I found this place because two of my friends had birthdays and after brunch we decided to get pedicures. My two friends also decided to get gel manicures. I love the friendliness of the staff there, they even sang happy birthday for my friend. I got the coconut pedicure and I have some imperfections that I needed taken care of and the pedicure was amazing. My feet felt so soft afterwards. My friends were also very happy with their nails and we left looking awesome. This is a great little place right off of SR 580 to stop in get all dolled up. I highly recommend them. read more

When I read these negative reviews, I almost wonder if they're for a different Perfect Nails! (There are others!) I've been coming here to this one in Safety Harbor for years and have NEVER experienced anything but PERFECT NAILS by pleasant, courteous staff in a clean environment. I've never heard of some of the technicians named in some of these reviews and there are no loud yelling older women working there! In fact everyone who works there is soft spoken. We went to our regular salon to get the mani/pedi thing for our upcoming cruise, only to find it closed for renovations! Boo!! So out came the Yelp app and here we are! These guys are a bit pricier than Botanical Nail bit I tell ya: free beverages, solicitous and friendly staffers plus a lovely, tasteful and quiet little place. Relaxing music piped in kind of like what I'd expect for a massage or something. They offered us to hook up to their wi fi for free, too! Even with only four people working and a line, we got squared away and served in no time! Pedis finished with hot stones and towels, plus a brief massage, which is a bit more than our regular spot does for a slightly lower price. Either way: we were both happy with what we received. Manicures also ended with a brief massage...I'd say we would come back should something happen to our regular spot. Anyone who doesn't have a regular nail spa, then either one would very nicely fit the bill. read more

After their discussion I was told to sit at last table. Tech sees me and starts back & forth with woman who sat me there. The woman asks me to move to another table. I explain this is making me uncomfortable. Again, the woman in charge & tech argue about who will service me. Again, moved back to original table. Here's 4 days after getting a manicure along with gel polish. The polish is already peeling on all the edges of my nails. I haven't done anything that would be hard on my nails. I was there for maybe 30 mins if that, it costed $42 (not including tip) for nails that looked decent for a day, also there's no menu to look at so good luck. I heard they recently changed owners. Update: 1 week and 2 days out. Left hand bottom half of nails have completely lifted and chipped. Right hand has held up better but has still lifted along the edges. I'm having them taken off today. As this is the first chance I've gotten to do it. read more

Only reason I'm even leaving two stars is because of how amazing my nail tech Kelly was she did an excellent job and would love to come back but after the experience I with the owner that racial profiled me from the minute I walked in the door. She eyed me down throughout my whole service making an otherwise relaxing experience very unpleasant. When it came time to check out she told me I could me I could only pay with Zelle after the client before me paid with a credit card. I confronted her and she again insisted I pay with Zelle as if I was going to use a fraudulent credit card. Moral of the story don't go to this business. read more

As one would expect, this suburban nail salon is busy on a Sunday afternoon. Though there's a gaggle of pedi chairs and mani stations, there are nowhere near as many employees, a shortcoming reflected in the service. A standard pedicure is $23 but on this particular day there was a 20% off special for newcomers (me). The price is reasonable for the area, where the going rate is about $25. I was seated in my pedi chair almost immediately, alongside a patron who'd been waiting when I came in. A technician filled both tubs and sat both of us, then proceeded to work on her feet (fair enough, she was first) while leaving my tootsies to stew in what quickly became tepid water for over 20 minutes. I would've rather just waited my turn and enjoyed a shorter but more pleasant hot foot bath. When I finally did get a pedicure, it was as one would expect for a service marked "regular." Nothing special, nothing awful. A regulation pedicure, as promised. The technician was friendly and all was painless. My nails look nice and manicured. Mission accomplished. Will I come here again? Probably not. I'll spend the extra $2 and go somewhere more organized. Do I have anything against the place? Nah. If you leave nearby, check it out. It could've been an off day. read more

Once they started doing my nails for the manicure, I mentioned it to the technician and the owner very rudely said it was only for gel manicures. Since it said this nowhere on the sign, they should have honored it. The decor in the salon was also lacking. Worst part of it all was my manicure literally started chipping (in huge chunks, not small) an hour later. Not a place I will revisit. I came here because of the good reviews on Yelp. They lack personality and customer service skills. Disappointed in how my pink full turned out. There is a clear line (see picture). I've been having my nails done for 2 years now and this is the worse a fill has looked. Whenever I asked about something, she would just blame how the prior person did my full set. She even got annoyed when I asked her to fix the area where she removed the white and left me with a 'bald spot'. They didn't even clean up around the cuticle. Instead she told me to go somewhere and buy an oil. The oil isn't going to clean up the loose skin. Same your time and money. Skip this place. read more

This place was great. I walked in with the intention of just getting my eyebrows done. When Amy took me back to do my eyebrows, she was very friendly and did a great job. She asked me if I was a new or a returning customer. When I told her I was new, she informed me that it is 20% off for new customers. Well, what's a girl to do, waste a discount on an $8 service. Now way! I decided to get a pedicure as well. I went for the basic, which was $23. Not sure of the guy's name who did my pedi but he was very pleasant and did a great job! The older Asian woman that works there is awfully rude and aggressive! She never smiles and she pulls your hand during a manicure! She also talks very loud,almost screams! Awful experience! She also went in the back and was eating,and was late for the appointment and never apologized! DO NOT GO TO THIS DISGRACEFUL PLACE! On May 22, 2016...(YES! Only a 1 1/2 weeks ago) I went in to get a gel mani/pedi. 2 days later 2 of my nails started to lift. I went back for repair...within 2 more days I was lifting again only on different nails. Stopped by once again on Sun May 29 and the owner/manager (not sure what she is) who btw was the original person to do my service and all repairs, wasn't there and the girl that was there wanted nothing to do with me. SO I came back AGAIN on Tues May 31 because they were closed for Memorial Day. I asked Lynn, I think that was the owners name, if we could start all over again because by this time I had 1 nail missing and 2 others lifting. She tried to tell me that it was my nail bed that was the problem, amongst other reasons. Her co-worker was laughing at me!! I have NEVER been treated so poorly!
