It is funny cause it is common that people go to the wrong location as the name of this spot is common in the are and there is another business with the same name. The person at the host stand is fun and he was super friendly and funny, but he weary as he is a superb sales person for sure!!! we spent a lot of money there cause he was pretty charming and great at he does. The place itself is fancy and you will quickly notice that the price is because of the luxury breath you will see here. The services re pretty standard and the quality is of any other place. The place also offers a yelp checkin discount but I was soooo entertained by the host that I forgot to ask for it, SO DONT BE LIKE ME AND ASK FOR IT!!! cause we spent over $100 dollars in this place just for pedicures! This place is beautiful! Lots of seating and staff both for manicures and pedicures. You're greeted immediately upon entering in a separate foyer area where you get a personalized chart indicating what you are there for... this is where you pick what type of pedicure you want, etc. The polish color selection is decent. Not the biggest I've seen but certainly sufficient. I REALLY like the way the salon is separated. Manicure area is divided away from pedicure area, and even in the pedicure area the two long rows of massage chairs are separated by a half wall. This means if they are jam packed busy, you'd never know it...still just as relaxing. They pump spa music throughout the place and people get the hint that they should whisper to keep the atmosphere serene. They also had 3 large TVs with Netflix streaming. Each pedicure got a bowl liner & new tools, so they are very sanitary. Only reason I docked a star is because my pedicure was described as having a "deep tissue massage" but it wasn't very "deep" - I was really hoping for a firm massage but they're really hard to find. read more

A little pricey. We ended up not staying to get our nails done after we saw the prices and the location.

While I loved the spa atmosphere there is lot to be desired at this spa. The experience started off nicely when I sat at the nail bar to have my gel polish removed. Next we moved to the other side where I received my pedicure. Very beautiful set up and the pedicure was nice. My issue with this spa is with the manicure. The lady who did my nails was very rough and scraped the gel polish off my nails very hard to the point that i thought she was going to break through my nails. She then used a drill on my NATURAL NAILS to "remove dead skin" she said. She removed my entire cuticle using the drill. When she got to my thumb it started hurting really bad and when I told her she said "your thumb is being stubborn" and then she stops. She files the top of my nails and over my cuticle touching my skin and that hurts because she's doing it so carelessly and rough. Turns out she's caused cuts not only on my cuticle but has broken my skin too. She grabs a cotton ball and presses it on my thumb. I look at it and my thumb is BLEEDING. She gets up and grabs this liquid stuff to stop the bleeding. Then she proceeds to finish removing the cuticles from my nails. She goes around again on my thumb with a cuticle trimmer and I pull my hand back. She says "that hurts too?" In an incredulous way as if I'm the problem. I say "yes it hurts. My thumb was bleeding and you're still cutting it and you probably cut it to deep." She says nothing. She doesn't apologize or anything. My thumb is burning at this point and then when she puts acetone in it I realize she's caused minor nicks on almost all my fingers. The entire experience felt like I was inconveniencing her. I get my nails done often and this has been one of the worse experiences I've had. Now 24 hours later and my fingers still hurt. I was doing my hair and apparently some product got into it because that irritated them. It's annoying because I didn't go get my nails done for them to be damaged. I paid $73 and while my nails look good, the job done was terrible for my nail health. I will not be returning. When I went to check out I was asked by the receptionist how my nail tech did and when I told her she looked at them and said "well if it worsens in the next few days then come back to us and we'll fix it." They also have a 10 day guarantee for the service for chipping. The receptionist customer service was nice but the same cannot be said for my nail technician. read more

They never fixed the issue only made it worse. The worst thing they and the reason my wife walked out. Was the "manager" who said 'give her a whole new set she can afford it'. Great experience, very relaxing spa. The customer service was amazing as well as the pedicure and nail service. The salon is very clean and has such a relaxing ambiance. Not your typical nail salon. I expected it to be more expensive than the regular nail salon but surprisingly the pricing was very reasonable compared to your typical nail salon but the service was a lot better! I got a upgraded pedicure, fill with gel polish and designs and my bill was $80. Will definitely be visiting this salon in the future. The quality of work was great too. 5 stars! I've been going to luxecares for a few months now and they do not disappoint! I went from doing the powder sns nails at a closer location to coming here and doing just regular gel. I love how honest the techs are and how welcomed I feel at this place. Each person is super professional and friendly- they told me I didn't need to upgrade to the powdered nails since my nails were already thick and healthy. Endless nail colors to choose from and this was the first place where I felt comfortable to try a new shape. I'm basic and usually just tell the techs to square my nails out, but Mia was able to give me what we called a baby almond. Turns out this is my new go-to when I grow out my nails! Need a quick gel pedi after work and was lucky to find they had a nail tech for me. I was promptly seated with a chart with my name on it. I love the organization. Cindy was great. Very fun to talk to. I loved the pedicure. The only reason I gave it 4-star was because her co-worker kept coming to talk with her and also, during the scrub, she was scrubbing too hard one side of my foot which actually left scratches. The staff there are super nice and the salon itself is beautiful. However, I was disappointed with the end result. I'll give the bar first to get that out of the way, followed by the good. Cons I was given the wrong price for my service when I asked for it ahead of time via Yelp messages and ended up paying twice what I was planning. I got my eyebrows waxed and they came out okay, but I noticed some various obvious hairs that were missed when I checked in the mirror after I came gone. On most salons they tweeze those. I asked for my nails to be square but rounded. They were made too sharp and as a result two days later a few of them caught on something and broke. Pros Even though I got a manicure with only regular nail polish, the manicurist took care to make sure they were perfectly dry and not smudged. All the staff were exceptionally kind. read more

