I was extremely disappointed in my pedicure. Very unprofessional service. Barely removed my old polish, no nipping or removing of cuticles. Polish is lumpy and unevenly applied. My nails look like they were done by a child. The gentleman who performed the service was very unprofessional. I feel if you own a business you have a responsibility to make sure your customer is satisfied anyone looking at my nails could tell they were not done properly. read more

While on vacation on a whim, my friend, and I took my mom out to get our nails done. We called and made an appointment and they were able to fit us in pretty quickly. The spot is very clean, and all of the staff were very kind and competent. We did not want gel, but regular nail polish, which is a bit confusing, but once that was figured out, the rest of the experience was quite lovely. They asked us to pay in cash, which is a little bit unexpected, so keep that in mind when going , but we would highly recommend the place as they did an excellent job! read more

It is now: "Nail Looks" in the Sabala Plaza. I am a "regular". They happily accept walk-ins, but I would recommend calling for an appointment on Saturdays and during peak tourist season. read more

I am visiting from NY and got my nails done here and I am SO happy with how my nails turned out!! Holly did my nails and she did such a detailed job with my cuticles and the shape. The atmosphere was very relaxing and quiet and clean as well. Very happy and I highly recommend this salon! read more

I've had acrylic nails x 15 years, have been to hundreds of nail salons across the US as my job involved alot of travel, and never had a problem. I went here ONCE a few years ago and am STILL trying to get rid of the fungus infection they caused. I haven't been able to put tips/acrylic in 2+ years and my nails look terrible bare from the fungal infection. It's a beauty nightmare. . The person who did my nails was about to start filing with a file that looked like it had been used 1,000 times, I requested he use a new file/buffer, which he did. Their other equipment must have been used on someone with a fungal infection and not cleaned properly. I deeply regret going here I'm too embarrassed to post a pic of my nails. read more

Walked in Without an appointment and was taken in right away. Very friendly and didn't make me feel rushed. Reasonable prices.

unbelievable service, the owners were very sweet and accommodating, and listened to what I wanted. I love my nails. Can't wait to come back for a pedicure. They've got a new client. read more

I love Cindy she is super SWEET and does an OUTSTANDING job on my frenchies (my holy grail) the whole team is very nice from all my experiences. Very CHILL VIBES every time I come in here. I've been able to do walk- ins along with appointments if you want a certain tech and the PRICES you can't beat! read more

KC nails is a family-owned-and-run business. The atmosphere is remodeled and prices (like prices everywhere) have increased considerably. My mani-pedi was done a bit too quickly. I noticed the technician dipped the polish into the bottle one time and painted all five toes with that one swipe. I prefer one dip per toe to make sure there's enough polish on the brush. The manicure did not last more than four days before it started chipping. However, that might be the case for all manicures. I'm not sure since I rarely spring for a full manicure-pedi experience. The massage chair is a nice touch and the shop appears to be very clean and well organized. read more

Cheap pedicure-you get what you pay for. Would not recommend. My husband's toenails actually look worse than before the pedicure. And the quickest pedicure ever. I didn't even look at the prices before getting them done. I should have and would have gone elsewhere. read more

Wow one of the worst manicures I've gotten in a long time. I've been coming here on and off for years. It used to be great, affordable, fun place to go. Today I had the older lady do a gel manicure that was so rushed and was done horribly. Every time I go back, I kick myself. Never again! read more

The salon was clean and everyone was friendly and pleasant. My nails came out awesome I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it better than the picture. I'm definitely going back and will continue to get my nails done here from now on. read more

Prices are great but the acrylic nails peel off the nails along the edges. Tried 3 x's and each time this happened. The employees are super nice and the cost is reasonable but the quality isn't great read more

I learned about this from someone and I am glad I didn't let the negative reviews sway me. I had a great pedicure with massage that was not rushed at all, and got dip on my nails which came out great! Prices are awesome! The only thing I would say is that before you sit in a pedicure chair, make sure it is even. My husband sat in the 4th one and he was leaning to one side the whole time. If we were staying in town longer, I would certainly go back! read more

I've only visited for basic pedicures and will keep coming back. You can't beat their cost and speed. They are friendly when you call to make appointments. I've not experienced them overbooking or taking too many walk ins and you have to wait. They have an extensive polish selection so you won't run out of options. read more

If you are looking for clean, super friendly and best prices in town, look no further! This family owned salon is top notch! You become family there! They are always up for doing something fun. I have never once had a nail chip or break, even when I've gone almost 8 weeks out! My husband is hooked on the pedicure there now too. Try them once and you'll be back! They take appointments, however I've never made one and have never been turned away or had to wait long. read more

Went with my mom and daughter for a pedicure. I was skeptical because the price was really low. It wasn't terrible, but also wasn't good. My massage chair was broken and I had to share a remote with the chair next to me. They offered me a different chair but I wanted to sit by my daughter. The man that did the trimming/prepping my nails actually did a good job, but then he switched with a lady that did my painting and it was super rushed. None of us had our entire pinky nails polished, I'm pretty sure none of us got two coats of paint. My mom and daughters polish started wearing off the next day. The girl didn't wait at all in between base, polish and top coat so it started looking. When I pointed it out the man just used his nail to fix it. You get what you pay for here. I would've rather spent more somewhere else, but my mom wanted to try this place. I wouldn't be a repeat customer. read more

