I was honest with them and told them I almost did not come because of what I saw and read in their reviews, but one of the girls did stated they are from 9 years ago. And of course, things happen. This has been one of the worst nail experiences. But how do you complain or not pay right. These people were so rough both the guy that did my toes and the lady that did my nails. I felt like they just care about getting paid not your experience. The lady cut me and my nail hurts so bad and even after that and me telling her please be gentle she was still so rough filing my nails. Which by the way she filed so much they are super short u can see the skin under the nail and I could've used another coat. Terrible customer service and I will never return! read more

Was visiting family for the holidays and stopped in to get a dip manicure. Within two days of getting the manicure, the dip had completely popped off of two of my nails. I came back in and they fixed the two nails. Two days later four more totally popped off. The manicure didn't even last a week. Every other dip manicures I get last at least 2 1/2 weeks. They did upsell us to the highest priced pedicure and it was worth it! My gel looked amazing and it lasted so long. They also recommended a great local place for us to have dinner. This place is great! So relaxing to come in for a coconut pedicure and a gel manicure each month. So far every nail tech I have gotten has been very attentive and more than qualified. Granted I am putting down $75.00 and a $10.00 tip hit It's worth it. read more

Nancy, my nail tech showed me various scrubs to choose from. The orange & sugar looked interesting, so that's what I chose. The process was so relaxing. Nancy was very thorough with my mani / pedi. Will not ever return here again! Came here for a mani / pedi Tina did both for me who was very nice I unfortunately had a stressful day and left my bank card in the ATM, didn't realizing until time to pay. I let my nail tech Tina know that my husband was on his way to bring me his card to pay for the bill. The owner/manager was very rude and walked by me and informed me loudly that my nails are DRY! Also overheard her yelling at the other employees Barking at a customer is super RUDE. I felt rushed out of the spa, and that the manager wanted me to get up and out of the nail spa. I felt very upset and couldn't believe she spoke to loudly and rudely to me. As she walked by me again I tapped her shoulder to let her know, husband is on the way and I forgot my card. I felt pressured to leave and ended up smudging my pedicure and ruining it. The manager had my nail tech (Tina) help someone else out so she tried to fix my pedicure mess up but I felt super uncomfortable and upset even after I paid. I tipped Tina $8 because she did her best but I WILL NOT BE RETURNING there EVER again. The manager/owner could visibly see that I was upset and asked if I'm ok? I said I am very upset and unhappy with your customer service. I walked out very unhappy with this experience. She talks to her employees in the same disrespectful way as well. It appeared to be very clean. The employees really care about making your nails look exactly like you want them. I got my acrylics filled and the guy that did them was continuously asking if I liked what he was doing making sure it was what I wanted if he needed to fix anything! I really appreciate that. When it came time to put the gel on my nails he brought over another girl saying she did polish better. She took her time, and really made sure they looked nice. She even put a third coat on with no extra fuss. I've been to some other salons that will refuse to do a third coat. I'm definitely coming back! I've been here half a dozen times with decent experiences. I've been willing to overlook the tacky "tip in cash" signs plastered everywhere because the prices are reasonable and they do a decent job. My last visit was unacceptable, however. I inform the staff of the services requested upon arrival- pedicure and eyebrow wax. I am picking out my polish color, and I am asked if I want a manicure, too. "No, thank you." I get settled into my chair and the other employees who are not working, ask me if I want a manicure. "No". I select the pedicure I want from a menu- I choose the medium-prices service, and my technician tells me I would really like the next most expensive pedicure service. Are you kidding me? "No. I want this one. And I'll let you know what I would like. Thank you." Halfway through my pedicure, my technician asks me AGAIN if I want a pedicure. Am I in the freaking twilight zone? I literally told her I had already been asked 3 times and the answer is No. I get that they should try to upsell. But some basic consistency on WHO is upselling to me would fix this. I don't need three separate people asking me the same question. I have too many options of places to go without having to be badgered. read more

I was looking to get my brows waxed and found this place just a few blocks from my house. It was Saturday and I anticipated it being crowded and it was. As I entered, I quickly scanned the reviews, and they were not all favorable. As I entered, I asked for a brow wax and was pretty quickly asked to head towards the back of the store. Every pedicure station was full, and I headed to the room for waxing. I anticipated having to wait, and too my surprise a woman came in to do my brows within a couple of minutes. She was very quick, friendly, and attentive. I have had my brows done many times, and sometimes it is not such a pleasant experience; wax too hot, excessive pain, etc. However, I was impressed with how good the tech was with my service. I was in and out within 15 min, and I will be back. read more

