Terrible - tried several times to make an appointment over the phone - during normal business hours they did not answer. Texting or emailing the techs is a waste of time. Finally reaching a man that answered and made a 5pm Fri appointment for my husband and I. Got there and was told they made a mistake and double booked the tech we requested. We were return customers who tip extremely well. They chased us out into the parking lot begging our forgiveness, but we have no time or patience to deal with morons. I got there a little before 6 pm on a Saturday night expecting not to be able to get a Deluxe Manicure & Pedicure plus eyebrows tint & wax since they close at 7:30 pm... but I was told sure no problem come with me. She took me to the pedicure massage chairs & got me situated which by the way is to die for when you need a head to lower back massage. Donna came & took great care of me since I have thin skin & is easy to rip or tear sometimes if they go to fast. Once she finished my pedicure & manicure it was 7:30 pm.... But the lady that does the eyebrows still took me back to do them even though I told them no worries your closing. She did a great job also & I was out by a little before 8 pm. Due to a medical condition on my foot I had not been able to get a pedicure for 2 years until last week when the Dr cleared me so this was more than a treat to finally get the legs & feet massaged, hot stones & hot towel wraps plus more. AGAIN VERY appreciative I could do a walk in on a Saturday night & everyone was very friendly & accommodating! PS: Side note I did not get nails added on. They really took their time to make sure every detail was perfect! And they have so many color options to choose from. Even is the dip powders, which has been very rare at other places. I'm obsessed with the color of my nails. I got a pedicure and the dip powder for my manicure. Amber spent more time than other places usually do. I never really take the time to write yelp reviews unless I have a truly terrible or truly amazing experience. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a nail salon, they will point blank lie to you, bait and switch, disregard your nail health (even if you specify not to use electric files because of thin nails like I did), and not go back to fix polish mistakes to "save time" if they are anywhere near closing time. I asked how long the wait would be, I was told 30 minutes. An hour later, I asked how much longer, and was asked to wait another 10. It was another 20 minutes. During that time, I asked them if they could do gel extensions, I was told yes, absolutely. I also asked if they would have time to soak nail polish off because I had thin nails. Also a YES. By the time they got to me, they told me they would have to file all the polish off because they didn't have time to soak them now; and not only did they not have gel extensions, they didn't have acrylic tips at all. My nail lady then had the audacity to tell me it wasn't her fault or her problem. She told me she would be gentle with the file since I had no option for places to go now that everywhere else was closed since I had waited for them. She filed my nails down so thin it was actually painful. They then let me know after the fact (and a butchered job of uneven nail lengths and missed spots) that they didn't take American Express, which they have no signage to warn about and was the only credit card I had on me. After a long argument and realizing I truly did not have another form of payment or debit card, they suddenly accepted my American Express. There are so many highly rated nail salons in this area, don't come to this one. Just not even good people to treat customers with such careless indifference, to keep you waiting, lie about services, and then rush through a job I didn't even want. I have been here before and it always seems like they rush you through. Today, they didn't rush me through but the girl that was doing my pedicure was careless and when she was using a cheese grater on my feet she cut my big toe and it was bleeding and is now an open wound. She acted like it didn't matter and because of that I really wasn't able to enjoy my pedicure. After she cut it she put cuttle remover on it and it burned. She also put a hot towel on it which also hurt it. At the end I asked her for something to put the cut so it didn't get infected but all she brought over was a band aid. I spoke with a man and he also acted like it didn't matter. Now I have open cut on my toe. I realize things can happen but I definitely feel like they didn't even care about me or other customers since I was bleeding and they definitely didn't do anything. I wouldn't have posted this if they acted like they cared but I felt like they wanted me to quiet about it. Also, you are suppose to get a drink with the Deluxe pedicure but the girl never asked me and then only asked me after the person next to me was offered a drink. read more

