I would give -5 stars if i could. I thought my pedicure LOOKED nice but it's been over 2 months and my nails are still damaged. I left the salon in utter pain when the nail tech e-filed down every one of my toenails to the ring of fire. I have never had an issue with a pedicure in my life, and I'm still paying for this issue. I will never recommend this place to anyone. My friend also came here and they applied the acrylic tips so painfully she needed to get them removed immediately. My husband and I went for his-and-hers Sunday pedicures. We were checked in promptly, and offered a beverage. Both of our pedicurists were friendly, capable and efficient, and we enjoyed the massage chairs as well. Comparing to out-of-state places I've gone, I found their pricing to be very reasonable. A small thing, but this was the first time EVER that I had a pedicurist slip on my flip flops before polishing, so there was no fussing with trying to get them on afterwards without messing up the paint job. The nail salon inside is very neat, I got a pedicure as well and her hands were magic! She left my skin soft, and nails super neat. We walked in late, about 30 minutes after closing time but they still took us in and took their sweet time making sure everything looked great. My nail's themselves are very nice, and are seemingly good quality and will last long. The workers are super nice as long as you treat them with respect. I would definitely comeback! read more

They offered to put tips on with gel polish. I specifically said I didn't want acrylics. But if they're putting the tips on and ONLY gel Polish over them ok. They said it's "wet gel ". No it was acrylic premixed. I've just grown out the damage from previously when they use drills and noticed after she already had done 2 so just let her finish. She badly "scuffed" my nails with the drill to put on the "wet gel" which is really premade acrylic. (I read the bottle) Now I have acrylic base and can't just get it off. If you want acrylics go. If not- don't go if you are done ruining your nails with gel and acrylics. read more

Don't come if you're expecting a relaxing experience or wanting to treat yourself. A simple request that doesn't match what your nail tech prefers is too much to ask and you will have to pay for something you don't even want with quite an attitude the entire time. I've worked in customer service for 15 years and know what how rude patrons can get, so no, I never was demanding or anything I've dealt with prior. I am utterly perplexed how a tech would treat a paying, compliant customer how I was treated. Unfortunately you can't notify a tech about an allergy you would like to avoid without being told you're wrong for your request and what you want isn't possible, even though it's been done many times in many locations. And yes, I also mentioned this when I scheduled my appointment. After getting so frustrated with me over a simple request to get regular polish instead of gel, to keep getting angry at me and telling me to relax and yanking my fingers was just the cherry on top for me. It's ashame, and finding a respectful nail salon is far and few between. Go elsewhere. read more

I asked for the hot wax, didn't get and she still wanted me to pay full price. Why? They are thieves. THEY CHARGE EVERY CUSTOMER AN EXTRA $15.00 FOR GEL POLISH. Why when gel polish is $5.00 a bottle that's robbery when a pedicure should come with polish. DO NOT GO THERE. THE WORST PART WAS WAITING ALL $110. for a shitty full set and pedicure. She did an amazing job by explaining when and why I should go for gel or dip powder and shaping my nails beautifully! Today I went for coffin shaped nails with dip powder in the color dark pink for French nails and white gel liner. So in love with how they came out and I will be going to Mai for now on! I wanted a pedicure with my husband . The manager assured us that thay would start our pedicure together after waiting so long. They started my husband's pedicure first and Halfway through his pedicure then they start mine . That made us feel so unhappy. Then everything I requested about both of our pedicures they did not understand at all. Both employees had to get the manager to translate and still did not do what we were asking. At that point my husband had to be at work and we had to leave without our pedicure being finished. I didn't even get nail polish on my toes because I was that angry with the whole service and wanted to leave. Then they had the nerve to want me to pay full price for my pedicure when I didn't even get any nail polish . I will never ever go back here again. I never get pedicures with my husband, and this experience ruined it. read more

Been a few times now and can say while quality is hit or miss on the paint job, I honestly go for the massage chairs lol, so if all else fails enjoy the chairs for a cheap pedicure. Swinging back to quality, pedicure itself has been wonderful each time but the paint job can use work from a few diff staff, one being the young gentleman. So again, overall decent place, could just use some more attention to detail in painting. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. I asked for a certain set and showed a picture as an example. One hand I wanted all matte black with rhinestones and the other side orange and nude ombre. I have never had such a terrible set of nails. when I asked her for a spider web on one of the ombré nails and a spider on the pointer she agreed. The ombre itself is absolutely terrible. It's a hard line between the orange and nude. The orange I asked for compared to the orange she used isn't even in the same color spectrum. The color I got was more red because according to her opinion it was more halloween-like. She did an okay spider web and then when it came to the spider she didn't even try. She offered to draw an eye. An eye? Are you kidding me? I don't want an eye on my finger. How is that even close to what I asked for? Why say yes to doing the set I asked for if you couldn't do it? As for the left hand, she wouldn't have painted the sides of my nails black if I hadn't purposely rolled my hand sideways for her to see all the places she missed. They are so bumpy and uneven it looks like I have sand dunes on my fingers. she was a nice lady and the shop was beautiful but her work is absolutely terrible. These are so bad that after the pictures I am taking for a dispute I filed with my bank, I will be ripping them off. I'm extremely hurt about these as they were supposed to be a congratulatory set to myself for passing a state exam. Stay far from this place. read more

I wish I could give this zero stars. Worst "manicure" I have ever received. The woman that "did" my manicure rushed the entire thing, paying no attention to my nails. She didn't even fully take off the nail polish I had on my nails before she started. She barely coated my nails in base coat and then sped through painting my nails with my color. She left polish all around my cuticles and skin and barely slapped on some top coat. The whole ordeal took less than 10 minutes and I left with the sloppiest/worst "manicure" ever. read more