Hands down the worst acrylic fill I have ever gotten. The woman doing my nails tried to charge me 5 dollars for taking off my regular nail polish because "she thought it was gel". Then she started watching YouTube videos while trying to paint my nails resulting in getting nail polish all the way down to my third knuckle. She also made them all almond shaped after I specifically told her to keep my stiletto shape. I asked her to fix the shape and she fixed one nail and then acted offended that I wanted all my nails the same shape. I ended up just asking for a file and fixed them myself. So frustrating. Do not go here. Also she made my fingers bleed. read more

I have been coming to this place for a little over a year with my daughter. I actually just went and had a pedicure at this location last week. I have a foreign exchange student who broke her nail so I brought her to this location to get it fixed and unfortunately they were rude... which was horrible considering this is her first time in a American nail salon to the point where we just got up and left and had to go to another nail salon to get it fixed. They will not be receiving our business ever again. If you do not want to feel like you are being rushed to the point that you feel uncomfortable I recommend going to another place. read more

I went there to get a manicure. The staff was very nice and courteous. During the service, I didn't see any sterilized equipments though. She pulled it out of a drawer. Initially I didn't think much. However , the lady ended up pulling too hard on one of my cuticles and it started to bleed. She tried to stop the bleeding and it resolved within a few minutes. I am in good health otherwise , so i didn't do anything about it and pretty much forgot about it. But over the new few days, that finger started to become warm and and the area became red. I don't think I have to go to the doctor or anything ( or at least I hope I don't) but It still happened. I have had minor bleeding before with manicures/pedicures, but nothing like where it got somewhat infected like this. So please be careful going there. People are nice. But I'd just watch out of unsterile tools and hope and pray your skin doesn't get a cut. I thought it was standard procedure to have the tools sterilized and open packets in front of customers. ... I guess not. I definitely won't be going there again and advise everyone else the same. read more

I was in florida for a vacation and needed my nails done for my birthday that was coming up. i got my toes and nails done. the toes were decent honestly, but my nails were super cute. however, i went there to get my eyelashes done and honestly i was not satisfied not one bit with the results. this was my first time getting my eyelashes done and where i live they usually range from $70-$100. here they are $30. first off, when she was finished doing my eyelashes i'm almost sure she put way too much glue for my eyes to be tearing up for almost an hour and a half. i've never heard that happen to anyone. second, my right eye was done incorrectly to the point where the inner corner was poking my eye which made it hard to look up because every time i would look up my eye would start tearing up and it was super uncomfortable! i went back the next day to get them removed because honestly i was just so fed up. she takes me back to where she did them at first. after 10-15 minutes of being back there she tells me that she "doesn't know" how to take them off, and that it's going to take "too long" for her to take them off, i'm just wondering how do you do eyelashes yet you don't know how to take them off? she tells me that i'll have to take them off myself and it should be nice and easy. she mentioned that she didn't want to hurt or be too rough, which i appreciate. but at the same time..you should be able to take them off. i try to take them off, soaking them in baby oil and it hurt really bad ripping my real eyelashes off, duh. eventually a week later i get them off. don't get me wrong, the people there are super nice. i'm just very unsatisfied with the lashes. read more

They do not sterilize the instruments. You can tell because they are already open, they still have the seal attached and the little arrow that says if it is it is sterile has not changed color. The arrow is supposed to turn brown after sterilization, the packs they use the arrow is always blue with the tape for the seal still attached. I have no idea how often they clean the jets in the pedicure machines but I got toenail fungus from them. Will never go back and do not recommend anyone going there. read more

This is the worst pedicure that I have ever received. One I noticed that they didn't clean foot stations in between each person at least not with any clearers. And they young man I had rubbing my feet you could feels his nails and he just seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. He was paying attention to my tattoos and day dreaming. My feet hurt coming out of here not relaxing at all. Then my daughter got a full set and the man kept calling her baby. And he put the design on wrong. They are all very nice but I will not go back and I don't recommend at all. read more