Every time I go to this salon I'm left speechless ! Service is great and friendly They do such an amazing job, you ask them what you want and they'll get it done for you. Service is nice and fast . If they're busy they might tell you to wait a few minutes but it's not even a long wait. They take their time doing your nails and they are always down to try something new and creative. I have been coming to Goddess Nails for several years. Lillian, my nail tech, is simply the best. When she cannot be there, she has put me in very good hands with Donna and with Kevin. Save your money and time. This place was so rude. My daughter and I both had manicures and pedicures that were terrible. She asked them to redo one of her nails because it had ripples in it like the polish was old. The lady put on one coat and blew on her nail and told her to be careful next time. At first they looked good but they were very thin and broke easily within 3 days most of my nails broke off just if I grabbed a blanket or opened my laptop. Someone please remind me to NEVER come here again. I've been sitting in this chair waiting for someone to just change my polish on my toes for 25 minutes. Scheduled an appointment for 1:15 Christmas Eve for a mani and pedi for 2. Arrived on time and checked in. By 1:45 we were still waiting even though they took several walk-ins ahead of us. I've gone here for years and never had an issue. I've always gone to Rose who did a great job, friendly and professional. Although they expanded and added more stations you have to have the employees to keep up with SCHEDULED appointments. Even when we called another nail salon while waiting to see if they could get us in AND after walking to the door to leave no one said a word to us. Clearly they don't care about retaining customers or customer service. We ended up at Luxecare and glad we did. No wait, wine, and they did a beautiful job! Had an appointment for 10am on a Thursday and had to wait 20 minutes. I got sat down and the women started my fill and then stopped and handed me off to someone else. I was told she can do it faster...she was slow by typical Asian standards. It took her 65 minutes to do a fill. I was late for my appointment and the job done wasn't that great. I cannot believe how unprofessional this place is. The woman there spent an hour and a half trying to do a French gel manicure with a color I use all the time. She then did the line with a fat brush and used acetone to even the line out . I wanted the base to be a light pink and always get that color. My nails were so uneven and looked like they were lifting. She proceeded to tell me that is was my color that made it uneven. Then they had the nerve to say there was no manager on site. This place looked promising at first, but looks can be deceiving. After I sat down I realized how dirty the place is. There are screws coming out of the wall and a random bed in a corner with some blankets on it where I think they do waxing. The stations were extremely unorganized and I didn't see a uv machine to put tools in to get rid of germs. Trust me I am not germophobic but this place really felt unclean. I stayed despite all this and the manicurist made me bleed while cleaning my cuticles. She did not put lotion on my hands so my hands were even dryer after getting a manicure. I came here with my fiancé and friend when we were visiting on vacation in Clearwater. Compared to our hometown, St. Louis, the prices and customer service were excellent. Regular pedicure is $22, and it included lotion, massage, cheese grater and scrubbing of the heels, and paint - everything you'd expect of a pedicure. The menu does say that "removing callouses is +$3" but this would only apply if you needed more than the usual grating and scrubbing. You can't beat $22 AND they spent more time on our feet than other places that charge more! Also, my fiancé got his eyebrows done. While my feet were soaking in freezing cold water(that was fun) waiting for someone to do my pedicure,I noticed the nail tech to the right of me "cleaning" the pedicure bowl and her tools. Well she rinsed them off with water and water only. The pumice stone and the instrument they use to remove dead skin from the heal of your foot.... Was simply rinsed with water and she was ok to the next customer dirty tools in tow. This is not just gross it's not safe. Cheap pedicures are not worth a disease. You've been warned. read more

I have been to this salon many time and they do an ok job. The location is convenient is why I kept going there. Not usually a long wait but this last time was my last visit. Not 36hrs after leaving there w/ a pedicure one of my big toes is swollen, red and very painful. I never noticed them open a sterile pack of tools and they now use these plastic liners in the area where you soak your feet. So I'm guessing it's to skip the scrubbing disinfecting step after the water is drained. I will not be back and instead will now have to take a trip to my doctor. read more

This might've been the worst mani-pedi I've ever gotten. Not my usual salon (obviously) but I came here after work with some co-workers after they promised me they hadn't picked a ratchet salon. After soaking my feet in lukewarm water for 30 minutes, they finally started my mani-pedi at the same time (which is usually fine but it was obvious they just wanted to go home so everything was rushed and not at all relaxing). Nails on my toes were kept too long and not even close to dry when they rushed me out the door so they smudged later, nails on my hands cut too short and not shaped at all so I have little stubby nails, the gel on my fingers was SLOPPY - my pointer fingernail was only HALF painted. I complained, they blamed it on the polish color (nope) and they offered for me to come back today to fix everything. After getting on yelp when I got home to check the hours I read all the reviews about people getting infections and decided against going back for my free touch-ups and will pay the extra money at my usual place for them to fix this mess. read more
