect their stations or tools!! The owners wife removed my acrylic nails and then left me sitting there without finishing my nails! She had an appointment so she just left me and never came back! I had to fly to my sons wedding the next day and have them fixed in TEXAS!! read more

I wanted to like the place more, but I was a little disappointed. Everyone was very, very nice but for my first time here I had a very young girl that didn't seem confident in what she was doing. It took 1hr 15 minutes for a gel pedicure and I had to tell her how to shape my nails down more. She also didn't know how to take dip off without getting help. I also didn't see anyone wiping down the chairs in between customers which kind of bothered me with covid and all. I can see why people go because the prices are reasonable I guess and the people are nice but I think there are better options/atmosphere for the same prices. Our nails done at this nail salon and it was nice inside everybody was really nice and for some reason they wanted to takeoff both her full set and my full set and completely start over from the finish that's not what we wanted and we explain to her we just wanted fillings she wanted the gel I wanted the SNS I did not want the nails taken off and then re-put back on it was a big big mess and a whole big miscommunication with the language barrier and my bill was almost $200 this is ridiculous the nails don't look that great and it sure as hell should not have been almost $150 something . It at most it should have been $100 I request a refund immediately. There is NO reason these nails should have been taking off. I would never ever go back to this place. I demand a refund immediately. I'm putting in a complaint with the BBB as well. read more

DO NOT use the older lady in there. I didn't get her name because all I wanted to do is get out of there. Her work was awful and since she spoke no English the others had to tell her repeatedly how and what to do for a pedicure. And don't even get me started on her lack of message...5 mins total for both legs. The nice man Lee had to redo her polish because she didn't paint to the tip of the nail? I still come here sometimes to get my nails done but after many experiences there's a few things I'm not so crazy about. The guys who work here don't do the best job with acrylic nails. On a few occasions, they have either used the buffing machine so forcefully that it hurt my finger and it felt like my nail bed was on fire, or they cut my cuticle and made it bleed with the cuticle trimmers! Ugh! I hate when salons are careless and stuff like this happens. If they would slow down a little and be more careful, it could be avoided. The back area where they keep supplies and other random junk, as well as the bathroom, is dingy and needs a major cleaning job. Lee, the owner, still does the best job and I would probably only allow her to do my nails when I come here in the future. My biggest complaint here is the TV. I know it may seem trivial to some people, but they are always playing bizarre, awful movies on syfy channel or shows like criminal minds. I'm not sure about other people, but I find this show rather disturbing and would rather have something more pleasant to watch when I'm trying to relax at the nail salon. It's like "Hello, this is a salon full of WOMEN customers, can we get some HGTV, TLC or Lifetime up in here?" Anything would be better than what they've been playing lately. I should probably just speak up and ask them to change the channel, but so far, I've just been avoiding the salon all together. Maybe one day soon I'll work up the guts to ask them to put something else on. Meh. read more

Friendly little place, family owned and operated, they do a beautiful job with pedicures. I don't get my fingernails done but they must be good because they stay busy. Oh and I get my brows waxed here too on occasion, it was a little thin for my liking but the next time I just asked for a fuller look and she did a fantastic job. read more

Four weeks ago and I just called Cathy for a mani/pedi. I decided yes I will treat myself once a month and this is the only place where it lasted no chips, no discoloration just perfect. This place has almost a five star review which is why I chose it- I have never been so disappointed in my life. My sister is getting married tomorrow and I called ahead hours in advance to set up an appointment for four mani/pedis for her and her bridesmaids. I got verbal confirmation over the phone that we would all be able to sit together for the pedicures, and when we arrived there, they had three chairs open, not four, leaving one of the girls out. I brought it up and they said that she would take the next available chair, but the girl who was waiting for a chair was promptly ignored for the next half an hour. I was seething at this point because I had called ahead specifically to avoid this. Over the course of two hours, we all eventually got our nails done, but the work was terrible! My nails had air bubbles all over them, and the place was extremely unkept and there were nail clippings and dirty towels everywhere. I am honestly appalled, and I never plan on going to this place again. read more
