Save your money and time. This place was so rude. My daughter and I both had manicures and pedicures that were terrible. She asked them to redo one of her nails because it had ripples in it like the polish was old. The lady put on one coat and blew on her nail and told her to be careful next time. She didn't mess it up in the first place. I had polish all over my skin and asked the woman to please get it off and she rolled her eyes and took it off around one nail. I don't remember the exact person who did my nails but they were bad. At first they looked good but they were very thin and broke easily within 3 days most of my nails broke off just if I grabbed a blanket or opened my laptop. I would not recommend going there unless the person is better than who did mine. And the pricing us too much If theirwork is done like mine. read more

Scheduled an appointment for 1:15 Christmas Eve for a mani and pedi for 2. Arrived on time and checked in. By 1:45 we were still waiting even though they took several walk-ins ahead of us. I've gone here for years and never had an issue. I've always gone to Rose who did a great job, friendly and professional. Although they expanded and added more stations you have to have the employees to keep up with SCHEDULED appointments. Even when we called another nail salon while waiting to see if they could get us in AND after walking to the door to leave no one said a word to us. Clearly they don't care about retaining customers or customer service. We ended up at Luxecare and glad we did. No wait, wine, and they did a beautiful job! I went in as a walk in and they took my right away for a pedicure, so I can't complain. The price $45 for a LUXURY PACKAGE PEDI is a bit steep (I paid $30 in Hawaii!- and THEY should be expensive)! Someone please remind me to NEVER come here again. I've been sitting in this chair waiting for someone to just change my polish on my toes for 25 minutes. They told me they had someone available, so I sat in the chair and they turned the water on. It almost overflowed because no one was paying attention. They took a girl that came in after me. I was in a hurry and usually go to Essence Nail Spa by Countryside Mall, and I'm very faithful to them. This experience is exactly why I go with them. read more

Had an appointment for 10am on a Thursday and had to wait 20 minutes. I got sat down and the women started my fill and then stopped and handed me off to someone else. I was told she can do it faster...she was slow by typical Asian standards. It took her 65 minutes to do a fill. I was late for my appointment and the job done wasn't that great. The place is dirty and looks junky. There are much nicer places near by. Next time my nail girl is off, I will wait ! I strongly advise going someone else to get your nails done. read more

I cannot believe how unprofessional this place is. The woman there spent an hour and a half trying to do a French gel manicure with a color I use all the time. She then did the line with a fat brush and used acetone to even the line out . I wanted the base to be a light pink and always get that color. My nails were so uneven and looked like they were lifting. She proceeded to tell me that is was my color that made it uneven. Then they had the nerve to say there was no manager on site. They are unethical too as they inflate prices for out of town customers. read more

This place stinks! I went in with a friend, as we were visiting from out of town. We both got a mani & pedi and it was rough!. The manicurist pulled and I repeat pulled the cuticle out from both my toenails and fingernails. Painful to say the least. They overcharged me. Don't go there. Rose is AMAZING. One of the best nail techs ever. All the laddies are excellent. They take their time with both pedicures and manicures, help you pick out colors and do exactly what you want. Prices are some of the cheapest I've seen as well for good quality. Just re done and it looks AMAZING. They have brand new massage chairs. read more

Don't go here. A few days after getting my nails done, I noticed a small greenish spot under the nail on my thumb. As a couple days went by, I saw that it was getting bigger and bigger and realized that's its probably bacteria or fungus. I'll never set foot in this place again. read more

I came here with my fiancé and friend when we were visiting on vacation in Clearwater. Compared to our hometown, St. Louis, the prices and customer service were excellent. Regular pedicure is $22, and it included lotion, massage, cheese grater and scrubbing of the heels, and paint - everything you'd expect of a pedicure. The menu does say that "removing callouses is +$3" but this would only apply if you needed more than the usual grating and scrubbing. You can't beat $22 AND they spent more time on our feet than other places that charge more! Also, my fiancé got his eyebrows done. The technician did a great job, and again, the price couldn't be beat - $9 for brows. I'll never find those prices in St. Louis! Thank you, Goddess Nails! read more

This place looked promising at first, but looks can be deceiving. After I sat down I realized how dirty the place is. There are screws coming out of the wall and a random bed in a corner with some blankets on it where I think they do waxing. The stations were extremely unorganized and I didn't see a uv machine to put tools in to get rid of germs. Trust me I am not germophobic but this place really felt unclean. I stayed despite all this and the manicurist made me bleed while cleaning my cuticles. She did not put lotion on my hands so my hands were even dryer after getting a manicure. i love this nail salon, have been coming here for about a year and a half since i moved close by and lillian and tina are awesome. lillian is such a sweetheart and makes very meaningful conversations while she does amazing work, and tina does a phenomenal job when it comes to very detailed work such as designs. never been dissatisfied with any of the other lovely ladies work either. one of my favorite nail salons :) read more

Today was my first and last visit to this nail salon. While my feet were soaking in freezing cold water(that was fun) waiting for someone to do my pedicure,I noticed the nail tech to the right of me "cleaning" the pedicure bowl and her tools. Well she rinsed them off with water and water only. The pumice stone and the instrument they use to remove dead skin from the heal of your foot.... Was simply rinsed with water and she was ok to the next customer dirty tools in tow. This is not just gross it's not safe. Cheap pedicures are not worth a disease. You've been warned. read more

This might've been the worst mani-pedi I've ever gotten. Not my usual salon (obviously) but I came here after work with some co-workers after they promised me they hadn't picked a ratchet salon. After soaking my feet in lukewarm water for 30 minutes, they finally started my mani-pedi at the same time (which is usually fine but it was obvious they just wanted to go home so everything was rushed and not at all relaxing). Nails on my toes were kept too long and not even close to dry when they rushed me out the door so they smudged later, nails on my hands cut too short and not shaped at all so I have little stubby nails, the gel on my fingers was SLOPPY - my pointer fingernail was only HALF painted. I complained, they blamed it on the polish color (nope) and they offered for me to come back today to fix everything. After getting on yelp when I got home to check the hours I read all the reviews about people getting infections and decided against going back for my free touch-ups and will pay the extra money at my usual place for them to fix this mess. read more

I have been to this salon many time and they do an ok job. The location is convenient is why I kept going there. Not usually a long wait but this last time was my last visit. Not 36hrs after leaving there w/ a pedicure one of my big toes is swollen, red and very painful. I never noticed them open a sterile pack of tools and they now use these plastic liners in the area where you soak your feet. So I'm guessing it's to skip the scrubbing disinfecting step after the water is drained. I will not be back and instead will now have to take a trip to my doctor. read more