Service: Manicure and Pedicure for $24 plus tip Pros: Staff was very friendly. They use plastic bags for pedicures and fresh paper towels for manicures so it's very clean No appointment and they got me in right away. Prices are pretty low (the photo from 2015 is still accurate as of October 2019) Cons: The only reason I didn't give 5 stars us because they didn't do great with my skin...my cuticles and bottom of my feet were still calloused and not cut as mush as they should be. Also, I had white toenail polish that left marks after they removed it. The new toenail polish is so thin that it shows through. On my fingernails, I got a matte finish which meant an additional coat. I sat at the dryer for over 20 minutes and I guess they still were not dry because the polish was so thick and they got tons of marks in them within an hour of getting them done. Also, the place is clean but not the most appealing visually, especially compared to other salons. Overall, I would come back if I wanted a quick, mediocre, cheap mani and pedi but if it were four an event like a wedding or something, I would go to a place with higher quality. read more

This place is AWSOME!! I've come here once or twice and they are soooooo amazing! The people here are so nice and so friendly! I got dip nails with tips and they only cost 40 dollars which is extremely cheap for dip! The place is also so welcoming and homey! Would definitely recommend coming to KC nails in largo! read more

This nail salon is family owned and always accommodating. There work is great. Kaci and Cathy do great nails and Cathy's father gives the best pedicures. It's a no frills shop. No abundance of color choices but for the price you can't go wrong. I've been making the 40 min drive to them for the past 6 months. read more

Tried this place based on reviews and was so pleased! Kevin worked with me to replicate the sparkly pink and white manicure I had been getting elsewhere. He tried it out on one nail to make sure I liked it. I felt that he really wanted me to be happy with my manicure rather than rushing me through. Best news is this photo was taken AFTER boarding up for the hurricane. Very durable manicure. Highly recommend! read more

We googled the closest nail salon near our Air B&B with the highest reviews and so glad we chose them! They did such a great job giving us what we asked for and really took the time to make them special for us. 10 out of 10 recommend! read more

If you want cheap and very fast services, this is the place. If you want quality and attention to detail, go somewhere else. I had my nails done( acrylic pink and white ombre) and a pedicure done. I was out the door in 28 mins. The pedicure literally took 4 mins. The toes look good and polish has stayed but I enjoy a nice massage. I'm on my feet all day at work so I like to spoil myself once a month with a pedicure with the hopes of a foot rub. My nails looked ok when I left but after awhile I noticed alot of flaws. Within a week, 2 had fallen off, they were stained really bad and pieces were chipping off the sides on all of them. Like I said, if you are looking for cheap and quick, they aren't bad. If you want a really good thorough job, this isn't the place for you. read more

Lee completed my pedi and Kevin did my girlfriends. We were amazed at the service and pricing. Small issue with my friends big toe polish that peeled off the same night, just one toe, weird! Everything else was great! We are going back and bringing another friend with us! read more

I was taken in quickly and greeted by the staff. I had an elder lady do my toes for a pedicure. My pedicure lasted a total of 18 mins and I felt very rushed. Her actual paint job on my toes was horrible. I asked her to repaint it kindly and instead she caked on more nail polish, leaving it really thick and cakey. I was not impressed with the actual quality of the nail service here. Sadly I will not be returning. read more

Worst pedicure ever. Place is dirty. There was nothing relaxing or "spa like". Staff was friendly.

I love KC Nails! Cindy, Kevin and their employees are friendly and efficient and very affordable!

I'll start by saying I am SUPER picky about my nails. I'll say annoyingly so. So when I tell you Cindy does a great job I mean it. I was going to a place close by that just kept increasing their prices to a point I just couldn't justify keeping up with my bimonthly habit. So I ventured out to find a more affordable salon. To my delight I haven't had to sacrifice quality here. The only "sacrifice" is they don't have as many colors for dip as the other place but they have more than enough to choose from. It's also nice Cindy is super sweet and remembers request from previous appointments and her pricing is awesome. Highly recommend Cindy and her family owned/operated salon for your next mani/pedi! read more

Loved this place! They're very skilled, clean, and professional. Got a lovely gel pedicure and will definitely be going back.

I decided to give KC Nails a call today to see if they were open despite it being New Year's Day. I was told they were opened and asked if I wanted to make an appointment because they were pretty busy. I was helped as soon as I came in the store even though they were indeed very busy. I got a gel manicure that looks great for a great price ($20 before tip). I was in and out in about 30 minutes but never felt rushed at all. I could see the parking lot being crowded at certain times of day but I have no complaints and will be back. read more

This is a great nail salon to come to if you'd like quick & efficient service. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. It's a simple salon with great prices. I'm in from out of town and just wanted a quick manicure, they were able to take me right when I walked in although they were decently busy. My manicure was $9 which is such a steal. Decor is simple in this establishment. I was glad to find somewhere near me that could help me with my struggling cuticles! Recommend to all who would like nail care for a good price. They do accept cash and credit cards, but prefer cash since they're a small business and they get large fees for credit cards. read more

Frankly, if not for the Yelp reviews I would not have stepped inside KC Nails today. I called and got an appointment within the hour for a pedicure. The gentlemen on the phone was very nice and spoke great English. My first impression upon walking in was that the place needs a facelift; updating, paint, artwork, etc. Despite the lack of ambiance the salon is very clean. The girl who did my pedicure couldn't have been nicer. She spoke great English and was super friendly. She did a great job and I will return to KC Nails whenever I am in town. $18 for a spa pedicure. Great price! read more
