Always a great place. I've been going here for about 2 years and have always had great service. Everyone is so cheerful and accommodating. It's really clean...all the tools are autoclaved and the pedicure bowls are lined with a plastic cover. Since I'm on immunosuppressive medication I have to be careful about infections. I never have to worry about it here. My manicurist, Rose, even has a separate set of tools with my name on them that she only uses on me. If Rose is unavailable, Lily is also wonderful. read more

STAY AWAY!!! The absolute worst experience ever at a nail salon. I booked a deluxe pedicure and a gel manicure. The deluxe pedicure is supposed to come with a glass of wine, which I did not receive and other treatments. I received some of the treatments not all. When I attempted to ask the girl about callus remover, because my feet are dry... She didn't understand a word I said. The chair was broken and the water was cold. I left before it was finished. Didn't bother to get the manicure. They actually wanted to charge me the full $37. Then they told me the best they could do was 25. It was a partial pedicure and not what I wanted. The nicest ladies in Clearwater. Everyone is professional and pleasant. My mother travels 900 miles from southern Indiana to get her pedicure. I've been here twice and it's been awesome both times. Worst manicure ever! My powder nails didn't even last a week. 10 days out and 2 of them completely peeled off!

This was my go to but lately Amber and the older lady with glasses have been rude jerks. And they dont remember you unless you look rich. Also amber cuts and files your nails until you bleed and im not the only one shes done this too. The older lady her table is #16 she's a witch. Very rude if you dont look rich her loss im a good tipper but not today,she was rude, did an awful job and she traded me to do a ladies pedi and bc i wanted my nails done right lol (how dare I) lol. which I was nice about my requests she still was rude. The older guy was nice cool and laid back. They talk and laugh at you in their language will never go back! Have been here several times and was not impressed but this is where my mother preferred to go for her birthday nails. We each got pedicures and tech was not very gentle and i ended up with infections in both of my big toes from her opening up my nail bed. Also, after I had been rung up and leaving a 25% tip she said that she had mischarged me and I needed to pay $10 more. I had no problem with that but rather than voiding the original order she wanted me to just add to the tip. I thought this was shady. First visit ordered pedicure with gel and manicure. Nice girls with good customer skills but the girl name unknown cut both feet during pedicure. I actually said aloud stop that hurts you cut me and now you are rubbing it raw. I paid and tipped 20% but I will never go back. The worst I've ever experienced. Rosy did my nails and I love them, she helped me decide on what type of nails I wanted, she could do SNS or regular acrylic and since I want to keep up my nails I decided regular acrylic because SNS you have to start from cero and it is more expensive, she really took the time to leave my nails perfect, me and my husband have been going with Rosy for many many years and we recommend her to all of our friends, she is very passionate in what she does, if you decide to go here ask for Rosy, she is the sweetest and will take care of you! read more

As nail salons go this one is right on par. Clean, friendly and good prices. They do a nice job, and a nice long pedicure. They use OPI which is a good polish brand. I've never had my nails done here so I can't speak to that but the lady's walking out seemed happy. The only thing I will say on a negative note is that when they pull the cheese grater out Just Say No! This practice is not longer legal in the state of Florida and it will tear your feet up. Just politely say no thanks. Other than that you will get a very nice pedicure. read more