Will never be returning to this establishment. It is a churn and burn style nail bar - the lack of professionalism and client care is abysmal. When I called to make an appointment I specifically asked if they are skilled in doing stiletto nails. I was told by the owner, yes. When I was seen (after waiting 20 minutes) the technician began filling my nails ROUND, without even consulting me. I stopped her and told her I wanted the SAME as what I came in with - stiletto - and that she is taking them too short to maintain the shape - and that now it may not be possible. She suggested an extension, and the owner came over, pretty much dismissing her and asking a "more experienced" technician to take over. It was horrible, despite me saying multiple times if they don't know how to do stiletto nails, that I can leave. She insisted she did know how to do them, and I left with cooked, uneven, some pointed and some rounded nails and my cuticles bleeding. Like other reviews have mentioned - they do not treat your cuticles at all. It was clear they were running behind and my service was over despite my clear communication that this is not what I asked for, in addition to me pointing out how crooked and uneven everything was, she told me that I would in fact need a new set to fix them because of how short they were cut, they could not create a point anymore. I asked her whose fault that was and she nonchalantly told me there's nothing else we can do. I have been getting my nails done for the last 10 years, every 2 weeks, acrylic fill with gel - almond and stiletto shape - and I have never experienced this lack of professionalism besides the lack of skill level. The owner is the cherry on top - walking around shmoozing with everyone and then when there's a problem, disregards and shuts down, unable to offer any sort of explanation or support. When I went to the front desk, I told the the owner that this is the worst nail job I have ever have, showed him (he saw how awful it was, even my husband couldn't believe they let me leave like this - it should have been free), and told him now I'll need to get them fixed or try to file them myself. He had no interest in anything other than me paying and leaving, and showed zero signs of care or regard for how horrible it looked. He charged me $50 for nails that looked like a 5 year old did them. I went in my car and began calling nail salons to get them fixed immediately - I stumbled across botanical nails (you can see location in my other review) and they couldn't believe a nail salon produced the mess on my hands. They stayed late past close time to fix them and did an incredible job on my new set. This will be my new nail spot - if you need a RECC. This place is trash. Do not come in here if you are looking for modern nails or anything beyond a standard quick polish. read more

Very impressed! I've had my nails done here three times and every time I've been satisfied, but this last time I was truly impressed by the service I received. I made an appt at 5:45pm and due to traffic arrived a little later. Even though they close at 7pm, they took their time and were very patient with me. My nail tech did an AMAZING job with my nails (dip powder mani)! She shaped them exactly how I like, with the right amount of thickness and contour so they look very natural. She really took her time, which I appreciated being that I was the last person there 20 minutes after they were closed. I will definitely keep coming back and refer my friends! Thanks so much! The pedicure was an awesome experience with Faith! Lovely person and wonderful Attention to detail. The "manicure" was an upsale and my dip was done awful! The owner didn't speak English and kept saying yes, yes, yes but had no idea clearly what I wanted. After I told her that I wanted a color treatment, no fake nails, she told me that dip was a different way to add color naturally like gel polish. After she was all done and I left, I got outside in the daylight and started crying! I called back because I was so upset and they said to come and they would take it off. After ALL of that, I STILL didn't even get a manicure which is the basic thing that you get, cuticle cutting, whatever, nope not here. She just wants to get you so that you will come back and spend more money in her salon. As a licensed nail tech, I'm super picky. I've been out of the business for a few years and wanted a full set of pink and whites. After I finished one hand, I wasn't happy so I made an appointment here to get mine soaked off and a new set done. I was impressed with the ambiance in this place as soon as I walked in. Everything is nice, relaxing, high end, and beautiful. The manager checked me in and immediately offered me a bottle of water. I was seen right away by Amy, who looked over the set I had on my one hand and started the soak off procedure - no prying up with a nail tip. The nail area is separate from the pedicures, which is very nice. Relaxing lighting and relaxing music playing, along with images of fish and other relaxing things on the tvs. Amy worked on my one hand while the other soaked, periodically stopping to file some of the soft acrylic off. She made sure to ask what type of pink I wanted (intense pink) and let me know they use CND as well (which is what I had on). She asked how I wanted the white instead of just lumping it on there and making deep white (I prefer the more natural look so I was very happy). She did a fantastic job - a full soak of one hand and a full set of pink and whites in an hour and a half which is perfect timing. She didn't use the drill as a crutch, she had really good brush work. Prior to licensing, I've had plenty of techs pack huge amounts of acrylic and then just use the drill to shape. She used the drill to refine, which is what you're supposed to do. They turned out amazing and she even finished with a small hand massage, which usually doesn't happen with an acrylic service. I will definitely be back. The prices are right on point for the level of service and the materials they use. I'll be back for a super relaxing pedicure next weekend! read more

The salon is really clean, the staff is very friendly, and it feels like Vegas in there. The two stars for the service as a whole. I had an appointment and was immediately sat in a chair. I had on dip extensions and I needed them soaked off. It took almost 30 min to drill off the top coat and get into foils, then another hour and a half of sitting there "waiting" of the dip to come off. I was there in total 2 hours and I didn't get my nails done. I can only speak from experience but the soak-off process has taken at most an hour, but two is unacceptable to me. I left after they were soaked offed and filed, I just didn't want to go through another hour of getting my nails actually done. Again, great place, I read the reviews before I went, called, and made an appointment the same day but the amount of time I wasted waiting for them is a deal breaker for me. Three other people came in after me and left before me. Don't go if you have dip. read more