I got my nails and eyebrows done here and it was just about what I expected. I like to get "pink and white" nails but instead of pink, I prefer colored tips. This time I got glittery black tips. I also like to get oval shaped nails. My nail tech left them more round than oval. I got my eyebrows waxed as well, and while I understand wanting to push sales, I really don't appreciate it being insinuated that I need a chin or upper lip wax. Terrible - tried several times to make an appointment over the phone - during normal business hours they did not answer. Texting or emailing the techs is a waste of time. Finally reaching a man that answered and made a 5pm Fri appointment for my husband and I. Got there and was told they made a mistake and double booked the tech we requested. I got there a little before 6 pm on a Saturday night expecting not to be able to get a Deluxe Manicure & Pedicure plus eyebrows tint & wax since they close at 7:30 pm... but I was told sure no problem come with me. She took me to the pedicure massage chairs & got me situated which by the way is to die for when you need a head to lower back massage. Donna came & took great care of me since I have thin skin & is easy to rip or tear sometimes if they go to fast. Once she finished my pedicure & manicure it was 7:30 pm.... But the lady that does the eyebrows still took me back to do them even though I told them no worries your closing. She did a great job also & I was out by a little before 8 pm. Due to a medical condition on my foot I had not been able to get a pedicure for 2 years until last week when the Dr cleared me so this was more than a treat to finally get the legs & feet massaged, hot stones & hot towel wraps plus more. AGAIN VERY appreciative I could do a walk in on a Saturday night & everyone was very friendly & accommodating! PS: Side note I did not get nails added on. They really took their time to make sure every detail was perfect! And they have so many color options to choose from. Even is the dip powders, which has been very rare at other places. I'm obsessed with the color of my nails. I got a pedicure and the dip powder for my manicure. Amber spent more time than other places usually do. I wish that I had checked these reviews before I went... My manicurest was great and very patient. I did a acrylic nails with gel nail polish. However, after a week...the acrylic on my thumbnail cracked and I noticed that the polish on my other nails were beginning to recede somehow. Then, after a week and a half...my thumbnail actually chipped all the way. I've been to a nail salon called iSpy Nails on Gulf to Bay and I've been able to use acrylic thumbnails with gel tips and have them stay on for LITERALLY a month-with no chipping, cracking, or receding. At the end of the day, I feel like I made a mistake choosing this place because not only do my nails look poorly done after a week....I paid more for them than I usually do for them to look this way. I would try another place, somewhere more affordable/worth the money. read more

This place is a little rough. It desperately needs a deep clean, there is acrylic dust everywhere! I just stopped in for a quick manicure, like another Yelper I started with one tech and another finished my manicure. She actually did a pretty good mani & it was only $10 not including tip. I did notice that they clean each tub after a pedicure. I have been here before and it always seems like they rush you through. Today, they didn't rush me through but the girl that was doing my pedicure was careless and when she was using a cheese grater on my feet she cut my big toe and it was bleeding and is now an open wound. She acted like it didn't matter and because of that I really wasn't able to enjoy my pedicure. After she cut it she put cuttle remover on it and it burned. She also put a hot towel on it which also hurt it. At the end I asked her for something to put the cut so it didn't get infected but all she brought over was a band aid. I spoke with a man and he also acted like it didn't matter. Now I have open cut on my toe. I realize things can happen but I definitely feel like they didn't even care about me or other customers since I was bleeding and they definitely didn't do anything. I wouldn't have posted this if they acted like they cared but I felt like they wanted me to quiet about it. Also, you are suppose to get a drink with the Deluxe pedicure but the girl never asked me and then only asked me after the person next to me was offered a drink. read more

I never really take the time to write yelp reviews unless I have a truly terrible or truly amazing experience. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a nail salon, they will point blank lie to you, bait and switch, disregard your nail health (even if you specify not to use electric files because of thin nails like I did), and not go back to fix polish mistakes to "save time" if they are anywhere near closing time. I asked how long the wait would be, I was told 30 minutes. An hour later, I asked how much longer, and was asked to wait another 10. It was another 20 minutes. During that time, I asked them if they could do gel extensions, I was told yes, absolutely. I also asked if they would have time to soak nail polish off because I had thin nails. Also a YES. By the time they got to me, they told me they would have to file all the polish off because they didn't have time to soak them now; and not only did they not have gel extensions, they didn't have acrylic tips at all. My nail lady then had the audacity to tell me it wasn't her fault or her problem. She told me she would be gentle with the file since I had no option for places to go now that everywhere else was closed since I had waited for them. She filed my nails down so thin it was actually painful. They then let me know after the fact (and a butchered job of uneven nail lengths and missed spots) that they didn't take American Express, which they have no signage to warn about and was the only credit card I had on me. After a long argument and realizing I truly did not have another form of payment or debit card, they suddenly accepted my American Express. There are so many highly rated nail salons in this area, don't come to this one. Just not even good people to treat customers with such careless indifference, to keep you waiting, lie about services, and then rush through a job I didn't even want.
